Wild Rose Video

My wife and I would not recommend Wild Rose Video to other couples. If you want your wedding beautifully captured on video (you know, those gorgeous and creative wedding videos you see everywhere) and have the budget, choose another studio. Wild Rose just doesn't have the skill or equipment to achieve that. Wild Rose was recommended to us by our photographer, so we booked them. We should have done more research (our fault). We signed our contract for the "music video," which was supposed to be about a 10 minute wedding video. Our wedding was in August. Come the very end of January, we received our video- 19 minutes of video clips haphazardly pieced together. It was beyond terrible. We could barely watch it once through and refuse to show any family or friends. We're talking shots with our eyes closed, making faces, shaky camera work, overexposed shots, an intrusive light from the camera... But more than just the editing, the footage itself is sub-par. They don't have the equipment and their filming and editing techniques are outdated. One of our biggest regrets from our wedding is not doing more research into videographers, and now we can't re-do it. My wife was able to salvage about 4 minutes of video and edit our own film, but then what did we pay them for? Since we booked through our photographer, we can't say much about the business side of things and can only say nice things about the videographer at our wedding; he was friendly, professional, and stayed until the very end of the night.

Working with Wild Rose Video for our wedding was a breeze. They are such nice people and easy to work with. On the day of they were discrete but I'm sure got footage of everything. We cannot wait to see the end results !

Wild Rose was recommended to us by a very well known Photographer. The quality of our video was good and they seemed very professional and unobtrusive at our big day. They were flexible and creative enough to capture great footage even after some our outdoor plans had to change due to rain. However, I have to echo what several others have already noted: that our video took more than 14 months, and that was after repeated emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional and aggravating.

I absolutely loved my videographer! He was there on time, had a great personality and made my day a little less stressful. Hardly knew he was there once the wedding started!
