rson for our wedding photography. She is an amazing artist and has a very keen eye for capturing the moment, feeling and the details. Sara also did our engagement photoshoot. The pictures for our wedding and engagement were stunning. She was able to portray our real personalities through her photoshoot. Sara was very patient with us and made us very comfortable and confident to pose and made the experience very memorable. Sara along with Michelle were a trooper on our wedding day. It was really cold, but they did an excellent job at getting every picture that we wanted. We cannot stop looking at our pictures repeatedly. We got tremendous amount of compliments from all our friends and family for the photographs that Sara has captured. We cannot thank enough for capturing our wedding day so nicely and capturing the feel that we yearned for. We could not have asked for a better photographer than Sara and Michelle from Wild Native!!

e. She has such an incredible personality and makes you feel so comfortable to be in front of the camera, and for someone who hates being in front of a camera, that's not an easy task. We hired Wild Native for our wedding photos because of the work we had seen her do with other weddings. We knew from the start we didn't want anyone else. Her work speaks for itself. She has such an eye for detail that comes naturally to her. She makes the whole process fun and makes you feel great while doing it. These pictures she has taken for us are absolutely more than I ever could have dreamed of or asked for. No other photographers even comes close to her work, and we are so grateful to have had her capture these sweet moments in time. It makes me so excited to think of what is to come. She definitely did not disappoint; she totally blew all of our expectations out of the water. At the end of the day, photos are what you have to look back and remember the most important moments in your life, and it's not something you should trust just anyone with, and I would never want anyone but Alexa to do that for us.

talented they are. Our photos are all (and I really mean all) SO. FREAKING. GOOD. All the happiness we felt that day comes through every picture. The shots are so well thought out, all of the personal details were captured, the coloring and lighting in each is perfect. Just take a look at their Instagram for a second, and you'll see how talented they are. Everyone that looked at our photos told us how well the feeling of our day came through, and how much of our personalities you could see. Every time I look at our album, I find another photo that becomes my favorite. Photography was by far the most important thing to me, and it took me a long time to choose a photographer. We planned an NJ wedding while living in Pittsburgh, and weren't sure about hiring a non- NJ local photog. But throughout the whole process, I kept coming back to Wild Native, and using them as the bar for the quality & feel I wanted. When I realized I was doing that, I knew we had to hire Wild Native. I'm so so happy with our decision, and can't wait to continue using them to mark the events of our lives. Through every part of the process, Alexa was just so present and attentive (I was texting her outfit options THE NIGHT before our engagement photos and she was so helpful and kind). She helped us execute our kind of out-there vision for our engagement photos, was really patient with our outfit changes, and suggested such great locations when our first pick fell through. Also, right before the wedding, she was really on top of asking me all the stuff my bride brain was forgetting and super understanding. Most importantly, on our wedding day, Alexa and Sara were just so much fun to be around. They helped all the portraits go smoothly (even when we had some delays from our limo). They were really accommodating to in-the-moment requests. There were a few other wedding parties taking their pictures at the same place, but since A & S had scoped out the portrait location beforehand, we got to take our pictures without any issue. They're just really great people to have with you on your wedding day, and I'm so glad they were at mine.

rs and nothing was really catching our eye. Finally I resorted to Pittsburgh wedding hashtags and I'm not kidding, the SECOND we saw Alexa's photos we both knew. She was THE ONE. She has such an eye for detail and we also really appreciate her tonal preferences and how she uses and appreciates light. We love when photos have a feeling and when you can feel that feeling just by looking at the photo- even if you weren't there- and hers are exactly that. The added bonus is that she's an awesome person. From our first meeting we knew we were in great hands. She never skipped a beat with keeping up with all of our info and was always very quick to reply to any concerns/questions we had regarding timeline, info she needed from us, etc. Louie and I never have our picture taken and were both worried about it being terribly awkward and come wedding day it was the exact opposite of that. It was honestly like we were all just hanging out and she happened to want to take pictures of us. Alexa is extremely professional and is the perfect balance of business owner and creative fun. She'll fit right in with your wedding crew and become one of the best parts of your day which is extra special for everyone feeling comfortable about having a lot of candid pictures taken all day. diate family. Each moment she captured was truly beautiful. The lighting, the way she used the amazing scenery — just everything was perfect. All of our photos are remarkable. She even scouted the park the day before our elopement to find breathtaking spots for photos! Alexa was a total trooper going anywhere to get amazing shots!! But with my husband and I living in Colorado, Wild Native located in Pennsylvania/West Virginia, and planning a wedding in Maryland – we were a little nervous to work with a team that we weren’t able to meet with in person until the day-of! However, after just one phone call with Alexa, we knew that we could trust her with all our photography needs and to bring our vision to life! Alexa is truly one hell of an artist and knows how to run a business! She recommended Sara (her associate) to photograph our wedding, and after seeing just a few pictures in her portfolio, we were obsessed! Her photos were bold, passionate, detailed, and satisfied every adjective we wanted to be able to use when we described OUR day. Sara went above and beyond in every aspect of being a photographer - she helped us plan our day, made recommendations, had calls to answer any and all questions, made us laugh and smile BIG, continuously fixed the train on my dress, and ensured that we got all the pictures we wanted before the day was over. To sum it up, Sara captured every intimate aspect (even with a few on-the-spot changes thrown at her) and invited us to be who we are as a couple. Not to mention that she is incredibly kind and welcoming – someone who you want to be friends with in real-life! Alexa & Sara – If you ever want to come to Colorado, we are your people.  We plan to use Wild Native Photography again and again to capture all of our adventures yet to come.

those. I was completely wrong. Our wedding photos were above and beyond anything we were expecting. I found Alexa on Instagram and am so glad I did! I loved the deep and bold colors in all of her photos and knew that’s what I wanted for ours. She was able to take any location and make it into a magical backdrop for all of our pictures.
