My husband Darrin and I used Sunny Whitworth for our destination wedding this September in Pensacola, FL. We picked her after speaking with several other planners in the area. She had a relaxed and professional spirit about her which made the process feel less stressful. From the very beginning she was organized, over communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. We are not from the area, so we really had to depend on her for a lot of things. She took care of finding local trusted vendors and was always willing to compare pricing and find options within our budget. She took care of all communication between us and the vendors which I appreciated as my husband and I felt overwhelmed as it was. Sunny was so patient with us when we would be indecisive, she would help provide input when we asked, but otherwise she was just there as a support of whatever decision we made. The day of the wedding, it began to pour down rain and Sunny and our venue worked seamlessly to create a new plan that had us forgetting about the weather all together. She was willing to bend over backwards for anything we needed that day, and she kept everything running on time without making us feel rushed. It felt incredibly seamless, and she was so kind when telling us what was next and where to be which we appreciated. She helped create a beautiful vision for our wedding that fit our budget and had our friends and families so impressed. I could not recommend Sunny more to anyone looking for a wedding planner. She is organized, knowledgeable, kind, personable, professional, and creative. She is very good at what she does, and I will be forever grateful for her!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Sunny. I have been photographing weddings along the Gulf Coast for several years now and have been fortunate enough to work alongside Sunny a couple times now and they have simply been some of the best weddings that I have worked. If you are looking for someone who not only pays attention to all of the finer details but also is an effective communicator Sunny is your girl.

Sunny is worth the sun, moon, and stars when it comes to wedding planning. She is so detail oriented and on top of the ball, all while being calm and collected. She made an otherwise overwhelming process smooth and so easy. When my dress tore at the reception: she was there with a stitch gun and back up pins. When I needed decals put on my mirrors the night before the wedding: she did them for me, saying I shouldn’t do anything but rest and relax the night before the wedding. She had every vendor on the same page, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. My husband, family, and I constantly say that our day was absolutely perfect, and there is no way we could say that without Sunny. In order of the most important decisions I made about the wedding: My husband, Sunny, my dress. No joke. Please, do yourself a favor and hire Sunny. I swear you won’t regret it.

The quality of service was unmatched! Sunny was our month of coordinator, but she always was accessible in the months leading up to the wedding. She even helped me find some of the vendors I was missing for the wedding. She made fabulous detailed timelines for me and vendors so there was no questions on who needed to be where. Sunny really spent time learning about our wedding vision and helping us filling in any gaps for things we haven’t thought about. She kept the whole event so organized and stress free for me and family on the big day. Highly recommend!!!

Sunny was a complete joy to work with! My husband and I have said to each other many times that we don’t know what we would have done without Sunny. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. She is outstanding at communication and answered any questions we had. She brought logistical things to our attention that never even occurred to us. She is very organized, professional, and excels in making your vision a reality. Hi there! A little bit about me: I'm a Gulf Coast native and a University of Alabama alumna. After college, I moved to NYC to pursue my dream of working at Kleinfeld Bridal. Since then, my husband and I have returned to our roots, recently married, and now I have embarked on a new venture – my month-of coordination business. Complementing this journey, I dedicate part of my time to Bliss Bridal in Fairhope, AL, where I continue to immerse myself in the world of bridal fashion.
