About this vendor
Wild Fleurette is a nature-inspired floral studio located in Richmond, VA.
When it comes to flowers, you’re probably wondering how to create the look you want from all the ideas and inspiration swirling around in your head, one that’s going to check off all the boxes for your dream wedding day.
That’s why I’m here to help.
My name is Lynn Killberg Thoreson and my passion is working with couples to create gorgeous, one-of-a-kind floral designs to wow you and your guests (cue a happy dance!).
I love focusing on seasonal flowers and foliage and designing with the natural movement of the flowers themselves, for a look that’s effortlessly beautiful.
One bride even called me her “flower fairy godmother.”
While I don’t have a magic wand, I do have over fifteen years of floral design experience. I’ve studied with top designers and have hunted for the best blooms in flower fields from California to the Netherlands.
I would absolutely love to sit down with you over a cup of tea and chat about flowers.
Let’s do this!

Working with Lynn was a breeze. After a conversation about our colors and needs, a proposal as well as a Pinterest board were shared, and she really captured our desire. She prepar...
ed GORGEOUS pieces, from bouquet to cake topper to entrance arrangement. We asked for the entrance arrangement to include some plants so it could be kept after the fact as a memento, and it looked great, down to the container she invited our input on. She also supplied buds and greenery to decorate reception and buffet tables, and everything lasted well over a week, which was beautiful to have around. Lynn was very professional, responsive, and thorough.
The florals by Lynn were beautiful! She is super sweet and created the perfect floral arrangement for my wife and I’s perfect day. We wanted coordinated bouquets, that matched our ...
personalities, and Lynn delivered. The bridesmaids’ bouquets and other floral arrangements for our wedding were so beautiful.
Lynn is phenomenal at what she does! I consulted with Lynn to explain my vision for the flowers I wanted for my wedding and she really paid attention to what it was I was trying t...
o put into words. She also made some suggestions, which was super helpful. Then she asked me to start creating a Pinterest board of inspiration, which was shared with her. She has a lot of her own designs on Instagram, so she recommended I start there to see if anything popped out at me (and yeah, pretty much everything did because her creations are absolutely beautiful)!
We then started to nail down the color palette, what I was looking for on the pergola and a couple of different centerpiece ideas. Basically, she made my wedding dreams come true! She was so great to work with. She is a great communicator- quick to respond, a good listener and even met with me at the venue to do a walk-thru. Not only is she an amazing floral designer, but she is the nicest, sweetest person. She will do whatever she can to help tie the whole wedding together with the most attractive flowers.

afraid to try something different in order to bring an untraditional vibe to the day. Her mood boards and flower proposals were the most thorough of any that we had received and allowed us to really see how the day would come to life. There is not a week that goes by since the wedding that someone doesn't comments on how beautiful and sophisticated the flowers were. We love Lynn and can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a floral vendor!!

as able to come up with a gorgeous design plan that went above and beyond! Lynn was timely in her responses to our emails, came to a venue walk through, met me with and my mother, was SO patient and was just amazing throughout the whole process. She was able to work with my mother on finding the perfect ribbons for the bouquets and bouts! The flowers for our wedding day were AMAZING. The flowers for our ceremony arch were out of this world! She completely nailed everything we wanted and then some, all while working within our budget! We received SO many compliments on the flowers!! I couldn't recommend Lynn enough!

eds of pins on Pinterest, Lynn helped me narrow down the floral scheme of my dreams. I was able to describe my vision to her and she truly understood me, gave appropriate suggestions, and made it all come to life. While exploring other wedding florists, I felt a pressure to spend a very high minimum amount of our budget to have nice flowers. Lynn stood out and was different because she gave me several detailed pricing options that fit within my budget. When I was torn between several types of roses for my bouquet, Lynn ordered samples for me to see in person ahead of time so that I could make the best decision. It was so helpful and kind of her! I highly recommend working with Lynn to anyone. You will be so happy you made this decision and she will be an amazing addition to your wedding team. Make sure you book her services soon before someone else does!

the flowers.
Not only is she wildly talented, her customer service is just as top-knotch as her creations. From her quick responses, to her patience—she made me feel incredibly at ease throughout the entire process. Additionally, I did not have a large budget. Not only did Lynn respect my budget, she offered creative and beautiful alternatives that I became increasingly excited about. I didn’t ever feel like I needed to increase my budget to achieve my desired outcome—a rarity for weddings!
I was obsessed with my bridal bouquet, I never wanted to put it down! We received so many compliments on the ceremony and reception florals. My favorite ‘thing’ about our wedding were the flowers.
Lynn did more than just bring my ideas to life—she knocked it out of the park. She took my scattered ideas and created a flawless, perfect vision.
She impressed me from start to finish. I truly feel so grateful to have had Lynn for my wedding day. Hiring Wild Fleurette will be the best decision you make!

well worth the price.
Communication prior to the event was smooth. We had some later stage changes with numbers of tables and wedding party which were quickly and easily incorporated. Couldn't be more pleased.
