This family-owned restaurant boasts an eclectic menu to accommodate any couple’s ideal tastes. From your rehearsal dinner to your day-after brunch, the culinary team will go above and beyond to keep your guests satisfied throughout your event.
Owner and head chef, Brandi Lindsey, has always held a passion for food, and strives for excellence with each dish she and her team create. All of their dishes are created from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients to achieve the most powerful ingredients. During your wedding planning process, she and co-owner Josh will work with you directly, to ensure their dishes and displays match your nuptial vision.
Wildberry Catering offers each of their menu items a la carte, allowing you to customize your reception menu from start to finish. Some of their entrees include chicken tetrazzini, smoked beef brisket, and fajita buffets. In addition, they can also fill your dessert display with their variety of sweet treats for your guests to enjoy. Wildberry was wonderful!! We got the fajita bar and enchiladas for our wedding, and the enchiladas were raved about all night and they were so kind and helpful in the planning process. I wish we lived closer to eat here more often. 100% recommend.
I knew Wildberry Catering was for me upon my initial email exchange with Brandi. I told her my budget and she responded so positively, explaining they could come up with a great menu! They did just that. My husband and I went in for our tasting and were simply blown away! Everything was sooo good! Throughout the planning process, they were extremely kind and professional, communication was always timely, and they were just a joy to work with. Our guests loved the food, and we received so much positive feedback. What really took the cake, for me, was that the staff made to-go plates for my husband and me, as well as packed up what food was left (there wasn't a whole lot, because the guests certainly enjoyed it :D)! Overall, my experience with Wildberry couldn't have been better and I would recommend them a million times over. Thank you Wildberry!! <3

Brandi was phenomenal to work with, answered our emails within 24 hours, and helped us create a perfect menu for our wedding. I knew we chose the right caterer when we went for our tasting and my first thought was this tastes just like my mom's cooking. Brandi was willing to create a greek inspired menu for our big day, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how incredible the food was! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Wildberry catering exceeded my expectations for my wedding. I was able to use their services for both catering and bartending, both were 10/10. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were delicious! A big shout out to everyone at Wildberry Catering that helped make our daughter's wedding day so perfect. Guest after guest were intentional about finding us during the reception to let us know how great the food was. Wildberry catered the food for our rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding reception and both were equally fantastic. All of the staff were amazing as well. They worked tirelessly from the start to the finish of the event. I did not have to worry about a thing. The staff could not have been any more professional, kind, or hard-working. I would not hesitate to use Wildberry for another event or wedding. They certainly exceeded our expectations in every way. I am beyond grateful......
Brandi and team are amazing! From the initial tasting to the wedding, they absolutely stayed on top of things. A huge fan of the ham and cheddar biscuits. They were such a huge hit, Wildberry is making them for our son and daughter in laws baby shower. Highly recommend!
Wildberry Cafe & Catering was phenomenal to work with! My son was getting married and we received their contact information from our venue to do the food for the wedding reception. We scheduled a tasting and were blown away. We cancelled all other tastings! The food at the tasting was delicious. Brandi and her team were so easy to work with; kind, responsive and did a great job offering suggestions to fit the couples needs and wants. The night of the reception they had plenty of staff to provide excellent service. The passed hours d' oeuvres were a great addition and all the gusts loved them. The food at the reception was just as wonderful and HOT! The couple is now having a baby and requested several appetizers from Wildberry and they are making it happen for us!

Brandi and her team are absolutely incredible. We're so happy we chose them to cater our wedding! Everything was flawless from the emails, the tasting, then to the wedding day. Their food is SO yummy, and presentation is also great. We opted for buffet style and Brandi was extremely helpful with how to set it up to make sure it was quick and efficient!
Brandi and her team are some of the best! The food was fantastic and she and her team were on top of everything the entire night! They even boxed up our cake to save for next year! You can't go wrong with Wildberry!
We cannot begin to describe the outstanding customer service provided by Brandi and her staff at Wildberry Cafe. From the moment we engaged in conversation with Brandi, she was everything we could have dreamed of for a partner in my daughter's wedding.
Brandi offers the most incredible customer service and always made us feel special. My daughter (and now husband) wanted a non-traditional reception meal and Brandi made that happen with the most tasty breakfast meal! Our guests are still raving about the Hashbrown Casserole and we have to give a moment to celebrate and give a shout out for the DELICIOUS WAFFLES!!
If you want a seamless, carefree, delicious food experience, I cannot recommend Brandi and her staff at Wildberry Cafe enough. I would have given more stars if they were available.

