They are stuck in our lives forever!!!! BOOK NOW! WILD WEST WEDDINGS!

crushed it! Caitlin was everything we needed and more. She’s super directional (in the best way), which helped us feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. She used lots of movement-based poses that made the whole experience feel natural and fun, no stiffness or awkwardness at all. The photos turned out gorgeous, truly better than I could have imagined. Honestly, she was such a standout that she even stepped in more effectively than my day-of coordinator at times! Her experience and warm, take-charge personality made her one of the stars of the day. Andrew, our DJ, was equally amazing. He had a great sense of the vibe and kept the dance floor packed all night. The energy he brought made it feel like we were at a nightclub during the peak of our reception and that’s exactly what we wanted! If you're looking for a photo/DJ duo who bring professionalism, personality, and real talent, Wild West Weddings is it. They helped make our day unforgettable. THANK YOU AGAIN

ned out beautiful. They were all so great to work with and made our wedding day even more perfect!!

h. I had 10 groomsmen—yes, 10!—and I didn’t even have to stress about them for a second. Caitlin took full control and handled them like a pro, and I LOVED that. LOL. My entire wedding party (and even our guests!) were raving about how impressive she was. I got several sneak peeks back right away, and they are stunning. Even my husband, who’s not easily impressed, said, “She did a damn good job!” Her husband, Andrew, was our DJ—and let me tell you, he absolutely crushed it. We had a country/boho wedding vibe, but my one big request was that the dance floor needed to be a non-stop party, and he delivered perfectly. People couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was, but what they really couldn’t stop raving about was how much fun they had dancing. From two-steppin’ to booty-shakin’, the floor was packed all night long—the music was just TOO good. I was beyond impressed and will always HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wild West Weddings. They were phenomenal and truly made our day unforgettable!

as so important on our wedding day. Their energy and professionalism were top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to document our special day. The photos and videos they captured are beyond our wildest expectations. Every moment, from the intimate ones to the grand celebrations, was documented with such detail and creativity. They didn’t just take pictures and videos — they told the story of our day in a way that felt so genuine and beautiful. What impressed us most was how seamlessly they worked together. The way they collaborated, making sure no moment was missed, and the way they perfectly captured both the big moments and the candid, unscripted ones, was simply amazing. They were also so flexible and discreet, ensuring everything flowed naturally without disrupting the day’s events. The end result was stunning! We are looking forward to our wedding video that we’ll cherish forever, and the photos perfectly capture the emotions and joy we felt throughout the day. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to preserve these memories for us. If you're looking for a photographer and videographer duo who are talented, professional, and above all, passionate about what they do, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to capture their wedding in the most beautiful way possible!

omfortable and had fun during the whole experience. She not only took amazing photos but also was a sort of “day coordinator” who helped us with our wedding day timeline and worked with our DJ to make sure everything went smoothly. It was very clear she knew what she was doing and how to have fun while doing it. We also had engagement photos done by her and it was so fun and she played our favorite music for us during the session and really made it memorable. Will be recommending her for any of my soon to be married friends!

about this team. Caitlin, Andrew and Celeste were ON POINT with literally everything. Our timeline got a little crossed with the coordinators’ original but Caitlyn literally saved the day. She wrangled the guys into getting ready and getting their shots done so fast! They aren’t an easy bunch to get in one spot for long so when I say Caitlyn wrangled, I mean it! She and Celeste were quick to get our flats/details completed so we could move on to bridal party shots for getting ready, me getting dressed with my mom and sister, reveal to my girls and our group shots. Post ceremony group shots were a breeze. Caitlin and Celeste got the entire group staged with clear instructions to get us to reception so dang fast. Andrew was filming around us the entire time but I hardly could even tell he was there - which is a HUGE deal. My husband and I both get a little sensory overload when too much is happening at once, and honestly the way this team works together is SEAMLESS. Caitlyn is the front voice of reason and then everything thereafter falls into a unified front to not only capture the most important moments but to also make sure you feel comfortable with everything that’s going on. The day goes by so fast and they do a fantastic job of making sure you get to relive it every time you look at photos or video. I cannot stress how awesome this team truly is, and I honestly cannot imagine having had anyone else to trust with making sure we get these memories recorded. We are not ones for many pictures, and they were able to maximize on images and video in just a short while and we cannot be more grateful for them. If you’re on the fence, just hop on over. I promise you will not be disappointed at all. 200000000% would hire again 😍😍😍😍

