Caitlin is worth every penny, she’s a hype woman, emergency seamstress, day of coordinator, DJ, dance instructor on top of being the most stunning photographer ever. I’m not comfortable in front of a camera but she made me look flawless. I can’t thank her enough for all the amazing work she did for my engagement session and wedding. Her instagram page is all you need to know about her amazing eye for detail. Southern themed weddings - this is the photographer you didn’t know you needed. Thank you Caitlin for everything, you were the absolute best!!!

BOOK THEM. Caitlin & Andrew are the dream team. Andrew was an incredible DJ, we had a blast on the dance floor. There are great photographers, then there is Caitlin, on a whole other level. From the get-go, you will notice the incredible communication from Caitlin. She is quick to respond, answers every question, and is so kind in her responses. Caitlin is not only an incredible photographer with undeniable talent, she goes above and beyond to take care of her brides. Caitlin helped ensure I entered at the moment I wanted to for the ceremony, helped carry my dress and veil, put my veil in and took it out as needed, helped bustle my dress, and had a lifesaver technique to help when a mosquito bit me on my forehead during our sunset photos. Caitlin’s assistant, Gabby, was also so wonderful and kind. These are the professionals you want on your wedding day. You get what you pay for with WWW. I’ve only received my sneak peaks (within less than 24 hours btw) and I am so damn happy with the results. Do not hesitate to book them, they are phenomenal and worth every penny.

I want to start off by saying that when booking Wild West Weddings you’re going to get a 20/10 service. EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. They were not just a photography service for me. They were more of an event coordinator/assistant than MY own coordinator was 😒, a hype squad, a badass friend, etc. Caitlin had all my friends and family talking about her during & after our wedding up until now. I am beyond grateful for her and her husband for executing our 9 hour coverage day. A wife&hubby duo to capture your wedding? Like are you kidding? I highly recommend. I will definitely be asking Caitlin to capture future moments for us. I already told my husband that she’s doing our pregnancy photos no questions asked. I felt like her and I were longtime besties because we have so much in common. We were all vibing together and my husband was comfortable with all the picture taking (because normally he gets frustrated). I think it’s because Andrew was talking to him the whole time so it made him more at ease. The whole night it was seamless. They know exactly what to capture. I already know our pics are going to be FIRE & WESTERN AF. Love y’all!! And remember… YOU’RE THE BEST FROM THE WEST 🫶🏼🩷🌵

5 stars is simply not enough for Caitlin. I wish I could give her 100 stars. When we first booked Caitlin, I had no idea how much of an impact she would make on our wedding day. From the beginning with our engagement session she made us feel so comfortable. She has been there every step of the way for us from Engagements, Bridals, Wedding Day, and MORE. She helped create timelines for our day and was always there when I had questions. Her years of experience and having been a recent bride herself makes her the best in the business. She knows all of the special moments to capture, even the behind the scenes moments that we might not always think of. Our bridal party even had great things to say. She made capturing the group photos so easy and made everyone feel comfortable. The guys especially had a blast with their photos!!! Lastly, I want to mention how fast she is on getting your teasers and albums back. Within a day I already had wedding day teasers that my husband and I were able to sit and look through on our honeymoon. We loved being able to relive our day over and over through the photos that she sent back. We can’t recommend Caitlin enough!!!

Caitlin and her team are truly amazing! From the first phone call to the day of, she is with you every step of the way! She is prompt, organized, and makes you feel incredible. She’s more than a photographer but treats you like a friend. She looks out for you and makes sure you enjoy every moment of your special day. I highly recommend her for any special occasion you have! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

Seeing Caitlin walk in the door at my wedding venue after months of planning and coordination made all my anxiety go away instantly - you see based upon a friends recommendation I know what comes with Caitlin; stability and organization and unmeasurable care.. I like to think I’m put together but Caitlin takes it to another level. There isn’t a better way to describe my experience with her than above exceptional. Caitlin is far more than a photographer, I felt like I got a second “Day of coordinator” which I so desperately needed someone to stay with me and have clear steps thought out the entire day and help with anxiety. Caitlin helped me a great deal with my particular medical needs as well. Not only did she design the even timeline that best fit my needs but she was adamant to insert breaks and moments into the timeline where I could go tend to my medical needs (I felt like I had a best friend, Doctor, executive coordinator, and photographer all in one - she was far better than my maid of honor in supporting my every little needs (but shhh don’t tell the MOH ;). Looking back I think the wedding would have been incredibly stressful without Caitlin. On to the photos… I may be the most unphotogenic person on the planet and yet Caitlin made me look like a world class model. The sneak peaks of our photos thus far are just stunning, my biggest concern is running out of wall space to hang them all. She coordinated the photography timeline around a sunset which was breathtaking… she was also tremendous in making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, not one of my poses looks uncomfortable, the way she would straighten my dress, throw my veil in the wind, position my bouquet, worked with the landscape and the decor all looked like a magazine cover. The way she had us stand/pose captured the very best in both myself and my husband. If there is anything you MUST have at your wedding, it should be Wild West. They were recommended to me in the same manner and it was the best choice I made. You will be so grateful you did. DJ: Andrew was a lovely DJ, he took a very large list of songs I gave him and incorporated them into a cohesive theme that strategically support the mood in a critical moments; ie - before toasts, during dance time etc… he kept the energy lively and the dance floor full. No detail went unnoticed - I was sent a list for song choices for ever step of the wedding, walking down the isle for the wedding party, then myself, wedding party introductions, my introduction etc.. all these things I would not have thought to think of on my own and it all went perfectly!

If you like sunsets, details, fun, and great service- hire WWW! We spoke to a lot of photographers but at the end of the day, hired WWW because of Caitlin. Best decision ever! You’re not only getting a photographer but also a wedding planner, friend, and dance partner all in one! We also hired video and DJ services, which was the icing on the cake! Andrew was a fantastic DJ and took a lot of our input during our final consultation and questionnaire. He did a great job at reading the room and the dance floor was packed the entire night! Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with WWW and will continue to recommend their services to our friends & family.

Caitlin and Andrew truly have a gift for photography. After months of searching for a (future😊) husband and wife team, I found Caitlin and Andrew. Through their photos we immediately felt the love and passion they had for their art. Both our engagement and wedding photos turned out better than we could have imagined. Caitlin walked with me through every step of my wedding journey, from the wedding dress to venue furniture, she was there to help. We even gave them the impossible task of giving us unique photos that are special just to Zachary and I… And of course they delivered. Thank you Wild West for capturing our goofy and sometime wild family and friends, but most of all the love between the two of us. We will forever be grateful to your team and cannot wait for you to capture the Hensley family as we grow.

WILD WEST WEDDINGS MADE MY WEDDING PERFECT. If you need a wedding photographer or videographer, look no further. Caitlin and Andrew were amazing. First off our engagement session with Caitlin was perfect, as two people who have never had professional photos take, we were awkward to say the least. Caitlin made the whole process effortless and fun! The pictures turned out amazing, I started crying when I saw them and knew we made the night choice picking WWW! As the wedding day came around, Caitlin was on top of everything and upon meeting with her provided me with a clear and detailed timeline of the day. They were with us every step of the way, helping to make the day seamless and smooth. Whatever direction my husband and I wanted the photos to go Caitlin and Andrew took our lead and we couldn’t have asked for a better duo! Did I mention the photos turned out amazing! Absolutely to die for, I have been obsessed and never felt more beautiful in a photo. What started as one of my biggest stresses of the wedding turned into the most positive aspect of the day!