Simply AMAZING. We hired Wildberry Catering to cater our wedding and it was the best decision. From appetizers, dinner, and through dessert, they created delicious food options that accommodated all guests, including our dairy free, gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian guests. They willingly and skillfully assisted me in developing the accommodating menu and remain within our budget. The taco bar for dinner was a hit! Our guests loved the variety of options provided throughout the night. All of the caterers were friendly, professional, helpful, flexible, and organized throughout the whole night. We are so grateful that their team played a key role in making our favorite day so wonderful!
We had a good experience with Wildberry! The food overall was great for catering! Me and my husband weren't saved any passed appetizers like promised, but we overall had a great experience. The staff are really lovely and their story is one you want to be apart of!

Absolutely fantastic food and team to work with. I was vague in what I wanted and switched up the plan once or twice and they were more than happy to accommodate. Brandi was also so helpful in finding options that fit within my budget. They were the best vendor I worked with I cannot imagine my wedding with anyone else.

“This is not your typical wedding food” & “I wonder if I could get that salad recipe?” were just a couple of the comments that were said to me about the dinner at our daughters wedding. Wildberry was so professional yet still down to earth. We started with passed appetizers of mixed berries in phyllo cups, crostini with mozzarella, tomato, basil in a balsamic drizzle & meatballs. They were plentiful and extremely tasty. The servers walked around making sure everyone was getting enough to eat. Our dinner was the chicken with cheese stuffing, smoked brisket, twice baked potatoes, roasted vegetables, rolls and a mixed greens with strawberries and blueberries, glazed pecans in a vinaigrette. The meat was very moist and tender. Brandi is exceptional to deal with. She’s attentive and emails were answered immediately. We made changes, added bartenders, and she handled everything with grace. Brandi was even able to add our bar mixers in at the last week. The buffet setting was beautiful and fit perfectly with our venue. All this and it fit into our budget! What a blessing Wildberry was! You will not regret going with this wonderful caterer. They are excellent to deal with.

My husband and I got married on 10/30/22 and could not have been happier with our choice of Wildberry for our catering! They were incredible from the tasting through the event. They listened to the dreams we had and exceeded our expectations. We had initially picked a lemon chicken to try during our tasting but they included their cheese & herb baked chicken for us to try and it was INCREDIBLE! All of their food was amazing, and their staff served us (the bride and groom) with a big plate when we sat down to ensure we ate. We got so many compliments on the food- it was delicious! Wildberry was an excellent choice for our wedding day. The food was even better at the event than our tasting, and their staff was helpful all throughout. They were also the most affordable option, but we didn't sacrifice quality at all going with them. 10/10 recommend!
I could not have asked for a better caterer for our big day. Their communication was prompt, and the choices were endless. We chose to have a pasta bar, and so many of our guests raved about how delicious it was. The appetizers for cocktail hour were incredible as well. Wildberry has bartenders as well, and they provided disposables for a great price. The staff was so kind, and they were a pleasure to work with!
This food was amazing! The appetizers of meatballs and phyllo cups with fruit were so delicious! We had chicken baked with stuff and cheese, pulled pork, creamy cornbread casserole, and loaded mashed potatoes. The food was all perfect, I received so many complements from guests on how amazing the food was! We booked this vender through our venue, Iriswoods.
Absolutely amazing! I was initially having a hard time finding a caterer for my wedding and as soon as I met Brandi and her team, there was no question they would go above and beyond.
The wedding day was perfect. We did passed apps of grilled cheese, tomato soup and strawberry bruschetta. We had their famous Herb and cheese baked chicken, pulled pork, green beans, and mashed potatoes. I had one guest come up to me and say “you had chicken at your wedding and it was delicious, full of flavor and not dry”. People raved about the appetizers as well. The wedding day staff was very helpful and did a wonderful job cleaning up and filling water glasses. They were nothing but professional. Brandi also was accommodating when some bumps in the road happened with my venue. I would 100% recommend Wildberry!

