Wild Apples

Scenario: second marriage for both of us, didn't want a long engagement (4 months), had a wedding party of 8 (just family), a 10 minute civil ceremony in a park, and a reception of less than 50. Wild Apples was our second choice but they should've been our first choice! We called Wild Apples Floral in Baraboo 35 days before our wedding and they were awesome! They were recommended to us by our salesperson at the resort our room block was at. Wild Apples created our corsages, boutonnieres, bouquet, and determine centerpiece flowers. When we called to see if they were available they were able to check their schedule and said they could take us on for our Friday wedding even though they had a larger wedding the next day to prep for. When we met with Missy, she walked through our ideas for colors, flowers and greenery types, and many other details. She even had the stuff on hand to show us how it may look with the fall colors and contemporary "rustic" ideas we had. We also selected the bunches we wanted to have our helpers arrange the centerpieces (with thrift store vases which was a great design idea!). After providing an initial estimate via email after the initial call, they provided a detailed invoice after we met with them. Our helpers called for early pickup and they were able to do arrange it. When we first saw the flowers, we were astonished at how beautiful they were and far exceeded what we expected - and that was a high bar! We will send Wild Apples some photos so hopefully they can post them to their site. They may be a small shop, but they know what they're doing! As for our first florist... we "fired" them. They are located in Wisconsin Dells, and we let them go after they were unresponsive for 2 weeks after meeting in-person. She was to email us samples of designs within a week of our meeting, but never responded. We tried calling and emailing numerous times after that first week and left messages with other people who said she had gotten the messages and would call back. She had been friendly and excited to do our work after meeting in person, but then nothing. Even the people we left messages with said she was working on our stuff. Well, we can understand being busy or not focusing on smaller accounts (still hundreds of dollars), but cripes, at least send a 10 word email to let us know if you care. We should've heeded what some reviewers stated around the internet on that place. Enough about them, it's all about Wild Apples doing a great job! Not really a job, but flower art that we will rave about forever!

Wild Apples went above and beyond in meeting our expectations for our wedding! As a bride who is not flower savvy, Wild Apples was helpful, insightful, and accomodating. The staff listened to the general ideas we has in mind and ran with them to make something wonderful! They were easy to communicate with and emphasized being stress free. We had made a few last minute adjustments not days before our wedding and yet everything went seamlessly. Our bouquets and other flowers were stunning and above and beyond what we could have hoped for.

Due to living out of state, trying to find a florist was difficult. We were referred to Wild Apples by our wedding venue, and could not have asked for anything better. Tanya from Wild Apples answered all my emails/calls and gave me ideas and recommendations as I know nothing about flowers, just had an idea of what I wanted! They delivered to our venue early the morning of the wedding and the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages looked amazing throughout the heat of the day! I would highly recommend Wild Apples for your floral needs!

Everything was absolutely perfect for my wedding! Tanya and the staff at Wild Apples were able to see my inspiration pictures and make it a reality! The staff are great to work with and everything was very reasonably priced!!

My bouquets were so beautiful I want to cry!! They are so nice and patient and very professional. Flowers were delivered on time and sooooo beautiful. Everyone commented on the smell, it filled our day. They really listened and gave me exactly what I was wanting, even prettier! Loved the flowers they made for our big day!

Wild Apples was the florist for our wedding, and I could not have been happier with my experience. Missi sat down with me for over an hour to go over my floral vision for the wedding and make sure every detail was what I wanted. She was able to create the "wild greenery" floral look I was going for and each piece turned out absolutely beautifully. I would highly recommend working with Missi and her team for your wedding flowers - you will not be disappointed!

Wild Apples blew me away! I really enjoyed getting to know and working with Missi leading up to our wedding. From the moment I met her, I knew I found someone very special who was going to do awesome work with our wedding flowers vision. She was so sweet, helpful, full of great ideas, and really worked with us to help us stay within our budget. The flowers turned out absolutely beautiful and I received so many compliments on them. Our flowers were beautiful but we ordered $80 worth of flowers to be put down the isle and they never did it. Although they apologized and issued a refund, it was pretty disappointing considering I called the day before the wedding confirming the details.

