We got the basic DJ and the uplighting, which looked amazing that night! My family and I put together a playlist of several songs that fit the vibe we wanted, and Gino made our wedding fun for kids, older relatives, and a ton of college friends---everyone loved him! Also, he is so knowledgable about weddings he pretty much coordinated our entire reception timeline from experience and it was a huge relief off us. 11/10, we would hire again in a heartbeat.

I had heard horror stories from Covid brides about being charged extra to change a date or were refused any type of reimbursement for this unforeseen situation. en threw him a few curveballs, like moving the ceremony indoors last minute, and adding the flower girl and ring bearer to the announcement list about 5 minutes before the reception, and he completely adapted to these changes with ease. I asked him to shorten the parent dances at “whatever point he felt fit” and he faded the songs out at the most perfect times, it seemed like the songs were supposed to go that way. The dance floor was packed the whole night, everyone was saying it was one of the most fun weddings they had been to, and I attribute a large part of that to Gino.

Was originally bummed when Gino said he was already booked on our date but we got such a great vibe from him we knew the rest of his DJs would be just like him and we would be in good hands. Fast forward about two weeks before the wedding we chat with Chris our DJ for the night. And again feel like we are talking to a friend. We gave him full creative control over what we wanted music wise and man did he deliver. We told him we love reggae music but know that is not always going to get people up and moving but he played a few songs during cocktail hour and snuck a few songs into the reception as well! We told him we wanted an 80s 90 early 2000s dance party vibe requested just a handful of songs (which included first dance, aisle songs etc and my FIL requested a funk song) and we truly feel like he nailed our music style. We had the best time. There was never a moment where people were not up and dancing and that is exactly what we wanted! Communication was fantastic which was super important for us living out of state. The website was easy to use as well. Book them now you will not be disappointed! I wanted more club/dance music but my parents/in-laws were looking for more Motown. Somehow, someway, Gino wove in both perfectly. I found myself singing oldies with my father-in-law and dancing my face off to EDM. Everyone said they had an absolute blast dancing at our wedding and I 100% credit Gino for that.
