Housed in a former neighborhood goods store dating back to 1912, the beautifully restored space blends original character with modern simplicity. Designed as a true blank canvas, Wilburn gives couples the freedom to create a wedding that feels completely their own — including the freedom to choose the vendors they love with our open vendor policy. From your first inquiry through your wedding day, you’ll also work with the same two familiar faces, giving you a personal and consistent venue experience from start to finish. With 3,000 square feet indoors and an additional 2,500 square feet of private outdoor space, Wilburn Street Studio can accommodate celebrations of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to weddings of up to 300 guests. Inside, original historic walls and unique architectural details create a warm, character-filled backdrop that can be transformed to fit nearly any style. The indoor space can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, while the private backyard offers room for outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, lawn games, and more. The backyard features string lights, a fire pit, and a catering prep area, creating a relaxed extension of the indoor space while giving couples even more flexibility when designing their day. Whether you envision an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception, a food truck in the backyard, or a completely custom layout, the space was designed to let you make it yours.