ndrew, our amazing DJ, made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Caitlin was an absolute dream to work with. Her eye for detail and ability to capture genuine moments left me in awe. Every photo she took told a story and made me feel all the emotions from the day again. She was so patient and kind, and her calming presence made our photo sessions fun and relaxed. I couldn't have asked for a more talented photographer to preserve those memories forever! And then there was Andrew – WOW! He had everyone on the dance floor all night long! From our first dance to the last song, Andrew knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep the energy going. He played a perfect mix of songs that fit our style and got everyone involved. I can't thank him enough for creating such an electric atmosphere. Together, Caitlin and Andrew made my wedding day unforgettable. I honestly don’t think my day would have been the same without them. Wild West Weddings is the real deal – they made my wedding truly special, and I’m so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend them if you want an unforgettable celebration!

f the way. Pro tip- don't skip the golden hour photos. These were downright the most beautiful photos I have ever seen in my life!!! You cannot go wrong with hiring her. It was worth every penny to have these memories forever!

me like family. If you’re looking for an amazing photographer who will go above and beyond, BOOK HER! 10/10 recommend!

table in front of a camera but she made me look flawless. I can’t thank her enough for all the amazing work she did for my engagement session and wedding. Her instagram page is all you need to know about her amazing eye for detail. Southern themed weddings - this is the photographer you didn’t know you needed. Thank you Caitlin for everything, you were the absolute best!!!

o we knew we were in great hands but she truly exceeded every expectation on the big day. When my hair and makeup ran 30 minutes over schedule, I was so stressed, but Caitlin jumped in and made everything work. She kept the timeline on track, coordinated with everyone, and ensured we didn’t lose any precious moments. She truly gave it her all, and you can see how passionate she is about what she does. Working with Caitlin felt like having a friend by our side who cared as much about our day as we did. She’s not just a photographer. She’s an expert at keeping everything calm and running smoothly while making sure every shot is perfect. We’re beyond grateful for all she did to make our wedding, engagements, and bridals so special. If you want someone who truly goes above and beyond, Caitlin is the one you need! – Clara & Jordan

made the whole experience seamless and stress-free, and their warm, adventurous style brought out the best moments of our day. From the romantic outdoor ceremony to the fun reception in the rustic setting of Avalon Legacy Ranch, they captured everything beautifully. The photos and videos truly reflect the love and joy of the day. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a team that is not only professional but also feels like friends who genuinely care about your love story, Wild West Weddings is it. Thank you, Caitlin and Andrew, for preserving our memories so perfectly!"

o help us with anything we needed. They had amazing energy and brought such a positive attitude to such an important day. We absolutely adore Caitlin and her husband and I would recommend them 100 times over. Book them!!! You will not regret it!!!!

er level. From the get-go, you will notice the incredible communication from Caitlin. She is quick to respond, answers every question, and is so kind in her responses. Caitlin is not only an incredible photographer with undeniable talent, she goes above and beyond to take care of her brides. Caitlin helped ensure I entered at the moment I wanted to for the ceremony, helped carry my dress and veil, put my veil in and took it out as needed, helped bustle my dress, and had a lifesaver technique to help when a mosquito bit me on my forehead during our sunset photos. Caitlin’s assistant, Gabby, was also so wonderful and kind. These are the professionals you want on your wedding day. You get what you pay for with WWW. I’ve only received my sneak peaks (within less than 24 hours btw) and I am so damn happy with the results. Do not hesitate to book them, they are phenomenal and worth every penny.

all of our guests feel comfortable. I can't recommend Wild West Enough

ely while also letting us enjoy the occasion. When changes needed to be made or schedules weren’t as expected she went with the flow while also making sure to get the shots of the experiences that were most important to us. And the pictures are phenomenal. We highly recommend Wild West Weddings.

