My husband and I wanted to do something completely different from what a traditional wedding looks like. We travelled from New Jersey to elope in Ogden, where the downtown is full ...
of history, specifically the old Union Station. Jenn and Garrett perfectly captured our vision of simple, romantic, but with a western gothic flair. Jenn made planning our ceremony and the photography session so easy and stress free. Meeting this duo in person just reaffirmed our decision to elope was the right choice! They never felt like strangers and were always kind and exciting to spend our day with. We received our sneak peeks not even 48 hours later and we were speechless. Everything we asked for was captured and conveyed in those images. Thank you so much for making our dreams come true!
From our very first video call, Anika made it clear that she truly cared about usânot just the ceremony, but our relationship, our faith, and our vision for what we wanted our elop...
ement to feel like. About six weeks before our wedding, she took time to get to know both me and my husband individually and as a couple, asking thoughtful questions that helped her fully understand who we are and what mattered most to us.
After that initial call and questionnaire, Anika promptly sent a ceremony outline that was intentional, affirming, inclusive, faith-centered, and deeply loving. Every detail we requested was included, and she was incredibly helpful in answering questions and refining the ceremony so it felt authentic and personal. Wilde Heart Weddings also assisted us in locating the perfect on-site elopement location in the Salt Lake area, Cottonwood Heightsâand it truly became a winter wonderland when it snowed during our ceremony.
Full transparency: with this being a holiday-season wedding, there were a few minor communication mishaps along the way, but nothing that caused concern or alarm. What mattered most was the outcomeâand Anika absolutely delivered. She honored every detail we asked for and improvised with grace when needed. When our unity sand materials arrived broken and with the incorrect monogram, she handled the moment seamlessly and with such calm professionalism that it never felt stressful.
Our wedding was planned in less than 90 days, yet Jenn and Anika made it feel as though weâd had an entire year to plan. Everything flowed beautifully. Their teamwork is effortless, and their warmth is genuine. Anikaâs brother even assisted as a witness, helped with setup and breakdown of changing tents, and handled our ceremony musicâabove and beyond in every sense.
After the ceremony, they stayed to celebrate with usâcake, champagne, a toast, and time spent together. It felt less like a hired service and more like being surrounded by friends and family. Anika later shared that this was the first and only ceremony she has ever cried during while officiating, aside from her best friendâs wedding. That alone speaks volumes.
When choosing an officiant, it was important to us that God was at the forefront while also ensuring our love and relationship were fully respected and valued. Wilde Heart Weddings gave us exactly that. Over a month later, life has lifeâdâbut it was important for us to come back and leave this review because of how meaningful the experience truly was.
We would recommend Anika, Jenn, and Wilde Heart Weddings without hesitation to anyoneâespecially couples eloping in the Salt Lake area. A genuine 10 out of 10 experience.
We hired Wilde Heart Weddings as our officiant and our photographer. They did an amazing job! They were very communicative at every step, we had multiple zoom meetings to discuss o...
ur ceremony, and the questionnaires helped make our ceremony even more personal and memorable. Our pictures turned out amazing, we love them so much! We would highly recommend Wilde Heart Weddings to anyone!
My husband and I had the honor to have Jen as our officiant at our elopement at Canyonlands National Park. We contacted her with less than a month to go, but she immediately locked...
in and gave us a timeline and made this big task so much less overwhelming. She got to know us really well and from our first phone call we just got great vibes immediately. She kindly and patiently walked us through the process. She not only supported us, she also took a lot of the responsibilities off my plate during a very busy time. And for that, I canât thank her enough! She took care of my florals, connected me with a makeup artist and even picked up our cake and drive it down for us! Jen performed a beautiful ceremony for us, allowing us to customize the wording to really reflect our beliefs as a couple. Jen clearly has a love and passion for officiating weddings and we felt that deeply at our elopement. We are so happy that she was apart of our special day! (Also she got there early and found some really cool selenite for us that we got to take home!!)

ng. We didn't exactly know what we wanted our ceremony to look like at first but she worked with us both together and individually to help us figure out everything we wanted and she executed it beautifully! We also loved the thoughtful keepsakes she put together for us to keep forever. I would 100% recommend! â¤ď¸Â

omeone socially awkward like me). I really appreciated that she took the time to get to know us and I liked how in depth the questionnaires she had us fill out were. The big day turned out just as I had hoped for. Later in the evening I had multiple people come up and ask me if Jenn was a family friend. That's how well she got us in her short time working with us. These same people commented on how special and beautiful our ceremony was. I am so glad I chose Jenn and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an extra special ceremony that is tailored to you and your partner and not just read from a script that gets used for every couple.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We wanted to keep our ceremony very small and intimate and didnât want any extravagance or anything extra. Our officiant, Anika, listen...

Anika, was our officiant and Master of ceremonies for our wedding. She made it quite special and gave a lovely speech. So happy she was able to make my day even more wonderful.