The flowers for our wedding were so gorgeous! Tiffany and her staff did an amazing job at creating beautiful bouquets and center pieces. The flowers for our arch were incredible. More beautiful than I could have ever imagined and I would highly recommend Wild Apples!

Wild Apples really outdid themselves with our flowers! My husband was in charge of flowers, and being the procrastinator that he is, contacted Wild Apples 3 weeks before our wedding! Luckily they were accommodating, and we did everything over the phone as since live out of state. The morning before the wedding, we stopped at the shop because we needed a plant for our unity ceremony, and we were given a sneak peak of the flowers. My bouquet had ferns, sunflowers, succulents - even a little monarch butterfly they let us add at the last minute! Very friendly staff, and top-notch work!

Flowers were amazing! She went above and beyond, was soo creative, my floral crown looked amazing and held up all night! Highly recommend!

Wild Apples was great from start to finish. I love flowers and knew I would be okay with spending a bit more on them, but honestly had no idea what I wanted (Except for the fact that I had to have a few of may favorite flowers). Tiffany and Missi were great to work with and were extremely helpful when I changed my mind a few times for my final floral design. They were also really kind about helping spiff up our homemade centerpieces, and helped with putting the final product together and enhancing them to be even better than we originally planned! My bouquets were beautiful and that's all that needs to be said! I cried when I saw them but it could have been a lot of emotions rolling together :) The flowers were great, the arrangement was beautiful, and the ladies were great to work with!

The bouquets and centerpieces from Wild Apples were absolutely perfect! The service we received was great. They listened to what we wanted for the flowers, and made sure that they understood exactly what we were looking for, and in the price range we wanted too. Would definitely recommend!

The flowers came out more beautiful than I could have even imagined. I felt like they understood my vision for the day and even added to it. Letting them handle decorating the arch we got married under was one of the best decisions I could have made. Thank you so much!

We hired Wild Apples to do our wedding flowers, which were wildflower themed with delphinium, snap dragons, cabbage roses, daisies, and yellow dahlias. The flowers turned out beautifully. Based on the look of the flowers, I would give them 5 stars. They were not the friendliest to work with, and working with anyone other than the wedding coordinator proved to be a challenge. The corsages and boutonnieres were a little smaller than I pictured, but other than that I was very pleased with them. They were priced very competitively with the other florists in the area.

Could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out from Wild Apples. From the first consultation, follow-up meetings and phone calls, right down to the wedding day, everything was seamless and better than imagined. The prices were very reasonable and the flowers were beautiful! We received so many compliments and many of the bouquets lasted for weeks following the wedding! I would definitely recommend this florist for any occasion in the area!

From the minute I met with Wild Apples, I knew I made the right choice. I had A LOT of ideas and changed a few things at the last minute. Everyone at Wild Apples was so nice about everything, even going as far as making sure everything at our venue looked spectacular... even the things they weren't responsible for like our cake table, etc. My bouquet had to be my favorite part of the day! It was incredibly full and so reasonably priced. I literally can't thank Wild Apples enough for making our wedding so spectacular!

I could not have been more satisfied working with Wild Apples for my recent wedding floral needs. I worked with Tiffany who brought my unique vision to life for our big day, I felt she did an amazing job! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, we received many compliments from our friends and family about them. Tiffany and her staff also created custom boutineers for my husband and his groomsmen using spent shotgun shells- the guys loved them! Choosing Wild Apples as our florist made our wedding perfect!

I'm not a big flower person, but Tiffany at Wild Apples did an amazing job. She took my inspirational photos and made them come alive. The arrangements were absolutely flawless.

Missi and the Wild Apples team did a fantastic job on the flowers for our wedding. They were sensitive to our budget and needs and made the whole process easy and fun! She also made flowers for the cake and they were beautiful as well. I'd highly, highly recommend them!!

