One of the many things I so appreciated about working with Delaney was how she perfectly understood our vision and priorities, giving us honest advice about what would be necessary and was worth spending on, even if we hadn't initially thought so - and she was 100% right every time. It spoke volumes how literally every vendor we reached out to was thrilled to hear we were working with Delaney. The month leading up to the wedding, Delaney had everything organized perfectly within just a few days, and it was really such a weight off knowing how she had everything handled. On the day, Delaney, Demi, and Allison consistently went above and beyond. They were on top of EVERYTHING (and there's probably a million issues that they handled that I didn't even hear about), and for any little adjustments we needed to make throughout the day, Delaney always presented the issue along with a perfect solution. We had some major catering issues (our only vendor not on her preferred list), and I honestly didn't even know about them until the day after because to me the day had felt so smooth and perfect. They also are just so nice, fun, and upbeat, they really were just such a pleasure to have with us. After the wedding, Delaney selflessly offered her guidance and support as we worked through some of the issues we had had directly with our caterer, and I honestly don't think we would have gotten the insight we were looking for from them without her. All this to say, my husband and I had the most joyful, magical day ever, and we were able to stay present and focused on each other and our loved ones because we had such an incredible team with WME. Thank you thank you thank you Delaney, Demi, and Allison. We feel so lucky to have had you by our side. Delaney and the people around her are truly one-of-a-kind and you need to hire them immediately!!!

ew we made the right decision—although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power <24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives 💕

t known that they went above and beyond to support us even before the month-of. They provided a list of recommended vendors, and every single one we used was professional and FUN. They also provide a timeline to keep you on track even if you aren't using their full planning services. Some helpful things for brides and grooms: 1. If you aren't sure of something, run it by Winder Mind. I knew I wanted a temporary tattoo station at my wedding but wasn't sure where to even begin, and Morgan was able to send me links to recommended products and let me know the best way to set it up. 2. Trust their vendor list. The vendor list means those businesses are vetted and Delaney works with them often. That just means the wedding day will go smoother because they're already comfortable working together. That being said, we did use our own photographer, and that went off without a hitch. Morgan and Delaney worked with them as though they'd known each other for years, which I didn't realize until after but omg what if my vendors didn't get along??? So yeah, trust their list but also trust them to know what they're doing. 3. Show your personality off in the initial meet-and-greet call. Morgan and Delaney are professionals and take their job seriously, but even greater than that - THEY'RE FUN. I think I lucked out because Delaney saw my work-in-progress wedding website when I had joke pictures up for filler and it let her know right off the bat that my fiance and I were playful and ready for jokes when the wedding rolled around. 4. Consider a Google Slides pres with all your wedding vision references and notes in it. I made one so when the month-of call came up, i was able to share every single thought/vision I had. Morgan was able to give me some advice and when the wedding day came up, literally nothing from my slideshow was missed. I didn't have to repeat myself or anything, they just had it down. 5. Get an extra polaroid camera - Delaney borrowed our second polaroid cam before the reception started and took tons of behind the scenes photos and those have become some of my favorites from the weekend.

st. I didn’t even start planning my wedding until 11 months after getting engaged!!! It felt too overwhelming to even get started. Then I found Delaney. After our first phone call, I really did feel a weight lift off my shoulders. She was able to make everything sound simple. I really did not think that could even be possible. Isn’t wedding planning supposed to be stressful? She has really cracked the code. She had the cutest lil templates to keep all of my vendor contacts organized. We eventually created a timeline too! I loved it. I was able to send it out to all my close family before the wedding. They all thought it was very helpful! Delaney kept me on track while planning and booking vendors. Her and her team have planned a LOT of events, so Delaney had so many recommendations and expertise. It really made my life so much easier! It was really helpful having someone with so much wedding knowledge on my team. She is truly an amazing person as well. Delaney was able to ask all the right questions to really understand my vision for the day. While I know she has lots of clients, she somehow was able to make me feel like I was her only one. She was always so quick to respond and it really made me feel like I could rely on her. She's such a gem. There was so much she managed to do behind the scenes throughout the entire process and on the day of. They are THE BEST wedding planning team and I could not recommend more!! :)

As a bride, it is important to know someone has your back when it comes to questions, opinions, and recommendations during the planning process and also that you have nothing to worry about on wedding day because you are in the best of hands. I loved that during the wedding her and her team took great quality iphone vids and pics so the next morning I could relive some of the best moments of my life. These Wilder Mind Women are a complete powerhouse and the ultimate hype girls. I love em!!
