. Priority was food and vibes, having time to spend with guests. We had many people traveling from all corners of the US for the wedding, so it had to be reasonably within budget but worth it for the travelers. Demi was our main coordinator and was the best thing that happened to our wedding planning. Her and Delaney CREATED the vision and I was incredibly happy with everything including the process and the day-of. We had a good time :) My major vendors (floral, rentals, photography, HMU, DJ, tailoring, signage, etc.) were all recommended by Demi and I was very happy with the product provided by everyone. Professionalism from every single vendor was 100%. I have an inflexible and demanding work schedule and all appointments were tailored to my availability which was key. To conclude: highly recommend, 10/10

We had some major catering issues (our only vendor not on her preferred list), and I honestly didn't even know about them until the day after because to me the day had felt so smooth and perfect. They also are just so nice, fun, and upbeat, they really were just such a pleasure to have with us. After the wedding, Delaney selflessly offered her guidance and support as we worked through some of the issues we had had directly with our caterer, and I honestly don't think we would have gotten the insight we were looking for from them without her. All this to say, my husband and I had the most joyful, magical day ever, and we were able to stay present and focused on each other and our loved ones because we had such an incredible team with WME. Thank you thank you thank you Delaney, Demi, and Allison. We feel so lucky to have had you by our side. Delaney and the people around her are truly one-of-a-kind and you need to hire them immediately!!!

Their calm energy was such a relief, especially since I can get anxious with planning — for anyone who struggles with that, this is absolutely the route to go. If I wasn’t on a budget, I would’ve gone with their full-service package without hesitation! What really stood out was their attention to detail on the day of. They kept all parties (grooms, brides, and immediate families) on schedule and not to mention they took fire photos of us throughout the day so you’ll get a little taste of their content creation skills. Lastly, when we got back to our hotel room, we found they had gathered all our decor, disposable cameras, and even random little things that we definitely would’ve left behind (or worse, would’ve been tossed). They even hung up my wedding dress, which was incredible since I had rushed to change and get to our after-party. I also want to note how flexible and supportive they were with design. I preferred leading creative decisions, and they were completely on board with that, offering helpful guidance without overstepping. If you’re looking for a solid, experienced team in the Tampa/St. Pete area, I can’t recommend these gals enough!

ne lots of project management but staging was not my strength. Delaney suggested I consider the middle package rather than the lowest package. BEST DECISION EVER! She asked my daughter what her vision was for her special day. She listened carefully and her colleague Demi listened too and took notes. Within 10 days Delaney sent a vision board for the event that was out of this world. She truly created magic. The whole wedding planning process felt like a collaboration. Demi soon took on many of the administrative tasks. Collectively Demi and Delaney were great communicators, creative thinkers, troubleshooters when we had sticky situations and great listeners who were respectful. Day of wedding it was important to me to have our guests dancing right after the introductions and initial formal dances. It was an outside the box request they made happen. Between their vendor contacts (who were great), their attention to so many details, their communication and administrative skills they saved me time and aggravation. I enjoyed my daughter, the week of wedding I was chill and night of the wedding my husband and I had the time of our lives knowing how seamless things went. If there were hiccups I didn't know about them. I received sooooo many texts and calls from friends who said it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. I can’t say enough positive things about Demi, Delaney and WilderMindevents.

We booked their Wild package which included month-of and day-of coordination. About 60 days out, we did a venue walkthrough, reviewed our vendor information, and went over all our details. Prior to the wedding, Delaney set up our timeline, confirmed details with our vendors, and ran our rehearsal. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. n I promised to take my planner hat off and step into the bride role, I truly understood how great a planner Delaney is. Delaney and Demi took THE BEST care of me, my family, and my friends! As calm as I thought I was, my nerves started to rattle slightly before go time, but as soon as Delaney and Demi came into my suite to check on me, I immediately felt calm and reassured that everything was going to be perfect... and it was! Rick and I opted for a slightly non-traditional wedding agenda, and Delaney was there for it! We got married at The Fenway and had a very informal lunch reception at the HiFi Rooftop Bar. Delaney and Demi set everything up beautifully! Then we set off to HOB for our Happily Ever Happy Hour, where they made my vision come to life! The vibe was 100% the true essence of Rick and me, and everything ran so smoothly! Not even a little rain could stop our party! If you are looking for a dedicated and talented planner who will make your special day flawless, I highly recommend Delaney and her team!