They were wonderful to work with! They were willing to work with us to make something beautiful but simple to compliment our wedding style and stay in budget. They helped us get through all of the details that we may have very well overlooked if it wasn't for them. They delivered and set up all of our arrangements in plenty of time for the wedding. When deciding on budget cuts for our wedding, the decision of whether or not to hire a florist was one of our big decisions. In the end, I am so glad we decided not to skimp in that area! Seeing the beauty of flowers from Wild Apples were one of the things that made me happiest on that day. From the first time we went in to meet with the staff at Wild Apples I was assured that their professional approach would help us to have a beautiful wedding. Initially, we met with Missy, and then we met with Tiffany, who was our floral consultant. Tiffany was more than willing to suggest different options. I had a vision in mind, but when she started making suggestions I became more and more excited about our flowers. She had amazing ideas! I ended up with a completely different bouquet than what I had originally envisioned, and I was extremely happy with it. She has a vast knowledge of how to make wedding flowers amazing! Also, she was more than willing to help us to adjust the flowers to the needs of our budget to make it possible for us to have the gorgeous flowers we wanted without over stretching our budget! I cannot express the amount of joy our beautiful wedding flowers brought me. I definitely recommend Wild Apples for weddings, and for any other floral needs!

We had people asking if our flowers were fake, they were that perfect! I have referred a lot of people to Wild Apples! Missi is AMAZING!!

We got alot for our money. Missy worked with us alot, and I was emailing her all the time. THe only thing is, they included roses when I asked them not to in the flowers. It was still pretty but I really don't like roses.

Missy was a great florist to work with. Fast communication, great value, we seemed like we were on the same page... The flowers were gorgeous but the bouquets and boutonniere's were smaller than I was expecting. Other than that everything was great!

When my husband and I were looking at our wedding budget, we did not think it would be financially possible for us to afford real flowers. One of my close friends told me to contact Missi Selden (the owner of Wild Apples). I am so happy that I did. She was by far the easiest vendor to work with. She understood our budget constraints and our vision for our wedding. Missi put me at ease instantly and continued to do so when we had our final meeting before the order was placed. She went over every piece of the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and the centerpieces to ensure that everything would be right for our special day. The flowers looked amazing. She also took care of our memory tree ( a Scarlet Curls Willow) for over a week before the ceremony. They put it into a new pot and dressed it up a little before the ceremony. I would recommend that anyone looking for a dependable, knowledgeable and kind florist, contact the staff at Wild Apples. I feel confident that they will exceed your expectations!

Wild Apples made picking out flowers for my wedding day easy! Missi was a doll to work with from our first meeting to the wedding day. She took my simple ideas and ran with them to make them into my dream wedding. The bouquets were beautiful and delivered with a smile and hug! The guys all had exactly want I wanted and Missi worked with me to make sure my groom and my dad each had a special flower that tied in with my bouquet! The centerpieces and ceremony flowers were perfect and I received many compliments. Missi helped make my big day everything I wanted it to be and I knew I didn't have anything to worry about because we were in the talented hands of Wild Apples! I highly recommend and can't wait til I can use Missi and Wild Apples again!

Wild Apples did all the flowers for my wedding (bouquets, corsages, and boutineers). I gave them several pictures that I printed of bouquets that I liked that I found online and they put together bouquets that were even better than any that I had in mind. Because I live 3 states away, our correspondence was mostly over the internet and phone, and they did a wonderful job keeping in contact with me before the big day. They created very unique flower arrangements that coincided perfectly with our simple outdoor ceremony.

I love their style and they were extremely easy to work with. Missy was familiar with the venue which made it really easy to plan. I gave Missy an idea of what I wanted and she went with it and put together beautiful arrangements with traditional and whimsical summer garden elements. The value was excellent and planning was relatively easy. I know realize flowers are not something you should worry about when planning your wedding. Just pick a good florist, give them an idea of what you want, and just enjoy them on your wedding day!