Jenn is fantastic. Easy to work with and highly dependable. Could not have done it without her! She is your friend and planner all wrapped into one!

ugh everything, from our elopement in the ICU to checking in on us and how we were doing, to officiating and helping to plan our wedding. Even though she didn't have to, our contract was already completed with the elopement. Our ceremony was SO beautiful, it was perfect and everything I ever dreamed my wedding would be. Our family and friends are still raving about it!
I went to Jenn with what I thought was a difficult request. I wanted my daughter to have her perfect vision of the ceremony, a free-spirited non-religious ceremony in a mountain m...
eadow, including an Irish handfasting ceremony. I also wanted to make sure that her day wasn't diminished in any way by religious grandparents or other family members being freaked out by a ceremony that was too "out there." I felt so good about hiring Jenn the first time I talked to her. She is warm and helpful and I liked her immediately. We were on a time-crunch but she really got to know my daughter and her fiance. She assisted them in writing their perfect vows. The ceremony was yesterday and it was breathtaking! Everyone attending was touched by the beautiful words of the ceremony. Jenn was incredible! If I could give her 6 stars, I would!
She is AMAZING!!! The best ever! She is patient and kind! She literally made my whole day! đ

Do yourself a huge favor and book Jenn. She was amazing every step of the way. She listened to exactly what we wanted and handled everything that was thrown her way. We can't thank...
her enough for speaking to both of us to write something personal and unique. So many people at our wedding told us the ceremony was their favorite part and several people asked who she was to us (cousin/friend/family), because it felt like she knew us for years ! She was able to do a handfasting ceremony that was beautiful and unforgettable. It was in the little details that blew me away. Like including us in the document so you can see in real time what is being written to just printing out the ceremony to keep with our marriage license. Please take one more thing off your plate by booking her!!

Jenn and Garett are the dream team of wedding professionals in Salt Lake area! So attentive and helpful every step of the way. Our day would not have been as amazing without them. ...
She tailored our ceremony to our story and desires. There's not enough good things I can say! Thank you for an amazing day and all the effort you put into helping with all the extra things!

y running behind, created a relaxed atmosphere for us on our special day. I cannot thank her enough for being so patient with us as we came to Utah from Iowa, time zone communication and not physically being able to show me things took time! We wanted to head to a location that requires 4x4 and Jenn was down to take the trip! We also wanted a ceremony that involved meditation, a sage smudging and hand fasting and she was glad to do it!
All throughout the months leading up to our big day, Jenn had a check-in list to keep us organized and to know what to expect. Her communication, organization, professionalism was on point.
The big day finally arrived and our ceremony was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and intimate. Jenn wrote the most beautiful ceremony for us that the tears and laughter were non stop.
Jenn, thank you so much for everything. It truly is something we will never forget and we had so much fun!
Absolutely loved our experience with Jenn! We decided to go with an elopement ceremony with close family and Jenn helped us not only find the perfect backdrop to our elopement, but...
she personalizes the ceremony with info my wife and I shared which led to many laughs and goofiness that fit my wife and I to a T!đ Also when everyone showed up earlier than they were supposed tođ Jenn helped us slip away so we could do a personal meditation with just the 3 of us that we had planned before the ceremony! It honestly couldn't have been more perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better person to share this experience with and to have marry us!
I can not express how much the details matter to me when I am working on a project, and everything I could have ever questioned when I started planning my elopement was answered in...
just the introductory packet that Jenn provided me. She has everything timed perfectly, her energy radiates and only makes your day brighter. I will recommend her to anyone anywhere. Money well spent, and peace of mind absolutely acquired.
Professional? check! Punctual? Check! Attentive? Check!!

with her before the ceremony were fantastic and productive, she was there for any question we might have. Any change that was thrown at her (even timeline the day of!) she rolled with and was comfortable and calming presence to have the whole time. e formalities have been completed!! She was also so very patient and paused her process so we could obtain photos in optimal lighting. For non-denominational weddings in the Utah area, there is no better option than Jenn. Plus, she has a great name! ;) thanks again for everything!!!

in a state weâve never been to was challenging to say the leastâŚthat is until I met Jenn.
This woman helped us with our vows, helped me pick my boutique, picked up the boutique, champagne AND cake. Jenn made a detailed itinerary for the whole evening. She brought and set up our picnic area, recommended areas for the best photos and gave us the sweetest marriage certificate keepsakes. Everything was flawless under her oversight! Just look at the photos for proof!!!
She isnât just an officiant. She is a master curator that doesnât miss a single detail. If youâre traveling from another state you will be in the best hands possible working with Jenn.
Kindest sweetest person ever. She helped make sure everything went smoothly which made me feel so much better. Thank you Jenn!!

