ore to my engagement shoot. I also requested wild and "viking" braid hair, that i also wore to my engagement shoot. I loved it, it looked great. That being said, i felt like it wasn't me. So i booked a second trial, brought no inspiration photos this time, and just described that i wanted my usual natural and no foundation, concealer look, but the fantasy makeup over that. Christalee delivered, and then delivered again at my wedding. My bridesmaids' gift was i paid for makeup. She had two assistants that day and started at 5am. She was perky, happy, warm, as were her assistants, and they really delivered the fairy looks i wanted for my girls. I had her makeup in the water, and it didn't even run!! our venue had no ac and her makeup stuck! definitely a great investment. for groom hair and makeup, bride hair and makeup, flowergirl hair, mob hair, gob makeup, 8 bridesmaid makeup, and 4 bridesmaid hair it came to about just under $3000

ined quote quicky and after perusing her Instagram to see all of her amazing work, I knew she was the HMUA for us! Outside of an updo and dramatic eye, I wasn’t really sure how I wanted my wedding day look to be. Christalee listened to the types of things I liked (and didn’t like) and came up with the PERFECT hair and makeup duo. I’m not a very makeup savvy person so I was a little nervous for the trial, however she made the entire experience completely stress free and really fun! She is hilarious, personable, and truly beyond talented. I left that HMUA trial more excited than ever for the wedding. On the wedding day she was a calm in the chaos of the day. I felt like an absolute princess thanks to her! Not only was the makeup natural (sans the requested super dramatic eyes!) but that foundation did NOT budge as I sobbed my way through our vows and our siblings’ toasts. She was prompt on the day of the wedding and her assistant was also very kind. Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup. Mine lasted the ENTIRE night, even the lipstick! rior to the wedding to make sure I was able to achieve the exact look I had dreamed of! I wanted to look like myself but a little more “finished”. I had tons of questions and requests and she responded promptly and kindly to them all! She even went so far as to go out and search for the shade of lip color I was requesting and even made sure she had the right foundation for my skin color.
As for the hair, I did not have a single complaint…it was just stunning! I showed her a few pictures of what I was thinking and she nailed it!!
I got so many compliments on my overall look on our wedding day. Thank you so much Christalee!! You made me feel comfortable and beautiful.