We loved working with Wildberry Catering for our wedding. They were one of our favorite vendors. We chose to do passed apps (crostini BLTs and cucumber sandwiches), buffet style eating (green beans, rolls and roasted potatoes) and brisket and cheesy chicken. We did a late night snack of hot chicken sliders for our guests as well! Staff was lovely and Brandi is a joy to work with. Will 10/10 recommend and swing by for lunch when we are on that side of town.
Could not have selected a better catering company for our big day. We went with the bbq and herb & cheese chicken. Everything was amazing. As a gluten free bride I was very worried about having enough selections for my guests as well as myself. Wildberry catering not only made sure that I had some options to eat but even went above and beyond to help me have almost every delicious item. Even the surprise banana pudding shooters! We highly recommend this company for your wedding or other special events! 💕💕
We cannot say enough good things about Wildberry Catering. They catered our food and provided bartenders for our wedding. Most of our compliments on the wedding were about how yummy the food was and how quickly everyone was fed (we had 220 guests). We chose the cheesy herb chicken and raspberry pork loin with loaded mashed potatoes and green beans. We also had late night sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits that were SUCH a hit. Brandi and her team are so knowledgeable. We asked so many questions like how long it will take for guests to get through the line, how much ice/mixers to get for the bar. They even handled cutting the cake. Wildberry is so reasonably priced and they do so much to make sure all your worries in regards to food/drink are taken care of. We are so grateful to have had them as one of our vendors on wedding day. HIGHLY recommend to anyone in their search.
Brandi and her team are the best!!! They catered our wedding on 9/11/22 at the White Dove Barn in Beechgrove, TN and every single person complimented the food as to how great it was! If you’re looking for a caterer for your wedding just hire Wildberry! You won’t regret it. The chicken was phenomenal as was the brisket. We seriously couldn’t have had better food! We hired Wildberry Catering for our wedding recently and they seriously nailed it. We went for a tasting and about fell out of our chairs when we tried the enchiladas. We decided to go with a Mexican theme with enchiladas and fajitas and it was just amazing. Multiple of our wedding guests said they loved it and someone even said it was the best wedding meal they ever had. The staff at Wildberry was also very easy to work with and helpful along the way with some of the appetizer decisions and they provided everything we needed. It was also very fairly priced. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone!

We had so many guest compliment on how good the food was! Kelly and Brandi are so awesome to work with responding to texts/emails and answering any questions I had promptly! They all went above and beyond what we expected......Kelly even took my wheelchair bound mom through the buffet line so my stepdad could get his own plate! Just amazing! Brandi and her team were amazing to work with! She was always quick to reply with any questions we had and easily accommodated a few last minute changes. We had passed appetizers and a family style meal. Everyone at the wedding kept saying how wonderful the food was! The staff were all very polite and considerate. I highly recommend this business!
I can't describe how grateful I am for Wildberry Catering!!! Brandi and her team are incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and the food was DELICIOUS! Everything went SO smoothly for our wedding of 150 people - from the passed appetizers, the buffet dinner, to the late night pretzel bar (yum). They saved us each extra plates which we ate for dinner the next night and it was just as good as the first time!! We also used their bartending service which worked out wonderfully. I can't say enough great things about them. Would 100% recommend!
I would give them 100 stars if I could. The food was amazing. So many guests came up to me during the wedding and told me that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. The staff were wonderful and so easy to work with. We had one small miscommunication on the day of the wedding, but they went out of their way to fix it and keep everything perfect and stress free. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
We have hired Wildberry Cafe on numerous occasions for our company from everything to open houses to business luncheons. They never disappoint! It was only natural that they would be our first call for our daughters engagement party and wedding reception. The raves never stopped from those in attendance. Best food they've ever had at a wedding, shrimp and grits was a huge success as well as brisket and pretty much anything Brandi and Kelly prepare! Not only is the food amazing but their displays are beautiful, you really don't have to worry about extra decor. Oh, and the best part was not having to worry about clean up! Their servers were quick to remove used dishes and everything was cleaned and put away for the rental company! We never lifted a finger! Thank you so much Wildberry, you guys are really the best!