The wedding itself was so beautiful, full of love and such fun energy from my vendors (that she helped me find!), and no stress or worries about logistics because I had the greatest planner in the area. I had the wedding of my dreams, and I couldn't have done it without Wilder Mind Events.

ew we made the right decision—although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power <24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives 💕

t known that they went above and beyond to support us even before the month-of. They provided a list of recommended vendors, and every single one we used was professional and FUN. They also provide a timeline to keep you on track even if you aren't using their full planning services. Some helpful things for brides and grooms: 1. If you aren't sure of something, run it by Winder Mind. I knew I wanted a temporary tattoo station at my wedding but wasn't sure where to even begin, and Morgan was able to send me links to recommended products and let me know the best way to set it up. 2. Trust their vendor list. The vendor list means those businesses are vetted and Delaney works with them often. That just means the wedding day will go smoother because they're already comfortable working together. That being said, we did use our own photographer, and that went off without a hitch. Morgan and Delaney worked with them as though they'd known each other for years, which I didn't realize until after but omg what if my vendors didn't get along??? So yeah, trust their list but also trust them to know what they're doing. 3. Show your personality off in the initial meet-and-greet call. Morgan and Delaney are professionals and take their job seriously, but even greater than that - THEY'RE FUN. I think I lucked out because Delaney saw my work-in-progress wedding website when I had joke pictures up for filler and it let her know right off the bat that my fiance and I were playful and ready for jokes when the wedding rolled around. 4. Consider a Google Slides pres with all your wedding vision references and notes in it. I made one so when the month-of call came up, i was able to share every single thought/vision I had. Morgan was able to give me some advice and when the wedding day came up, literally nothing from my slideshow was missed. I didn't have to repeat myself or anything, they just had it down. 5. Get an extra polaroid camera - Delaney borrowed our second polaroid cam before the reception started and took tons of behind the scenes photos and those have become some of my favorites from the weekend.

We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70+ videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night! decided I needed an expert to help me navigate all thins wedding related, as I had no idea what I was doing and the tasks and stress were mounting. Her attention to detail, communication and everything in-between was impeccable! The day of the wedding we had terrible weather and had to move the ceremony inside just an hour before. She pushed for the best location to make this possible from the original location that the venue had tried to move it to first. She made sure that myself, family, wedding party had the less stressful day as she was taking care of everything you could possibly need that day! I had endless compliments throughout the entire reception on how amazing she is. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her and her other associate Demi, but I know I could have never pulled the wedding of my dreams off without this group. Additionally, she is also one of the best people you will ever meet. I cannot thank this team enough for everything!

Hiring Delaney and her team saved us so much time, sanity, and even money, as they had the best recommendations for other vendors and knew where we should and shouldn’t cut corners. Our day was a dream. I don’t know any other way to put it, but I’ll let some of these pictures speak for themselves. Colorful, fun, stress free, unique, imaginative, memorable, and guest-centric. I can’t tell you how many people approached me that night to say that it was their favorite wedding ever, including their own. Delaney helped us deal with some bumps and on the day of, we didn’t even know that our venue was understaffed due to some last minute changes. I wish we could get married again, just to have the experience of planning a BANGER of a celebration with Wilder Mind all over again.

