Hiring Tiffany to be our wedding planner & coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was with us for just about every step of the way, and she made us ...
feel more comfortable about the whole process. When we first started wedding planning, we were overwhelmed with all of the details and where to even get started. After many hours spent poring over spreadsheets and cost estimates, we decided it was time for us to bring in a professional. We worked with Tiffany for a few months towards the start of the wedding planning process and in the months leading up to the big day. We are so glad that we were able to start working together early on in the process - Tiffany had great recommendations for ways that we could make our wedding day special for us and helped us to build and execute our vision and make everything happen. She is very detail-oriented, and made sure that all the little details matched our vision for our big day.
Our wedding ran very smoothly with absolutely no hiccups, and it was all thanks to Tiffany’s excellent coordination. It was truly a gift on our wedding day to be able to focus on each other and our family, and not have to worry about minor details and logistics. We cannot recommend working with Tiffany enough - she will have your back every step of the way to ensure your wedding vision is fulfilled!
We are so incredibly grateful to Tiffany for her support. What makes Tiffany particularly special is her professionalism and ability to get things done, while being one of the most...
courteous and kind people you will ever come across. Her calm demeanor put everyone, especially myself, at ease during a time that can, without a doubt, come with stress. However, Tiffany was the ever-reliable support I wanted and needed and received. From vendor coordination to day-of setup and arrangement, she never faltered. I recommend her to any couple in need of support on their special day. Thank you always, Tiffany!

honestly wish we had just purchased her full planning! She was extremely thorough, helped us with vendor recommendations and even went with us for our menu tasting! Our wedding day was a dream and if there were any hiccups we never knew! Tiffany curated a list of all our personal decor items, a timeline and coordinated our rehearsal! Not to mention working with all of our vendors to ensure everything was seamless. Which it was! That last month we were both finally able to relax some while Tiffany kept us on track! Come wedding day she kept everything running so smoothly! We can’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much for giving us our dream wedding 🥹❤️

One of the things we appreciated most was how she kept us organized throughout the planning process. She provided thorough checklists that ensured we stayed on track with planning and decor, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. Tiffany also worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, helping coordinate things behind the scenes to ensure the day went smoothly. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful for her dedication and hard work. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who is professional, caring, and meticulous, Tiffany is the one! We couldn't have done it without her!

On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute godsend. Every detail, every moment, was flawlessly executed, thanks to her expert coordination. I was completely unaware of any hiccups or challenges that may have arisen, as she handled them with grace and efficiency, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the occasion.
Thanks to her unwavering dedication and impeccable service, my wedding day was nothing short of magical. I cannot recommend Tiffany highly enough to any bride-to-be seeking a stress-free, unforgettable wedding experience. Trust me when I say, you will be in the most capable and caring hands with Tiffany by your side.
Tiffany at Wiere Weddings was exceptional when helping us plan our wedding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and gave us a ton of valuable advice/insight when working ...
through all of the details with us. She was happy to answer our one too many questions and was supportive of the vision we had, while guiding us throughout the way. I absolutely would recommend Tiffany and Wiere Weddings to anyone looking for Wedding Planning services!

Background of Our Wedding: Our wedding was in ear...
ly April 2024 in San Luis Obispo, CA with a bit less than 40 guests. However, a big challenge was that we had our Ceremony venue at a different location than the Reception venue. We really needed a coordinator that wouldn’t shy from this challenge.
Booking & Before the Month-of: We found Tiffany on Zola & booked her almost right away. Tiffany was very transparent with pricing and expectations of service. She was ready to answer any questions we had. If you feel like you’re unsure what you’re looking for, she has an answer for you or at least help guide you to know what you might want for your big day. It is a big plus that her website with the booking process was easy and straightforward. We got Tiffany for Month-of Coordination but it feels like she was with us along the way of the almost-a-year planning process.
The Month-of: This is when you will be working with Tiffany the most! I enjoyed every single meeting, phone calls, and brief texts with her. Meeting with Tiffany helps me pull together our vision much better day by day. She helped me believe that we could achieve it all. Since we’re from out of town, she made sure that we’d meet up whenever we could to ensure everything would be in place for the big day.
The Rehearsal: Tiffany was indeed the first one to be at the venue with our binder printed out. (I most definitely forgot to print my binder for her.) She greeted all of my wedding party with the most warm welcome, which we appreciated very much and felt very comfortable working with her. We had specific requests on timing of the processional and she made it work! After the rehearsal, we definitely felt that we were very ready for the big day.
The Day-of: It’s time for you to let go. Because I promise you, Tiffany and her awesome team got it! I saw her the morning of & I felt so calm because I knew Tiffany was going to perform her magic for us. Tiffany’s team magically set up our Ceremony Venue in just an hour. By the time I arrived at the venue, things were already in place & neat. It was a great feeling to see your vision coming alive. I remember I was able to just toss my car key to Tiffany’s team member & they immediately understood what I needed. Everything from then on was just very on-schedule and beautiful. Tiffany dealt with our families with the uttermost grace and patience. There was nobody I’d trust more than her to carry out our day. I did not have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed our day the most.
The End: Tiffany somehow packed up everything neatly for us and even some of our vendors - like a fairy godmother. She sent us a long text of where things were and even returned things for us to our vendors. Exactly what we needed! Made our day-after MUCH better.
Tiffany, Sean, & Katie - We cannot thank you enough. We can’t wait to plan our few-year anniversary with you. Keep on shining.

You can tell that she’s planned a lot of events. She knew what we needed to be doing through each stage of the planning. She was open to whatever changes we made and found us some ...
pretty amazing vendors. She was able to meet with us both in person and over the phone whenever we had questions. She was also there the day of, helping set up decorations and making sure the vendors knew where to go.