Wow wow and WOW! I cannot recommend Wildberry Catering enough!! The food…CHEFS KISS! It was delicious, of course! We heard so many wonderful reviews from our guest about the food. But most importantly to me as a Bride was the genuineness of this company and their staff. They truly truly cared and are passionate about their business. The staff worked so hard, the buffet decorations were perfect and they were incredibly kind. We couldn’t have chose a better caterer!
What an amazing group -- not only was their food spot on but the entire team is beyond humble and genuine! We had so many incredible comments from the guests at our daughter's wedding at Clementine, all complimenting the set up, organization and most of all -- the delicious food! Brandi are her crew are SUPER STARS! We have used her company for our school luncheon for several years and she is the BEST!! We were late booking this year, and she pulled off a Christmas miracle and serve her delicious food to 120 people without a hitch. If you're looking for someone that communicates well, is prompt, has a scrumptious menu, and makes your venue beautiful, Brandi is your girl!
Best catering company ever! Brandi and her crew were the best to work with! They stayed in constant contact with us before, during and after our daughters wedding. We had breakfast served and it was top notch. All our 150 guests loved every bite and are still talking about it. Brandi also served us a taco bar for rehearsal lunch the day before. We were fortunate to have two wonderful meals. We have two more daughters and we will be using Brandi and Wildberry Cafe again:)))

wonderful! Their communication, professionalism, and friendliness made catering such an easy part of the planning process. My personal concern with food for our wedding was tasting one thing at the tasting then having less than great food at our wedding. Our food tasted the exact same from the tasting to our wedding night and the serving sizes were plentiful! Throughout our wedding night (and still since!) have complimented the food, often saying it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had! Wildberry's servers were great throughout the night clearing the tables and making sure all our guests had what they needed. We used Wildberry for our bartending services which allowed us to use one less vendor for that added service. I'm so thankful I chose Wildberry and had the opportunity to work with such a sweet team. Overall, I couldn't recommend Wildberry Catering more!!
We hired Wildberry catering for our daughter's wedding in December. When I had contacted Brandi to reserve the service, I had no idea we were facing a global pandemic. Brandi and the whole Wildberry team were so gracious and caring through it all. I deeply appreciate their professionalism, care for safety, and extraordinary skill. As beautiful as the presentation of the food was, the taste was even better. We could not have been more pleased. Although the event ended up being much different from how we started, Wildberry helped us feel special through it all. I have asked Wildberry to help us during multiple life events. Without hesitation, I will contact them for the next celebration that comes our way. Wildberry not only met our expectations, they exceeded them as they have done over and over again. Love the Wildberry Team!!! We hired them for a large wedding weekend kick off dinner for out of town guests and family and it was fabulous!!! Everyone talked about how wonderful the food was!! They had lots of options for us to select from and stayed within our groups budget. They brought a beautiful array of serving pieces to layer the food and made our table look gorgeous. The charcuterie board was out of this world!! And the server that brought the food was so wonderful and friendly, and made it all so easy on us. Highly recommend them!!!
Wildberry Cafe was amazing. I'm so glad that we picked them for our wedding day. We are from Nashville, and we were not familiar with places in Lebanon. We found them based on reviews. They were professional and everyone was friendly and nice. At one point they were even helping my mom with my bustle. They went above and beyond. The food was delicious. Literally the best food I've ever had at a wedding. The cocktail table and buffet were decorated beautifully. They had styled it to match with my wedding colors. Everything was even better than I had expected. They did a fantastic job.

