Wild Carrot

o work with Laura, Marie, and Emily who helped bring our vision of the space to life while ensuring every part of the night went seamlessly. And bartender Luc was so awesome to work with! So many of our wedding guests commented on how amazing the bar was -- the bartenders were serving the most fun and unique cocktails. Bar and food were our most important wedding items and Wild Carrot knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much, WC Team! We'll see you at a Carrot Club night real soon <3

detail. Luc, our bartender, was also phenomenal. He made us three specialty cocktails for the reception, and we even got to come in a couple of weeks before the wedding to taste and help come up with ideas. We had so much fun doing that! We named the drinks after our pets (of course!) and Luc somehow captured each of their personalities in cocktail form. Our super active dog became a cold brew martini for dessert, and our orange cat Georgia was represented by a peachy fall-spiced drink that couldn’t have been more perfect. The venue itself is stunning. The brick, lighting, and decor set such a warm, moody vibe that felt so “us.” We loved being able to put our own photos in the posters outside too. It was such a fun and unique touch that really sets this place apart. We’ll definitely be back for Carrot Club! Wild Carrot truly has a special place in our hearts. If you’re getting married here, definitely rent the upstairs room to get ready in. It’s already beautifully decorated, super photogenic, and made getting ready a breeze. *Chef’s kiss!

of our concerns and made our day perfect. The decor is one of a kind and you truly cannot beat the marquees, we received so many compliments! The layout flows so perfectly, we were nervous with our large guest count but we couldn’t have asked for a better flow to the night. Don’t even get me started on the bar, it’s amazing! Our guests were raving! If we had to do it all again, we would choose Wild carrot everytime!

uch in the way of extra decor. Laura is a delight to work with. Emily was amazing with communication and helping with logistics. Luc is an absolute wizard at the bar, as is the whole team. We had a wedding full of east coast guests who could not stop raving about the drinks and how high quality they were. Even if you don't get married here, please go to Carrot club for the drinks. The getting ready space was well stocked and had perfect separation for hanging and getting ready, with ample space for ten or so people. Note- you will need to provide a day of coordinator for this space.

onable, and accommodating. They answered all of our questions promptly and recommended several other vendors that we loved. Our guests complimented us constantly on the venue and the full bar! Wild Carrot is one of a kind.

xtremely attentive. The bartenders are extremely nice and personable. The owners are so sweet and willing to help with anything! We utilized the getting ready suite which was absolutely perfect! We ended up having to move the ceremony inside due to the weather and they handled it perfectly! They even opened the carrot club cocktail bar for us privately for 30 minutes after our rehearsal on Thursday. We could seriously not recommend this venue enough. Do not hesitate to tour the venue if you are interested, it was one of the best decisions we made.

their experience as well. We couldn't have asked for a better venue!

e went above and beyond to make us feel heard and have the day we dreamed of having.

d. First of all, the space is beautiful. Each part of the building has thoughtful details, from the curated furniture to the delicate painted accents in the exposed brick. I got ready with my bridesmaids in 3905 (the apartment upstairs). I am so grateful to have had a relaxing space that had everything we needed and was already on-site! The lighting was perfect for our hair and makeup artists, and it was so fun to be able to watch the vendors set up the space through the overlooking windows. On top of the gorgeous space, each staff member is kind, attentive, and great at answering our questions. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of the reception, their support made us feel calm and understood. We live in Seattle and sent my parents to tour the space, do the final walkthrough, and test our signature drinks. The whole team, specifically Laura, Marie, and Luc, took care of them and us every step of the way. Speaking of Luc, we are OBSESSED with our signature drinks. Luc requested we send over a description of our personalities, favorite songs, first dates, etc., and he created multiple drinks for my family to try that perfectly encapsulated our personalities and the story of our love. They were delicious. Our guests were raving about them (and the entire bar service) all night. Thank you to Laura, Marie, Luc, and the entire Wild Carrot team for making our night so beautiful and special. We are honored to have had you as a part of our big day.

ating, they made everything a breeze from planning to execution. I was a DIY bride, and they fully embraced all of my ideas (within reason!) and helped me make my vision come to life. All of our guests were so complimentary of the venue and what a cool space it is. It really also limits what you have to decorate because it's amazing as it. 20 out of 10 recommend having your wedding at this beautiful venue!

were perfect for the wedding reception vibe we were trying to accomplish. Although, we were very organized from the beginning, Laura and Casey were very communicative with us and were on top of our timeline. This made the wedding planning less stressful for me and in turn my husband so we could focus on other aspects of the wedding. Fast forward to the night of, Laura and her team made sure the reception was all about us. Whether we needed another cocktail, another small plate of food, whatever it was, they took care of it. I feel like not many people can say their wedding reception was perfect, but mine was. I highly highly recommend having your wedding or even your next even at Wild Carrot… you won’t regret it!

