Board & Barrel absolutely blew us away! Our charcuterie grazing table was not only delicious but breathtakingly beautiful. They incorporated natural, local elements from the forest, and it made the entire display feel so organic and magical. Truly a work of art. The local honeycomb topped with edible flower petals was such a special touch and looked incredible.
They also delivered charcuterie boards to my bridal party and the groomsmen while we were getting ready, and THANK GOD for that! It was exactly what we needed in the chaos of the morning. Rebecca and her team thought of so many thoughtful details that never even crossed my mind.

We hired Board & Barrel for both a luxury grazing table and bartending services at our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The grazing table was absolutely breathtaking! Our guests are still talking about how stunning it looked and how delicious everything tasted.
Their bartending team was equally phenomenal. Truly first class from beginning to end—professional, polished, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The cocktails were gorgeous and delicious, and the service elevated the entire experience. The best bartending we have ever experienced and it was at our wedding! We couldnt believe it!

Welcome! I’m Rebecca Bos, the proud owner of Board & Barrel. My journey into the world of culinary art and fine spirits started as a simple love for creating unforgettable experiences around food and drink. Over the years, I’ve blended my expertise in crafting charcuterie with my background in distilling fine spirits. I am also the owner and Master Distiller of up and coming Wild Rogue Distilling. At Board & Barrel, I pour my passion into every every glass and my heart into every luxury grazing table, making each event not just decadent, but truly unforgettable. I aspire to have every charcuterie and every cocktail to be more than something that is just simply enjoyed - it should be an experience in itself. I wanted to do something a little different and more elevated to make people feel good by rewarding themselves with something extra special. I am so fortunate to share this vision with my like-minded team. We have a ton of fun doing this together!
When I am not creating charcuterie, distilling, or mixing signature cocktails, you can usually find me on the river or up in the mountains. My love for Southern Oregon is endless. Whitewater rafting, hunting, and foraging wild edibles are a few of my favorite things to do with my love, my family, and my dogs.
