t I could book or gave me the option of having her and Andrew do it all and give a partial refund. They showed up early to cover extra time and you seriously wouldn’t have noticed they were missing a person because they did an amazing job. They helped so much with the flow of the day and the pictures are perfect. My husband and I had never had professional pictures done before so I was worried we would look awkward but Caitlin knew exactly how to get the pictures to look natural. They got along so well with the wedding party that our families kept asking how long we had known them- even though we had just met the day of the wedding. I can’t say enough great things about them.. truly played a big part of our day being great!

f which are AMAZING! Her editing style is beautiful and she provided us with way more photos than what other companies were quoting us. She also provided black and white edits. Caitlin is easy to work with and be comfortable around which makes getting good photos that much easier! She will give you her honest opinion and work through the awkward moments with you while turning them into fun times. She is very responsive and super flexible.
At our wedding, Caitlin kept all the photos running seamlessly and efficiently which was a feat because we got married on the day it ended up being crazy windy outside. Even with the wind we got great outdoor photos thanks to Caitlin. She is also very knowledgeable about weddings and gave us so much advice and information that made such a big difference when we were deciding how to maneuver our big day! My wife and I never felt like we were a bother to her when we reached out with questions which says a lot about her personality and character in my opinion!

her to shoot our "big day". From the initial meeting she honed in on what package would best suit or needs/desires. Leading up to the day she sent emails/texts with more details to aide in making the day run smoothly when it came to capturing the moments we wanted, and then some. She then SAVED our wedding when our wedding coordinator informed us the week of the wedding that she couldn't make it due to an emergency. Caitlin and her husband took control and created a wedding timeline for all of our vendors to follow and the day of, they both acted as not only our wedding photo team but as our coordinator. And i must say I think they did a better job keeping everything organized than what our original day of coordinator would have lol! Our families and guests were amazed how they worked the room and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfect. It was a marathon of a day too with over 10 hours of shooting. Caitlin was a champ! From the staged photos, to the candid shots every picture was fantastic and her energy was impressive and commendable. We were truly blessed to find Wild West Weddings. A huge thank you! I highly recommend this company.
The biggest mistake we could’ve made when booking vendors for our wedding was hiring this company. We booked DJ, video, and photobooth through Wild West Weddings.

were told by Caitlin that she would be available to us for ANYTHING we could need throughout the planning process. She explained how “knowledgeable” she was of the wedding planning industry and even went as far as to say “not only am I your vendor, I’m now your friend”.
I reached out on 9/16 as I needed a headcount for the catering company for how many staff would be coming to the wedding. No response.
Fast forward to less than 2 weeks prior to our 10/15/22 wedding date. In the contract signed by myself, my fiancé, and Caitlin, we were asked to complete questionnaires for the video and DJ services. They were completed a month out. Also in the contract, it was stated that we would have a consultation with them 2 weeks out to go over final video and music details. I reached out to Caitlin to get this consultation on the calendar. Her response was “we typically schedule this 1 week out from the wedding day”…FALSE. But fine. We scheduled this consultation for Tuesday 10/11/22.
I was contacted by text message the Monday prior to our wedding and one day before our scheduled “DJ and video consultation”…BY TEXT MESSAGE…telling me they would not be able to provide video services for my wedding and would book a “back up” DJ for us and the photo booth package would remain as booked.
I made several attempts to call Caitlin after this text and tried to obtain contact information for this alternate DJ she was scheduling and was unsuccessful. My friend is also in the wedding business and attempted to reach out to Caitlin as well…I needed all the help I could get…I was in panic mode—DAYS away from my wedding.
She eventually told me that this alternate DJ would be contacting me to set up a consultation. While he was nice enough and apologetic for the lack of professionalism we were forced to deal with, he was not the right fit for our wedding. He did not play most of the songs that were on our reception play list. When cancelling the original DJ, Caitlin actually said “Oh I think this other DJ will be a better fit for your vibe anyway .” (If he was such a better fit—why not book us with him in the first place?) I will say, the ceremony music was done well and cocktail hour music was okay too.
On to the Photo Booth! The package we booked was for 4 hours and included an album of the prints. When booking with Wild West Weddings…during the booking phone call…I specifically asked Caitlin about the photo album that was included in this package. I asked if it was similar to a guest book where guests glue their photo strip in the book during the reception and she told me unequivocally…yes. I then began crossing off “guest book alternatives” from my to do lists. I had signs printed directing guests to glue their pictures in the book. Day of the wedding comes and of course, because of my sign, everyone is asking the attendant for the book. There was no book.
All I was offered for this was a refund for the video services. Thankfully I was able to find one last minute through no effort by Caitlin whatsoever. The bare minimum was done by giving us a refund for the videography—nothing else was offered by this “company” for the stress and headaches and just utter lack of professionalism.
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your wedding vendors.

lin effortlessly taught us how to pose naturally and be comfortable in-front of the camera which we really appreciate. It was like having another friend at our wedding guiding us through the day. She made everything run smoothly, brought incredible expertise to her sessions, and captured every photo we requested and way way more . When my makeup and hair artist didn't show up for my wedding, Caitlin was even so sweet as to call on her friends to save the day and do my hair and makeup. She truly wants your wedding day to be absolutely perfect. I 110% recommend you hire Caitlin for your special day; you won't regret it. You will have incredible photos to love and cherish forever.
We also booked our videographer through Wild West Weddings had the best experience with Andrew as our videographer. Throughout the wedding day, he captured the touching moments wonderfully and took some creative shots. After the wedding, he took initiative to update me in the progress of the video through emails (even though I couldn't receive the emails while I was off the grid on my honeymoon!). In the end, he pieced together the masterpiece that is my wedding video. I'm pleased with his work, and I'm proud to show my wedding video to my friends and family. Even, they said Andrew did a great job with filming and editing. He really captured the vision that I had in mind, and told him about. Overall, Andrew delivered great quality, value, and professionalism in his work, and I would highly recommend his services. Booking Wild West Weddings was the best decision we made for our wedding day!

