Beth is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are not big cake people, and really wanted a tiered cookie cake for our wedding. We contacted Beth in hopes that she would agree to mak...e our wedding cake for us. She informed us that she had never made a tiered cookie cake, but was excited for the challenge.
We requested to do a tasting with her, and she provided different flavors of cookies that she had. We choice only a few, and selected a day that we would be in the neighborhood (we live 3 hours away). She met us at her bakery on a day that it was closed! We really appreciated that she went out of her way to meet us on her day off! Not only did she meet us on her day off, she also made all the available flavors, not just the ones we selected.
When I say these were the best cookies we had ever had, they seriously were the best! Everyone was raving about how delicious the cake was at the wedding!