at it felt intimate and authentic, unlike many of the more commercial venues we toured. The Wild Carrot team couldn’t have been more welcoming and supportive (especially as we are a same-sex couple), guiding us through both the planning process and the big day itself. One of the biggest reasons we chose Wild Carrot was because of the bar, and it did not disappoint. Our guests raved about the cocktails, with many saying they were the best they’d ever had at a wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.

formation from us at what felt like an appropriate time. Day of went very smooth and took a ton of stress off of our backs. They were set up exactly as expected, quick to make the room flip, provided champagne to us while getting ready, and overall provided a great space for our big day. We are very happy we selected Wild Carrot as our venue and would recommend them to those looking for a great venue and team!

ue to an assumption on our part. We had great experiences with the owners and all of their team. All of our guests loved their venue and added security

gs about Luc our bartender! We did the private tasting for our signature drink which was an amazing fun time!! We rented 3905 for our getting ready suite and it was a perfect space. Everyone who attended our wedding said how beautiful the venue was and I cannot agree more. Thank you for the team at Wild Carrot for working with our vendors and making our day amazing.

ly to come and see the venue before our rehearsal! Casey and Laura are the owners and they have a hand in every part of the preparation and execution. Marie was our #1 support throughout the planning and helped me feel really comfortable when asking questions, special requests, and rehearsal day ease. Emily was our day-of staff and she absolutely rocked it! Everything went accordingly to plan and she was hyping us up throughout the day. I can't recommend this venue enough!! If you and your family want to have a great party in a comfortable atmosphere (with some great photos), definitely check them out! Thank you all on the WC team, we couldn't have done it without you!!

vent! I am so happy we choice Wild Carrot for our perfect day!!

st know how to draw a crowd and mark all the boxes of what you thought you wanted and what you didn’t know you needed or wanted. I had never been one to grow and up and describe my wedding, but if I had it would’ve been described like the night that happened here.

on their in-house projector for our reception entrance. We had an absolute blast with their movie poster frames out front. A special Shoutout to Luc, the Beverage director, for making our special gin bucket dreams come true! They were "so good." Every guest I talked to mentioned how incredible the bar was- I truly could not recommend them enough. On top of all of that, the space is absolutely gorgeous and the outdoor ceremony space was so cute that we didn't even bother with decorating it!

re talented, professional, upbeat, and warm. We would trust them with anything! The relationships the Wild Carrot team have built with vendors across the city of St. Louis only makes your (and your vendors') day smoother and more fun. Our guests could not stop raving about the beauty and ambiance of the venue and the quality of cocktails all night long--without a bar line for even a minute! Get married here!! Everything about the Wild Carrot is first-rate. - Nick & Norah

tre in 1915 and has since been converted into an event space. When we went to tour the space in person, we absolutely fell in love with the unique character of the space (string lights, exposed brick walls, beautiful eclectic furniture, movie posters on the outside). The entire Wild Carrot team was amazing during our wedding planning process. Grace was so helpful recommending vendors and answering all of our many questions. Laura, one of the owners, was so kind and also super hands on. We couldn't imagine a more perfect space to celebrate our wedding with our family and friends.

ife. From start to finish, the team proved easy to communicate with, provided helpful planning guidance, and offered transparent pricing. While not a "budget" venue by any means, the value of each service is clear and the various add-ons that we purchased made a huge impact on both our experience as a couple as well as that of our guests. To call out a couple of specifics, both the owners + bar director helped work with us to plan and execute a Scotch Tasting, which was important to us as a couple but also a new activity for the venue. We also had in place multiple layout plans in case of various changes that might be necessary due to an unpredictable forecast - going into the wedding day, we felt ready for anything. Finally, I love that the venue provided a number of the furniture elements, like chairs for both indoor / outdoor set-ups, various sizes of tables, the lounge seating areas, and all glassware for the bar. Minimizing the number of rentals we had to coordinate on the day of was a huge relief, but those that did have to be brought in (like linens, dance floor) all went off without a hitch. All of our vendor team loves working at Wild Carrot, and hopefully our wedding day only further added to the positive relationships they all have. Cannot recommend Wild Carrot highly enough!!

work with and the venue really sells itself. The bar experience really is top tier and a large reason we reached out to Wild Carrot to begin with. Since our wedding, so many of our guests have complimented the bar on their amazing service and top of the line cocktails that you can’t get at just any wedding. The whole crew really helped create our perfect day and we can’t thank them enough! Communication throughout the whole planning process was prompt and more than helpful. The best experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to be back for friends’ weekend weddings and future cocktail events! We LOVE them!!

