Our team is made up of certified bartenders and experienced mixologists who thoughtfully craft each drink with intention and style. We specialize in handcrafted cocktails featuring handmade mixers, fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, and artful garnishments—many using locally inspired flavors that reflect the region. We also create custom signature cocktail menus designed to represent you and your partner, adding a personal and meaningful touch to your celebration.
From rehearsal dinners to wedding receptions, cocktail hours, and champagne pour service, our professional bartending team delivers seamless, attentive service with an elevated yet approachable feel. Every detail is carefully considered—from the first pour to the final toast—so your bar experience feels effortless, refined, and truly memorable.
In addition to our bartending services, Board & Barrel also offers luxury grazing tables and artisanal charcuterie displays. Our grazing tables are abundant, visually stunning, and thoughtfully curated with premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and elegant accompaniments, with vegetarian and organic options available. Welcome! I’m Rebecca Bos, the proud owner of Board & Barrel. My journey into the world of culinary art and fine spirits started as a simple love for creating unforgettable experiences around food and drink. Over the years, I’ve blended my expertise in crafting charcuterie with my background in distilling fine spirits. I am also the owner and Master Distiller of up and coming Wild Rogue Distilling. At Board & Barrel, I pour my passion into every every glass and my heart into every luxury grazing table, making each event not just decadent, but truly unforgettable. I aspire to have every charcuterie and every cocktail to be more than something that is just simply enjoyed - it should be an experience in itself. I wanted to do something a little different and more elevated to make people feel good by rewarding themselves with something extra special. I am so fortunate to share this vision with my like-minded team. We have a ton of fun doing this together!
When I am not creating charcuterie, distilling, or mixing signature cocktails, you can usually find me on the river or up in the mountains. My love for Southern Oregon is endless. Whitewater rafting, hunting, and foraging wild edibles are a few of my favorite things to do with my love, my family, and my dogs.