eir style was exactly what I was looking for. I was feeling overwhelmed about the decision, as one does while planning a wedding. After my initial phone call with Caitlin I was put at ease when she began explaining the details. Fast forward nearly a year later it was finally our turn to have our wedding pictures taken! Caitlin was in contact with us for the weeks leading up to the big day. When meeting Caitlin and Andrew in person it was as if we had known each other forever. They jumped right in to action and were not shy getting to know our family and friends. Our wedding was almost two weeks ago and we still have people telling us how good our photographer was about capturing little moments throughout the night. This wife and husband duo really do go above and beyond for their couples. They were thrown a few curve balls during our wedding, but they rolled with it and never let it affect their work. They were professional and FUN at the same time. We SO enjoyed working with them and would definitely LOVE to work with them in the future as we start a family. Thank you so so so much Caitlin and Andrew! Y’all are the BEST!

e. They were more of an event coordinator/assistant than MY own coordinator was 😒, a hype squad, a badass friend, etc. Caitlin had all my friends and family talking about her during & after our wedding up until now. I am beyond grateful for her and her husband for executing our 9 hour coverage day. A wife&hubby duo to capture your wedding? Like are you kidding? I highly recommend. I will definitely be asking Caitlin to capture future moments for us. I already told my husband that she’s doing our pregnancy photos no questions asked. I felt like her and I were longtime besties because we have so much in common. We were all vibing together and my husband was comfortable with all the picture taking (because normally he gets frustrated). I think it’s because Andrew was talking to him the whole time so it made him more at ease. The whole night it was seamless. They know exactly what to capture. I already know our pics are going to be FIRE & WESTERN AF. Love y’all!! And remember… YOU’RE THE BEST FROM THE WEST 🫶🏼🩷🌵

he DJ was on top of everything. We hired them for our son’s wedding and didn’t have to worry about anything. The communication between them and the bride and groom was perfect and they made it so easy. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all your wedding needs and really appreciate all they did to make our kids magical day so special.

d. Caitlin is bery detail oriented and her personality is so sweet and fun! If you need an engagement, bridal, wedding or whatever you need-photographer this couple IS IT!!

ll night it was so much fun.

you look and feel your best during photos! She is great about making sure you know what to do and coaches you through the whole process! I can’t wait to work with her on our wedding day!

otos you literally wouldn’t know!!! This was also our first time taking pictures as a couple and she made it so much fun and comfortable! We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer or experience. 10/10 recommend!!! We can’t wait for our wedding day!!!

known each other since forever! That’s how comfortable we were with her. Her professionalism & talent will definitely move her to top tier status one day. Also want to mention that I told her about my one little pet peeve about myself and she understood the assignment and made sure to edit that out of the pics lol. I cannot wait for her to capture our wedding day in October 2024!!

ce with bad vendors and she was definitely not one of them. She literally helped put my veil in before I walked down the aisle. She knows exactly how to guide you through the photo taking process even if you are not super comfortable around the camera. Guests mentioned how good she’s was to me all night and the next day. In an industry full of uncertainty she is a sure thing.

nd her!

everything and anything we asked for, but they walked us through the entire process. Caitlin helped me find my dress, our florist, and our DJ! They are the most genuine people and Jackson and I feel honored to call them friends. Photography/ videography is such a crucial part and when you book with Wild West Weddings, you know that your dreams will come to life!

the future!! Booking was easy and smooth!

om the beginning with our engagement session she made us feel so comfortable. She has been there every step of the way for us from Engagements, Bridals, Wedding Day, and MORE. She helped create timelines for our day and was always there when I had questions. Her years of experience and having been a recent bride herself makes her the best in the business. She knows all of the special moments to capture, even the behind the scenes moments that we might not always think of. Our bridal party even had great things to say. She made capturing the group photos so easy and made everyone feel comfortable. The guys especially had a blast with their photos!!! Lastly, I want to mention how fast she is on getting your teasers and albums back. Within a day I already had wedding day teasers that my husband and I were able to sit and look through on our honeymoon. We loved being able to relive our day over and over through the photos that she sent back. We can’t recommend Caitlin enough!!!