he was inclusive of our ideas no matter how strange they seemed. Everyone at the wedding told me how much they loved her and I had several ask me for more information. She took time to talk to us and take pictures as well. I never felt alone or confused with her through out the whole stressful process. Her genuine kindness and honesty was above and beyond anything I could have expected and Iâm so grateful to have found her. I seriously seriously wish there was a better way to express how strongly I recommend her, unfortunately words really do fail. Thank you Jenn for helping and being a part of the most beautiful day of our lives!

ther. Jenn brought so many other little details to our day that we never expected, and made it so much more special. She suggested ideas and additions to us that we hadnât thought of and helped make our day completely unique and totally âusâ. Her thoughtfulness, generosity, empathy, and creativity make her such a special person, and a gifted and emotionally invested wedding coordinator. In Jenn we not only got a wonderful celebrant, but we gained a friend. I cannot recommend her too highly!

efore the ceremony and help with getting our marriage license. The ceremony was so touching and beautiful. After the ceremony, they sent a few sneak peek photos and we were blown away at the quality. A picture they took of us and our dog is hands down the best photo we have ever had and is getting framed asap. So grateful to have found them, they made our day even more special and stress free.

days in advance. But Jenn was so kind to take our request almost 6 months in advance (we knew Jenn was the person we were looking for, so we reached out immediately). The service was amazing, especially considering the price Jenn offered. My wife and I are immigrants, and we decided to use our hard-to-pronounce legal names just 1 month before our wedding. Jenn was so nice that she practiced pronouncing not only our names but also our guests! We loved working with her.

porary and untraditional wedding service and she was more than willing to work with us and help bring our wishes to fruition. She was perfect for the job!!
Jenn was quick to respond and worked with me every step of the way to help me not lose my head while planning the wedding. She helped me with the vows and she even typed up a program for me to have for my guests (we incorporated audience participation by recitation).
Jenn was punctual and she helped get the wedding party organized on what to do, where to go, and when to go.
Jenn helped me pick out wedding music (I was at such a loss and was seriously struggling). She sent me a playlist on Spotify and I immediately found songs that I absolutely loved and that would be perfect for the atmosphere I wanted.
Jenn was easy to talk to and helped to uncomplicate things (I'm quite talented at over-complicating things, unfortunately) and she was there to help me every step of the way. We had regular Zoom meetings and would work together on the ceremony vows via Google Docs where she gave input and feedback and made sure everything flowed well and sounded good.
Jenn was also very flexible with meeting times - while I was planning the wedding I was also working full-time and was in an online Master's program and so she was accommodating with my schedule (which I was and am super thankful for!)
Jenn helped my husband and me with getting our marriage license - which was a HUGE help. She submitted our marriage license for us while we went on our honeymoon and sent us a certified copy of the marriage certificate when we returned home.
Again, I couldn't be happier with how well Jenn did and how great it was working with her. She's like a friend to me now, and I love it.
Jenn was so amazing to have as our officiant. After booking her, we met frequently over zoom to talk over ceremony details, and she was always really quick to respond to texts and ...
emails. She was super open and collaborative! The unique, personalized ceremony she made with us truly reflected our love story.
She was also a great resource to field wedding questions and help set us up with other vendors: my original makeup artist fell through and she was able to find me a different one only 3 weeks before the wedding!! It was such a comfort and joy to have Jenn in our corner while planning our wedding!

we wanted rather than a basic ceremony. On the day of my elopement, it was raining all day, the location we chose was packed and she was able to help me feel calm and confidant things would work out. Thank you Jenn! đ
Jenn made our special day stress free. She was extremely professional in all steps of the planning process, and made it super easy to customize our ceremony.

She showed up early before the ceremony started and asked how we were doing, which I very much appreciated. 10/10 recommend Jenn!
Jenn was a wonderful wedding officiator. She listened to all our requests and was very easy to work with. During the ceremony, she delivered so well, reacting to unexpected events ...
(i.e. a loud car driving by) and making people laugh while also making them cry from the sweetness. She put together a cute little keepsake folder with our ceremony, vows, and marriage license enclosed and also handled filing the marriage license for us. I think the best part about Jenn was the personalized ceremony she wrote that included snippets of what my husband and I love about each other. She's definitely on the spendier side, but I highly recommend Jenn!

tions. I found Jenn on the knot and I honestly feel like it was fate to have her marry us. She makes a genuine connection with her clients, makes you feel comfortable and supported the whole process and is one of the most organized people Iâve met! For me this is a huge must and she hit it out of the park. I will continue to recommend Jenn for all my friends who may get married in the future and hope to continue to watch her amazing business blossom! â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
We went on vacation to Moab for the week and fell in love with all of its beauty so we decided to tie the knot! Jenn was so helpful and made the process super easy and fun!

from writing the ceremony and our vows to getting our marriage license. The entire process was seamless, easy, and straightforward thanks to Jen. Her words were beautiful and you could truly feel love radiating through her during our ceremony. We couldnât imagine our day without having had Jen as a part of it. She was excellent both logistically and personally â you will not regret working with her!
