Wild Rose Planning & Events - Kansas City’s premier wedding planners. We are a two-planner team that strives to go above and beyond anything you've imagined. Wild Rose was established by Brenna Goodness and Molly Gaston in 2021. We have been in all aspects of the bridal industry for a total of 7 years! Brenna is what we like to call the brains behind the operation. With her Degree in Marketing and Supply Chain and a minor in Event Management, she is exactly what you want to ensure your event runs seamlessly. Brenna's professional background includes working as a Supply Chain Coordinator for a work-known wedding gown designer. Her love for working one-on-one with couples and unique approach to planning is sure to draw you in! Molly focuses on the creative side. Her background includes working as an Assistant Wedding Planner throughout college while she studied Marketing and Professional Selling. She is currently a Bridal Stylist at a local Kansas City store and has been doing this for almost 3 years now. She has helped over 400+ brides find (or create) their dream gown! Brenna and Molly met when Brenna visited Molly's store to find her dress. What was supposed to be a single bridal appointment turned into multiple appointments to create Brenna's stunning custom gown! The two clicked right away and have been attached ever since, With our dedication to our couples, vast experience in the industry, and passionate detail-oriented personalities, you'll fall in love immediately! Our meetings together were always organized and their timeline of tasks to be completed simplified the entire planning process. All of their hard work culminated with the perfect wedding day, allowing us to simply enjoy the day without worrying about all the logistics or vendor communication. They were prepared for absolutely any possible situation and made us feel completely at ease every day leading up to and on our wedding day. Molly and Brenna are exactly who you need by your side on your wedding day. They bring the best energy and are constantly one step ahead and maintain a positive attitude through all the evolutions a day could hold. questions I had, jump on random calls whenever anything came up, and supported me in things that I never would have expected. From printing our invites and other stationery to staying up late stamping wax seals with me, to dropping everything to go find a new wedding dress with me AND arranging rush alterations less than a week before the wedding, I couldn't possibly thank her enough. She made planning our wedding so low-stress and FUN and I'm honestly so sad it's over. On the day of both the rehearsal and the wedding, Brenna and Molly were both on-site setting up and making sure all ran smoothly from (way before) start to finish. They work together so well and handled the day flawlessly so we could be present throughout the day. There are so many more details I could rave about but ultimately, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They're the absolute best.

the day. Not the case! Brenna and Molly handled all issues that arise quickly and quietly, so the entire wedding party got to enjoy the day! From managing family drama, to getting red pasta sauce out of the wedding dress, to getting on the phone with the shuttle’s corporate lead at 11:30pm to secure a final trip back to the hotel for guests, we were well taken care of.

keep everything on track were excellent. Their rapport with the bride and groom made the planning process one of joy. They took the stress out of the process, which you might not appreciate if you’ve never planned a wedding. The one piece of advice my older daughter gave my younger daughter when she became engaged was “cut whatever you have to cut to hire a wedding planner”, however because of Wild Rose’s contacts with vendors the bride and groom had exactly the wedding they wanted and within budget. Wild Rose provided a beautiful event with no stress, no arguments, and tons of fun. I recommend them without reservation.

leading up to the wedding was a breeze and I always looked forward to her updates and next steps. The day of the wedding ran without any issues, we didn't worry about a thing! Brenna even collected all the stuff left at the venue, organized it, and met us the next day. Molly brought my vision to life!! I would tell her vague colors or words on how I wanted the day to feel/look and she would come back to me with exactly what I was wanting. Because we didn't live in Kansas City, we met with Molly the week before the wedding to finalize decor. Most would be panicked, but I had zero worry and knew Molly would make it happen. She even altered my rehearsal dinner dress 2 days before! I could go on and on about Brenna and Molly. I can't recommend them enough! nd had help setting a vision, meeting vendors, coordinating hotel blocks, craft nights, ice cream dates, and so much assistance. We did not have any family locally and having the girls to lean on and support us during this hectic time was absolutely amazing. The girls were with us at any appointment we asked them to, they went to bat for us when my husband's tuxedo was a disaster 3 weeks before the wedding. They had so many suggestions in any scenario we could think of, and they embraced every vision we had - including no questions asked every time the vision changed ;) Pretty much everything was handled by them the two weeks up to our wedding, and if anything went not according to plan day of, I had no idea. We loved working with Wild Rose and miss our daily text updates and weekly planning (and life) dates.

nned and prepared to plan my own wedding my entire life never thinking I needed one. Up until 6 months before my wedding I was having nightmares every night about my wedding day going wrong. My anxiety was high and there was no way I was going to get everything done within 6 months. I decided I needed a planner and reached out to Molly and Brenna. We had our first consultation and I never had a nightmare again and my anxiety lifted. They took care of everything, even making and sending out my wedding invasions for me, sewing an umbrella for our quartet, and so so so many other things. They went above and beyond to make my visions come to life no matter how big my requests were. They are truly one of a kind. I always knew they were a phone call or text away. After I picked my initial vendors I did not have to do anything after that, they handled all communication, delivery and pickup on our wedding day with everyone. They came to all meetings and were a huge asset in the overall planning of our dream day!! They coordinated even the minor details like dropping off my husbands suit at his hotel, steaming out my gowns, cleaning my wedding ring and helping my mom do her makeup!