of this husband & wife Wild West Weddings team. They really got to know the couple by a series of meetings & conversations beforehand that allowed them to be in tune with the vision & vibe for their special day. A wedding photographer is one if not the most important investments one can make and you can not go wrong with this sunset loving couple. Their photography & videography is worth every single dollar. It was apparent to me from the start how much they care about their clients and strive to create and deliver memorable images that will no doubt be treasured for a lifetime. Their work is impressive! Lastly, they are so much fun to work with and are very personable. Caitlyn even taught me a few dance moves at the reception!! Do yourself a favor and consider Wild West Weddings for your special day. You can thank me later!! They are extremely organized and help flesh out what moments are most important to the couple and then some! Our son and his bride commented on how comfortable Caitlyn made them on their wedding day and she captured extensive tender moments between them. That made this Momma’s heart so happy.

apher, was not just a professional behind the lens; she was a wizard in capturing moments and emotions, making us feel at ease in front of the camera - a task we thought impossible! From the first click of the camera, Caitlin's warmth and charm were infectious. It felt like reconnecting with a long-lost best friend. Her eye for detail, her intuitive sense of capturing the 'right' moments, and her unfailing energy made our wedding photography a delightful experience. Each photo tells a story, one that we'll cherish for a lifetime. But the magic didn't stop there. Andrew, the co-owner of Wild West Weddings, doubled as our DJ, and oh boy, did he bring the house down! His knack for reading the room and his flawless playlist had everyone - from our little nieces to Grandpa Joe - hitting the dance floor! The energy was electric, the vibes were just right, and the dance floor was never empty. What stood out the most was the personal touch that Caitlin and Andrew brought to our wedding. They were more than just vendors; they were the heart and soul of the celebration. Caitlin’s ability to make us feel comfortable and capture the essence of our relationship was nothing short of magical. And Andrew’s talent in keeping the party alive and kicking was remarkable. In conclusion, if you're looking for a team that goes above and beyond, makes you feel like family, and delivers an unforgettable experience, Wild West Weddings is the way to go. Thank you, Caitlin and Andrew, for making our wedding not just an event, but a beautiful, heartwarming experience that we will treasure forever.

ality and quantity, communication- 10/10 , friendship that was made 10/10!! We love Caitlyn and hope to get more of our big life events captured by her later on!! Just do yourself a favor and save the stress for another time and hire Wild West Weddings as your photographer!! We love you Caitlyn!!!!! 🤍🤍

ation into making sure we had the perfect day is something I'm forever grateful for! I had so many issues with my planning team but Caitlin came and helped me way more than they ever did. She's not just a photographer, she truly cares for you and will do anything she can to make your wedding dreams come true. I had my bridal portraits done with her and let me tell you..... any insecurity you might have about yourself, Caitlin will make you forget about them during your session. I had so much fun and will never forget that experience. For our wedding day she went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! because of HER I can honestly say my wedding went perfectly! Her attention to detail is amazing and it shows in EVERY photo she takes. So blessed she was our photographer and even more that I can call her a friend! Seriously cannot recommend Wild West Weddings enough!

’s more than a photographer but treats you like a friend. She looks out for you and makes sure you enjoy every moment of your special day. I highly recommend her for any special occasion you have! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

and each session was so seamless. Their work is fantastic, and they are so organized and a pleasure to be around. Caitlyn genuinely loves and cares about her brides, and is always open for communication. We got our wedding day teasers back so fast, and they were absolutely perfect! We definitely will be recommending Wild West Weddings to any of our friends with upcoming weddings. 100000/10 ❤️

ove and beyond. From sneaking me sneak peaks to prepare a wedding gift to working our requests into the schedule and just making sure that everything was organized & perfect. I feel like in just short weekend I have known you for a lifetime and Im so thankful to have had you guys capture this wonderful weekend for our family. If your considering another photographer, DONT! Wild West Weddings is 100% the way to go! ❤️

with them. Photography is one of the most important vendors you can book on your wedding day. My husband and I didn't do an actual engagement shoot, but he had reached out to Caitlin to surprise me with a family shoot for my birthday. He knew how much it meant to me to have pictures with our son. Caitlin did an amazing job with that shoot. Then, on our wedding day she could tell when something wasn't right and knew just what to do to make us happy. She bustled my dress, she made us plates for dinner and dessert. Her and Andrew are a great team and I can't wait to see our pictures and video from our day.