Caitlin from Wild West Weddings initially won us over with her shooting style! We were hooked at first glance! She insisted on setting up a phone call to truly engage with us and personalize the experience. Her professionalism was only overshadowed by her desire and passion to create the picturesque memories we all hope for! Her approach and organization made the experience effortless and so much fun! When THE DAY finally arrived, Caitlin set the tone and that allowed us to simply sit back and actually take it all in! We knew we were in the hands of someone who cared as much about our day as we did and that peace of mind was priceless. Her turn-around with our photos was amazing! One of the things we loved most about working with Caitlin is how she kept encouraging us to consider what was the most important to the two of us and to continue to refine the plans of our day according to what we wanted our day to feel like. Between her website, her posts on social media, and the other resources she provides, we were able to create a day that was connected and meaningful. She was easy to talk to and consistently responded to any communication in a timely manner.
The day of our elopement was relaxed, fun, and filled with so many intimate moments that would have been missing had it not been for the connection we had with Caitlin. It's hard to be in front of the camera but Caitlin helps with prompts as needed, which ends up being very helpful in some scenarios. She made it so easy to be ourselves and to be adventurous. We had a few little moments that didn't go as we had expected and Caitlin didn't even flinch. She just adjusted as necessary and we all enjoyed some good laughs about it later. It felt like hanging out with a friend.
Caitlin delivered exactly what we were looking for in our wedding day photos. Emotion, adventure, love, joy, surprise. We continually look back on them and reflect on the moments that are captured in those photos. We tell the stories. We laugh, and we cry. We would choose her again and again and we hope you choose her too!

He was very accommodating and we can tell that he truly cared about making our night very special! Even our family and friends complimented him. Our photographers were Caitlin and Lexi, and our videographer was Jon- I cannot even start on what an amazing team they were! They were fun to work with and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and to capture all of our moments. edding vendors and the first time we met with Caitlin and Andrew, we knew immediately they would be the perfect fit. They are SO easy to work with, are kind, patient and incredibly talented. Our engagement session was on a very humid day and they were so great trying to get us back into the AC quickly to cool off, but didn't take away from the time and energy spent making sure they got the best shots. My bridal portraits were so much fun. They were both so helpful and made me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. The wedding day is where they truly shine. From the first moment I saw them, I just remember feeling so excited and grateful we chose them to capture such an important day in our lives. eams professionalism leading up to our wedding and during the wedding. We were extremely excited to see our photos and video especially after the gorgeous sneak peak photo we received the following day of the wedding. Unfortunately when we received the photos and video we were very disappointed. We had photos we requested missing, like the bride and mother portrait, bride with family, groom with family, and the bride with her veil. The portrait photos were rushed and we can tell in the photos. Many photos had random objects and people in the background. Also many pictures had people not evening looking or eyes closed. Things that a photographer should realize when taking the photo especially with digital cameras. We asked Caitlin for a few of the original photos that were edited and she told us she deleted all of the original photos and only kept the edited ones. When we received the video we noticed the MOH and best man speeches were not in the video as we had requested during our first phone conversation with Caitlin. When we asked Caitlin to include them in the video she stated she wasn't able to that the video was final and it wasn't in the contract. Also she didn't include family/bridal party words as stated she would in the contract and said no one approached the videographer about it which we didn't know they had to do. The video had low quality footage and repeated multiple shots. Overall we were very disappointed with the service we received. We felt it was a missed opportunity to have amazing photos and memories captured. We now realize Caitlin and her team didn't have the wedding photography/videography experience we were looking for and wish we knew these things prior to booking. If you choose RFP put everything you want captured in the contract and know you will only get edited photos and not the originals. All photos and video are final and can’t be edited.

think it's so important to be comfortable with your photographer- you spend a lot of time with them and to get good shots, you have to have a good relationship. Caitlin is so personable and her second photographer for our wedding was great too. I loved having someone reliable who I could just set loose to get amazing photos without giving her direction. Her prices are so reasonable too and she over-delivered on every event I've had her shoot. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

my cousin’s weddings so I was familiar with her work, but when I got engaged, I wanted to do my due diligence and research myself so I reached out to another dozen or so photographers. Every single time I came back to Caitlin-there just isn’t anyone better out there!
I can see that she really caters to each couple and each album is very different. She is able to take the “typical” wedding group photos in a way that doesn’t seem overdone and catches each and every little detail. My husband and I are not the “posing” kind or like to be the center of attention, but Caitlin and Andrew help you feel like you are doing everything right and it feels natural. We also had a blast doing a champagne spray and smoke bomb photo that turned out amazing! What other photographer thinks of stuff like that?! I got married during COVID and ended up going to a judges office to get married. Because of that, we decided to do a photoshoot in advanced to commemorate this special date/time in our lives.