st. I didn’t even start planning my wedding until 11 months after getting engaged!!! It felt too overwhelming to even get started. Then I found Delaney. After our first phone call, I really did feel a weight lift off my shoulders. She was able to make everything sound simple. I really did not think that could even be possible. Isn’t wedding planning supposed to be stressful? She has really cracked the code. She had the cutest lil templates to keep all of my vendor contacts organized. We eventually created a timeline too! I loved it. I was able to send it out to all my close family before the wedding. They all thought it was very helpful! Delaney kept me on track while planning and booking vendors. Her and her team have planned a LOT of events, so Delaney had so many recommendations and expertise. It really made my life so much easier! It was really helpful having someone with so much wedding knowledge on my team. She is truly an amazing person as well. Delaney was able to ask all the right questions to really understand my vision for the day. While I know she has lots of clients, she somehow was able to make me feel like I was her only one. She was always so quick to respond and it really made me feel like I could rely on her. She's such a gem. There was so much she managed to do behind the scenes throughout the entire process and on the day of. They are THE BEST wedding planning team and I could not recommend more!! :)

I am detail oriented and felt confident in my vendors but as the wedding got closer and questions increased I was so thankful to have Morgan help me sort through it all. She made sure all the necessary information was provided and organized. We ordered late night food and they did not follow through on the order. Morgan handled this issue behind the scenes, physically went to the restaurant and got our late night food. Saved the night!! We love WilderMind Events for making our day as stress free as possible. for the “day of” package and Morgan was kind, responsive, and helpful when I had questions even before my package kicked it. I loved the vendors they recommended who we hired. I also added a design meeting and Morgan put together a beautiful presentation I was able to send to my florist to help bring our vision to life. Our cake design also came from Morgan and it turned out beautifully. When my package kicked in she got all of the vendors organized and put together a detailed timeline that made the day run as smooth as possible. Our wedding day went off without a hitch (if something went wrong we had no idea lol). When small changes came up at the last minute Morgan handled it without a moments delay. The only thing I would change is hiring Wilder Minds to do more of the planning instead of me just the day of coordination! Our wedding day was better than we imagined it would be and we know Wilder Minds is a big reason for that.

ding by convincing me I did need at least a day of coordinator, even if it wasn’t her. I hired her as my wedding day coordinator and I’m so glad I did! Not only did she do an amazing job making sure my wedding day happened flawlessly, but she was such an amazing resource and someone who I used throughout the process to bounce ideas off of and ask questions. She went above and beyond! There are so SO many things you will just not think of even if you think you have it all figured out, and you do NOT want your maid of honor or mom to be responsible for tracking down vendors, figuring out what to do when you realize you didn’t order knives for dinner, and keeping track of the timeline. ALSO, they literally did so much more than just ensure the day went to plan! They set up my DIY wedding signage, set up and decorated all the tables, did the seating charts, table numbers, set up my yard games, and then took all that stuff back home in their own cars so no one else would have to worry about it! I am SO GRATEFUL and literally could not imagine not having them on such an important day… you do not want to leave such an important role to a family member or yourself.

and walked us through rehearsal. The day before the wedding we had some concerns about being moved inside the venue due to weather. Delaney called me immediately to help find nicer rental chairs than the venue provided for indoor seating. She not only starting calling all her contacts trying to help, she ended up getting the venue to move the original garden chairs I wanted upstairs! Not only that, but because our whole reception moved she and Morgan really beautified our sweetheart area with plants and decor that we hadn’t planned for since we were supposed to be totally outside in the gardens! These ladies continued to go above and beyond every single step of the way. We always knew what to expect, they kept us on track, always had a refreshment for us (you will forget to eat and drink I promise) and made us feel so comfortable. I literally did not need to worry about a thing and everything turned out magical. I cannot recommend them enough.

Not only was she great for design/vibe inspiration, she had a great feel for what vendors would best match us based on her experience. And ultimately all of our vendors were incredible - from working with them beforehand to actual execution at the wedding. There’s no way we would have ended up with a wedding that brought together so many great vendors that absolutely knocked it out of the park for us without Delaney guiding the way. Early on in our planning process with Delaney, she pushed us to get a lot of the big vendor decisions nailed down & out of the way. Leading up to the wedding, Delaney was always on top of communications with us and vendors to make sure that everything was squared away.