We got the best feedback from our guests about the food - many saying it was the best wedding food they have every had! Highly recommended for all events - definitely get the meatballs!!
People couldn't say enough great things about the food, it was soooo good! I wanted to eat so much more but my duties as mother of the groom kept me to one plate only, and I didn't even get to finish it! It was beautifully presented and the three ladies helping to serve that night were so kind and professional and helpful.

Wildberry catered our wedding and worked the bars as well. They were amazing! Not only was the food fantastic- so many guests continue to bring up how good the food was but they also were positive, professional and intentional during the planning process + during the wedding. Wildberry catered our kids rehearsal dinner and reception this past weekend. The food was delicious and the staff was awesome, received many compliments. Our venue was in Cookeville and all went smoothly. We also had to change our date but Brandi and Josh were great helping us handle everything. I HIGHLY recommend Wildberry for your catering needs.
Used Wildberry for my daughter's wedding. Brandi and Josh were so awesome. Due to Covid-19 we had to postpone the wedding twice and they were extremely accommodating with the date changes. Everything from the appetizers for cocktail hour to the bar was perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Brandi made everything in the planning process so easy. They handled everything on the day of the wedding without even a question to us. I would use them again and you will not be disappointed if you use them too!

We used Wildberry for our wedding! The food was delicious and it was served hot! Sometimes I feel like food gets cold and this was not the case at our wedding. At our wedding they did their own menu and decor for the food table which relieved a lot of stress from me. It was one less thing to worry about. Wildberry catered my daughter's wedding last fall. Brandi was fabulous to work with and customized the menu to my daughter and her fiance's wishes and budget. The day of the wedding, the caterering staff was prompt and courteous. The food was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. I would recommend Wildberry without hesitation. Wildberry did an amazing job catering our wedding! Brandi from Wildberry was easy to work with and helped to form a menu based on our budget and wants. The food itself was delicious, and our guests all raved about the desserts (we only had a dessert bar). We even added some things later on and they kept the original pricing for us. Great experience, we would definitely recommend using them!

Brandi and her wonderful staff provided catering services for our wedding at the Coredell. The food was amazing everyone was raving about the hot chicken sliders and the beef brisket. Everything from the rolls to the dessert was amazing. She was also a pleasure to work with and made the experience very enjoyable. You also can’t beat her pricing!

I am so thrilled my coordinator recommended Wildberry Catering for our August wedding at The Clementine. My husband and I are vegetarians and something we felt passionate about was serving vegetarian food (apps, buffet, late night snack) during the cocktail hour and reception. While WE know how good vegetarian food can be, I would be lying if I said we weren't a little nervous about what our guests would think about serving a meatless wedding meal (so many opinions, you know!). Well, it turned out to be everything we could have hoped for and more! Not only were WE blown away by the food, we received so many positive remarks from our guests saying how incredible it was and by the end of the night, we didn’t go home with ANY leftover food because people kept going back for more!! Working with Brandi and her team during this process was such a dream and stress-free. She is so genuine and kind, responsive, and truly works hard to understand how she can make sure she pulls off the day of your dreams. I hope you work with this incredible team!!