fortable and the engagement pictures are everything we dreamed of. I can't wait to work with her at the wedding. If you want an adventure engagement photo session, she's the one!

know what comes with Caitlin; stability and organization and unmeasurable care.. I like to think I’m put together but Caitlin takes it to another level. There isn’t a better way to describe my experience with her than above exceptional. Caitlin is far more than a photographer, I felt like I got a second “Day of coordinator” which I so desperately needed someone to stay with me and have clear steps thought out the entire day and help with anxiety. Caitlin helped me a great deal with my particular medical needs as well. Not only did she design the even timeline that best fit my needs but she was adamant to insert breaks and moments into the timeline where I could go tend to my medical needs (I felt like I had a best friend, Doctor, executive coordinator, and photographer all in one - she was far better than my maid of honor in supporting my every little needs (but shhh don’t tell the MOH ;). Looking back I think the wedding would have been incredibly stressful without Caitlin. On to the photos… I may be the most unphotogenic person on the planet and yet Caitlin made me look like a world class model. The sneak peaks of our photos thus far are just stunning, my biggest concern is running out of wall space to hang them all. She coordinated the photography timeline around a sunset which was breathtaking… she was also tremendous in making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, not one of my poses looks uncomfortable, the way she would straighten my dress, throw my veil in the wind, position my bouquet, worked with the landscape and the decor all looked like a magazine cover. The way she had us stand/pose captured the very best in both myself and my husband. If there is anything you MUST have at your wedding, it should be Wild West. They were recommended to me in the same manner and it was the best choice I made. You will be so grateful you did. DJ: Andrew was a lovely DJ, he took a very large list of songs I gave him and incorporated them into a cohesive theme that strategically support the mood in a critical moments; ie - before toasts, during dance time etc… he kept the energy lively and the dance floor full. No detail went unnoticed - I was sent a list for song choices for ever step of the wedding, walking down the isle for the wedding party, then myself, wedding party introductions, my introduction etc.. all these things I would not have thought to think of on my own and it all went perfectly!

re not only getting a photographer but also a wedding planner, friend, and dance partner all in one! We also hired video and DJ services, which was the icing on the cake! Andrew was a fantastic DJ and took a lot of our input during our final consultation and questionnaire. He did a great job at reading the room and the dance floor was packed the entire night! Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with WWW and will continue to recommend their services to our friends & family.

& I . I could not recommend her enough. She just sent us some sneak peak photos and we are blown away at how beautiful & fun they are ! The whole planning process she was very easy to get ahold of and helped us in anyway she could . You will not regret using Caitlin as your photographer ! We will definitely continue to use Caitlin for our biggest life moments 💗 ~ Jay & Jamie Begley

and that we were getting as much as we could on my must-have list. They are upfront with any and all costs as well as recommendations based on the timeline, wants, and needs. They are beyond worth the cost of their services. The professionalism, timeliness, coverage of the day, and flexibility of the team are par none. Caitlin stepped up and really made a difference in the coordination of the day and stepped up when things started getting chaotic. After our day, they were intentional in communicating with me and my husband during the editing phase. We selected their top-tier photo package as well as some add-ons and received about 2,500 photos back in a timely manner. The video coverage was stunning going above and beyond our expectations. If they offer other photography sessions outside of weddings/engagements/bridals we will for sure be booking them! I can't recommend anyone better!!!

pictures I have received. Throughout the process Caitlin was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She's very aware of what brides ask in this business and is knowledgeable in her craft. We did have a little bump on my wedding day where we had to get a couple of replacement photographers, but the photographers that came were wonderful! They both had their own companies as well and were super helpful throughout the process. Again, I have yet to see all of the pictures but from what I know, the images I've received from the sneak peek are pictures I'd love to hang up on my wall at home.