I was so shocked when Missi brought in my flowers, they were way more beautiful than I ever expected! I added a last minute floral arrangement, and I was shocked by how amazing it was! All around, very easy to deal with and great people, and the flowers were beautiful. Competitive pricing and helped saved me money too, and had other ideas! So happy and impressed!

Working with Missi at Wild Apples was great! She was so incredibly nice and was great to work with. She completely understood my vision and always gave me great suggestions when I asked. Everything was more beautiful that I could have imagined the day of the wedding. Her team setup everything at at the reception and in our ceremony tent. They came back after the ceremony to move those flowers to the reception so we could get double usage. I couldn't have been happier with everything!

Missi was excellent to work with! She took diligent notes regarding what I liked/disliked and that was enough for her to create the most gorgeous arrangements! I met with her ONCE, sent a few photos of what I liked and I couldn't have been happier with the end results!!!

I have never seen such beautiful flowers! They smelled wonderful and all of the colors came together perfectly in my bouquets. She is very artistic and very willing to work with you. We had one small mixup we came across on our wedding day, but she gave us a credit for it immediately. I will definitely use again for different occasions!

I enjoyed working with Missi, the owner of Wild Apples. I saw the Wild Apples display at a bridal show, and knew instantly that I wanted their flowers. Meeting with Missi was also great. I felt she completely understood what I wanted and tried to honor my price range. I looked through the wedding albums she had, and selected the exact bouquets and flowers I wanted. I was able to email her with last minute changes as well. Unforunately, the day of, there were problems. The bridesmaid bouquets did not have the main flower integrated into their bouquets as well as looked nothing like the image I had selected. The grandmother's wristlets were all the wrong color, even after I both emailed and called to confirm this change. Also, flowers for the church that were not delievered until after the mistake was pointed out. The images I had selected from the previous wedding pictures booklet in her floral shop displayed arrangements with full flowers. Unfortunately again, the flowers I saw on all of my groomsman, parents, grandparents, and readers, were very small and wimpy flowers. This disappointed me as the prices on her website were lower than what she quoted me for. When I asked about the higher price difference she quoted me for, she explained that they currently do not have their own website so the prices displayed, are not true to what the honor. Plus, she said the blooms only offer half of what they offer (a 1.5 bloom verses the 2 "full" blooms she offered). I trusted what she said, however, after seeing the flowers I paid for, I wished I would have received the lowered price. Lastly, I had asked about flowers to be scattered amongst the cake table, and for the $30 I paid, I only saw a few flowers on the cake (not to include the $10 flowers for the cake knife and server). What was the hardest about the entire floral process, is that you will never truly know what you are going to get until the day of and it is too late. I would recommend only providing a list to Wild Apples only once you have definatively decided upon what your wishes are, because there was a communication gap were the last details were lost for my wedding.

I had a great experience with Missi from Wild Apples. She was very helpful in choosing flowers, the flowers looked beautiful, prices were great, she was so accomodating. They even dropped flowers at my hair appointment. They were willing to come to Madison from Baraboo with minimal charges. I didnt pay a thing until the week of my wedding.I was able to rent any size vase for $1 and return whenever I wanted. Great to work with. I would definitely recommend going to Wild Apples.

Wild Apples was one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding. From the beginning, I knew that Missi fully understood my vision for my dream wedding. She went above and beyond creating memories for not only me, but our families and guests as well that will last a lifetime. Everything turned out far beyond my imagination. The flower choices were so on-spot, it was INCREDIBLE! I never thought it would all be so beautiful... from the centerpieces to the bouquets, etc. Missi and the Wild Apples team are truly talented & I am so happy to have worked with them. Every time I look at the pictures I will think of their flawless work!

Missi was so great to work with. She really understood my vision for my wedding flowers even when I couldn't articulate my wants! She's easy to talk to face to face but is also comfortable with email so it was easy for me to plan my wedding from a few hundred miles away by sending her pictures of what I liked. She delivered the flowers to the site, which was nice.