Brandi and her team were amazing for our April wedding at Cedars of Lebanon. Her team setup a beautiful display for both the outdoor appetizers and inside buffet. As soon as my dress was bustled, and I was ready to mingle, I had a plate of food in my hand. No hungry bride or groom on their watch! The main course was wonderful and I saw many of our guests go back for seconds. I forgot a cake knife (whoops) and a member of the team ran out to get one in time for cake cutting. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend them for any event.
Wildberry Catering was great! They served appetizers, buffet style dinner and a couple of desserts at my wedding on April 7, 2018. I have received many compliments from guests about how yummy the food was. The mashed potatoes and bacon wrapped dates were my favorite! The staff was super; they were friendly and such hard workers! Brandi was very sweet and easy to work with during the planning process. I would highly recommend for any event!
Brandi and Josh (along with their entire crew) were absolutely amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food! A favorite of our guests was the mini BLTs during cocktail hour, as well as the beef dish we had during dinner. From the time we contacted Wildberry, we knew they would be a perfect fit for us. They worked with us on dietary restrictions (my mom is a vegan and Brandi made some amazing vegan crab cakes that my mom just adored). We also had our rehearsal dinner at Wildberry Café and were a little nervous about choosing the pasta buffet as my now husband's family are from New York and yes... are Italian! But they all raved about the pasta too!! Now that is something to brag about; Brooklyn Italians loved your pasta! I cannot say enough about this group, and whole-heartedly recommend them for any of your catering needs. Brandi is great at setting up a perfect menu for what you are looking for, and even helped us with our rentals. Thank you again to the Wildberry team!
Brandi and her team were amazing! Wild berry catered my wedding January 2018. She had MANY options to choose from for the cocktail hour on, and she was really accomodating! And I can’t tell you how sweet she was, and easy to work with. Our guests wouldn’t stop raving about the food - most brides don’t sit down to eat at their wedding, but everyone was so happy with the food, I got to relax and eat the delicious food! Brandi is a fantastic chef, and her team made the presentation of the food beautiful, too. We were also on a tight budget, and she worked well within it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

We used Wildberry to cater our wedding at the Pick Inn and couldn't have been happier! My husband and I choose to have a taco bar and they exceeded our expectations! Brandy and Josh were very helpful and accommodating during the whole process. We purchased popsicles for our guests and the Wildberry Team was gracious enough to pass them out on silver platters! We were blown away from the delicious food, table decorations and service from the Wildberry Team! I would recommend them to anyone!

Wildberry Catering were amazing for our Wedding Day. Brandi and her Team were so wonderful to work with and her menu was absolutely fabulous. All of our Guests were talking about our food for months after the Wedding. I used a Vintage theme and Brandi made the Buffet table scape look just like I had imagined.

I am from Philadelphia and was concerned about hiring a caterer I had not met or whose food I hadn't had the chance to taste. After one conversation with Brandi, I knew I had chosen wisely.
She offered a wide variety of options, listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions and then tailored the menu to suit us perfectly. Our guests were delighted with her creative and delicious offerings. The appetizers and buffet were beautifully presented. Clean up was quickly and quietly completed, and leftovers packaged for us to enjoy the next day. Even though we were a small party, Brandi gave us exceptional service from beginning to end.She was amazing to work with.
My only regret is that we live so far away that I am unable to use Brandi and Wildberry for all my catering needs.

Brandi provided food for approximately 175 guests at our wedding reception at Long Hollow Gardens. You cannot go wrong with Wildberry. Their team is EXTREMELY helpful, understanding and willing to work with your requests and budget. We truly could have never found a better team to work with on a big and stressful day. They time and time again adjusted little things that we asked and always made sure that it was exactly as we requested. They had a beautiful set up and it was delicious, reasonably priced and Brandi is one of the sweetest/calmest people you could ever meet- which is extremely during wedding planning. I was first introduced to Wildberry Catereing a couple of years ago at friends wedding. The food was delicious and memorable. I specifically loved the presentation of salad in glasses and the shrimp and grits in martini glasses. When my daughter got engaged I knew I wanted them to cater the meal and I am so glad I did. The presentation was beautiful, the appetizers, entrees and desserts were amazing. I can't say enough good things about the owner Brandi Lindsey. She is a joy to work with and very creative. If you are looking for amazing people and amazing food I totally suggest you speak Brandi. Her husband Josh and their servers are wonderful. I first sampled their food at the Southern Living Fair. I was hooked so when my daughter set the wedding date I knew who I was calling. Brandi is the easiest person to talk to and is so helpful. She even helped keep me calm. My family and friends are still talking about the food. They can't wait to come back and have lunch at the Wildberry Cafe.