eption. We loved working with Laura, Casey, and Marie and felt supported by them throughout the entire planning process. They are absolutely wonderful to work with and we cannot say enough nice things about them. The location itself is unique and absolutely stunning and our wedding looked like it came out of a magazine. We used the space in 3905 for the girls to get ready which gave us great access to the venue and we got to watch it all come together while we got ready. Our guests loved the variety of the bar and the attentiveness of the bartenders. It was such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend booking this venue!

a few hours and the walkthroughs in the months leading up to the wedding were all on schedule, answered all of our questions, and allowed us to talk through any detail we wanted no matter how small. We knew Wild Carrot had a good bar, but we didn't realize how great it was. One of the main compliments we received from our wedding was how high quality the bar was and how friendly, approachable, and fun the bartenders were. The venue it's is gorgeous, no need for extra decorations. Everything was safe, clean, beautiful, could not say enough good things about Wild Carrot!

s extremely detail oriented & wonderful to work with. Not to mention that the space is absolutely beautiful. The furniture & decor makes it so special & unique. We had our hearts set on having an outdoor ceremony but it ended up pouring down rain as our guests started to arrive. The Wild Carrot team was so flexible & moved everything inside at the last minute. Several of our guests also raved to us about the bartenders who were whipping up bespoke cocktails for them.

utiful space. Weddings are expensive AF and one cost we wanted to cut was on decorations and flowers. WC is beautiful as-is, so we did not use any outside vendors for decor. We used candles on tables which lit up the space beautifully. WC has done a great job acquiring beautiful vintage and MCM pieces, all included in the price. - Location. Our out of town guests loved Shaw and were surprised how beautiful that neighborhood is, and the stark contrast of Shaw vs what they see in the news about STL. We definitely changed the stereotype of STL for many of our guests thanks to our venue's location. Moreover, the bridal party chose to get ready in WC's 3905 room. This was a great choice as both our ceremony and reception were at WC. My one critique is I thought this room was quite expensive at $500. Though you do get access to it from 7am - 4pm, that price tag seems a lot considering all WC needs to do is clean it. I feel like half that at $250 would have been more fair. Perhaps the higher price tag is due to them worrying about us breaking something, but this could be changed to a 1) flat fee for cleaning, 2) a refundable deposit.

e of the sheer beauty of the building. The owners have impeccable design taste and every corner is so stylish. The outdoor space is just as beautiful. My bridal party used the upper apartment to get ready and it’s also stunning, super modern with amazing natural light, a full kitchen, and easy access to the venue. We were able to have access up until the ceremony, which gave us a space to hang out with the whole party as well as just us two before the ceremony. The staff is so kind and helpful - we worked with Marie and she was the sweetest ray of sunshine, helping us every step of the way and communicating at every turn. The bar had so many amazing reviews from our guests - the bartenders were awesome, super nice, quick and talented. We had multiple guests tell us this was the best bar they’ve tried at a wedding. All in all, we would 10000% recommend the Wild Carrot to any newly engaged couples. It’s seriously gorgeous and the day was perfect.

nd family about how cool the venue was and how awesome the drinks were. So let me break down exactly what we loved: The space! The space itself is magical with all the brick walls, murals, eclectic furniture, cozy lighting, and lounge space. Every detail is immaculate. It gave the vibe of a cool, elevated night out rather than your typical wedding space (in the best way). We also rented the 3905 upstairs space for getting ready, and it was perfect! Tons of room for hair and makeup, full kitchen (we made breakfast casseroles), and great for initial photos. Also, having a small wedding party suite in the main space was so helpful for storing our stuff. The bar! I can't imagine a better wedding bar package than this (especially at such a reasonable price). The quality and versatility of the bar is a big reason we picked WC, so we had high expectations here, and they blew our expectations out of the water. This is probably the #1 compliment we keep getting from guests! Being able to go up to the bar at a wedding, tell the bartender what you generally like, and get a totally unique cocktail (or mocktail) tailored for you is such a memorable experience. The people! All of the Wild Carrot staff who were involved in our day, from booking to planning to executing, were great to work with -- encouraging, supportive, detail-oriented, kind, and totally on top of things. It was a relief to know that I could fully trust WC staff to make everything from the little details to the big vision come together. They totally delivered, and then some. I really believe that picking Wild Carrot for our venue is the best decision we made!!

beauty. Casey took us on the tour and he was down-to-earth and answered all of our questions. We also worked heavily with Marie and Grace - both who were always SO kind and made us feel like the most important people in their inbox. At first, we were a little intimidated of Wild Carrot’s high-end bar (like can I get a Captain and coke?), but our whole perception changed after working with Luc. He listened to what we liked, and made the BEST signature cocktail that was a representation of both of us. He taught us how to expand our palette and truly made us appreciate the quality of Wild Carrot’s bar. Our guests could not get enough of the elevated bar experience. We also had the power go out during cocktail hour for a short period of time (we didn’t even know), and they allowed us to extend our bar time. Wild Carrot is beyond amazing, and we hope to go back and visit a place that means so much to us soon.

e. It is such a unique venue and we received sooo many compliments about the space. At the three month mark, we worked closely with Marie and described our vision and she patiently answered any and all of our million questions and helped accommodate several requests that made our reception so special. The cocktails were outstanding, the bartenders put special care into each drink, while still serving short wait times which is so unique for a wedding venue! My girls and I also got ready in the upstairs space which is available for rent on your wedding day which was was spacious and had beautiful lighting for photos.

event space, the amazing owners and all that worked so professionally to made the night happen, and the beautiful city backyard where the ceremony took place was what we had hoped for and more. They guided us through the whole process from beginning to end . Comments we heard praised the spaces, the bartenders, valets for parking, even a ceremony outside in a beautiful garden facing the highway made it feel like this special event was happening in the the urban city of St. Louis where we live. If you can have your event here you will be so glad you did.

a perfect fit for our industrial style tastes with so many unique details. They have it figured out here. Prior to the wedding their team (shoutout Marie, Grace and Laura!) were incredible to communicate with and made sure we were prepared for a seamless day. We were able to pull off an outdoor ceremony after rain the previous day thanks to their staff's excellent communication and planning with us and our coordinator. The wedding party got ready in the loft space which was so gorgeous- the natural light was unmatched. Guests loved the atmosphere and quality cocktails were a hit. Thanks to Wild Carrot we had the wedding of our dreams!

s you set everything up was so knowledgeable and helpful with the planning and vendor recommendations!

ponsive and always happy to help. Our guests RAVED about the bar (all of the bartenders are mixologists!!!) and loved the venue itself. I cannot recommend this venue enough, words just don't do it justice. Book this venue, you will not regret it!!!!

hey loved the venue and the staff after our wedding, and we couldn't agree more. Wild Carrot's space feels modern, classic, and eclectic all at the same time. The space is very flexible, and we had almost free-rein in terms of arranging tables, seating areas, and the dance floor. There were also two separate getting-ready rooms, each of which were easy to access and made for nice lounges before our ceremony. We did a lot of our portraits inside the venue earlier in the day, and there are so many lovely details and backdrops that were great for photos. We had our ceremony in the backyard outdoor space, which was beautiful. We had a champagne welcome at the start, and Wild Carrot set up a lovely display for it. Working with Wild Carrot was pleasant and simple. We did a walk-through to before booking about 18 months before our wedding. After booking, we had meetings with them three and one months out. They also arranged a ceremony rehearsal for us. Everyone on their team is friendly, professional, patient, and really dedicated to making our wedding vision a reality in their space. Their bartenders are also top-notch--they made the evening so fun for us and our guests, and prepared fabulous drinks all night. Everything was absolutely perfect!

eption would be inside until it actually happened. Laura, Casey, and the whole team were lovely to work with and made the planning process so easy. We loved working with Luc on a signature cocktail and having Marie as our event director. The space speaks for itself and didn't require extra decor to make it beautiful. It was exactly what we wanted and guests loved it too!!

ra and her entire team were a joy to work with. Covid had us postpone by over a year and she was so incredible to work with on rescheduling and keeping a calm demeanor during such a stressful time. Communication and quick response time was KEY and she was amazing. Her and her team have done an incredible job transforming the space into a chic venue with unique charm that was so important to us while choosing a venue. We continue to get compliments that our wedding was the best our guests have been to. The fact that they have the bar as a focal point both architecturally and as part of the experience really proved itself on the night. Everyone was enamored by the quality of the drinks and ingredient selections. Big wow. I can't say enough good things about Wild Carrot.

e to Covid, but they were SO attentive to our every need and I felt really at ease working with them. Their venue is one of the most gorgeous places in town and the price is reasonable considering the beauty of the space and all of the furniture and decor that comes with your event. The bar was a big selling point for us - very few venues (and I vetted many) have the service, design, and customer service that Wild Carrot offers. 10/10 !

t, our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful the venue was. We can't recommend them enough!

went above and beyond to make our night spectacular. Everything ran so smoothly and the cocktails were beyond delicious (and way above your standard wedding drinks). I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for something a little different but absolutely beautiful.

he ease of communication to the bar – it was the best decision. Laura and Grace were incredibly responsive, joyful, and all around wonderful to work with. Luke was an absolute joy at our rehearsal and at the wedding as well! The entire crew at our wedding were just perfect. Apart from the amazing and beautiful work that they do, they are all simply amazing humans as well. We had so many guests come up throughout the night telling us how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the bar was. Our wedding day was a literal dream and Wild Carrot was an integral part of the magic of our wedding.

ed. Laura, Casey, Grace, and the rest of their staff are so great to work with. We had so many compliments from our guests on the space, the event staff, and the bar! They helped bring our vision to life, and it resulted in an unforgettable day!
