The Wilder Minds team is AMAZING. From when we started planning about a year and a half ago, Delaney and Demi have been the most incredible people to work with. Their attention to detail and organization made everything run so smoothly, all their efforts and help truly made our wedding feel like the perfect day. Delaney is incredibly creative and when I was unsure about some details, she absolutely nailed it with her amazing ideas. It felt like she captured our vibe as a couple and was able to create the atmosphere we wanted. We booked the partial planning package and it was so worth it! It was an amazing feeling to have all the planning and details come together the day of. We felt our stress alleviate because it was easy to place our trust in Delaney and Demi that everything would run smoothly. They really put us at ease, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. It also spoke volumes that every vendor we booked with always sang their praises. It was everything we could've dreamed of, we're truly so thankful for it all. There is no amount of words that can describe how amazing Demi was. She not only brought our vision to life, but made sure both US and the guests were taken care of the entire night. She covered everything from rehearsal dinner to the sparkler exit and did not miss a beat. She planned, she kept the dance floor going, she helped organize EVERYTHING that we didn’t even think about. Demi and Delaney are an ICONIC duo! We booked the 30-day out package, and everything was seamless. We wrote personal notes to every guest, and Demi and Delaney did a wonderful job with executing each table setting. It was absolutely beautiful. They even captured sweet polaroid/digital camera moments of our first look, table details, the ceremony and dance floor. We 100% will be recommending their services to any future brides & grooms. Full disclosure: I have worked with Delaney for the past four years, so I know from an insider's point of view that she pours her heart into each event she commits to. However, when I promised to take my planner hat off and step into the bride role, I truly understood how great a planner Delaney is. Delaney and Demi took THE BEST care of me, my family, and my friends! As calm as I thought I was, my nerves started to rattle slightly before go time, but as soon as Delaney and Demi came into my suite to check on me, I immediately felt calm and reassured that everything was going to be perfect... and it was! Rick and I opted for a slightly non-traditional wedding agenda, and Delaney was there for it! We got married at The Fenway and had a very informal lunch reception at the HiFi Rooftop Bar. Delaney and Demi set everything up beautifully! Then we set off to HOB for our Happily Ever Happy Hour, where they made my vision come to life! The vibe was 100% the true essence of Rick and me, and everything ran so smoothly! Not even a little rain could stop our party! Delaney and her team helped make our wedding dreams come true! I seriously love this woman, and you will too. From our very first call, to some exciting design meetings, to many many emails, ending in our perfect day full of magic, we were truly in the best hands. She and her team will help you uncover your vision, and send you to people they trust to help make it real. The sooner you book, the easier your wedding planning will be! They have vetted some amazing vendors, and won't suggest ones to you that aren't the vibe/budget/etc that you are going for. You don't have to guess, or consult with multiple wrong choices just trying to narrow down your options! And when hiccups inevitably arise, they are in your corner and fighting as hard as is necessary. Between 2 hurricanes and venues not having power, the stress was real leading up to our day. Delaney helped me navigate all of it confidently, and handled everything I couldn't. The wedding itself was so beautiful, full of love and such fun energy from my vendors (that she helped me find!), and no stress or worries about logistics because I had the greatest planner in the area. I had the wedding of my dreams, and I couldn't have done it without Wilder Mind Events.

We worked sided by side as vendors with Demi and Denise this past weekend and they are fantastic! The communication leading up to the big day was excellent, and we were provided all pertinent information (timelines, floorplan, rain contingency, etc) in plenty of time to plan ahead! We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power <24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives 💕

Delaney and Morgan were phenomenal coordinators and wedding experts throughout the whole planning process and event. We used Wilder Mind Events as month-of coordinators, but let it known that they went above and beyond to support us even before the month-of. They provided a list of recommended vendors, and every single one we used was professional and FUN. They also provide a timeline to keep you on track even if you aren't using their full planning services. Some helpful things for brides and grooms: 1. If you aren't sure of something, run it by Winder Mind. I knew I wanted a temporary tattoo station at my wedding but wasn't sure where to even begin, and Morgan was able to send me links to recommended products and let me know the best way to set it up. 2. Trust their vendor list. The vendor list means those businesses are vetted and Delaney works with them often. That just means the wedding day will go smoother because they're already comfortable working together. That being said, we did use our own photographer, and that went off without a hitch. Morgan and Delaney worked with them as though they'd known each other for years, which I didn't realize until after but omg what if my vendors didn't get along??? So yeah, trust their list but also trust them to know what they're doing. 3. Show your personality off in the initial meet-and-greet call. Morgan and Delaney are professionals and take their job seriously, but even greater than that - THEY'RE FUN. I think I lucked out because Delaney saw my work-in-progress wedding website when I had joke pictures up for filler and it let her know right off the bat that my fiance and I were playful and ready for jokes when the wedding rolled around. 4. Consider a Google Slides pres with all your wedding vision references and notes in it. I made one so when the month-of call came up, i was able to share every single thought/vision I had. Morgan was able to give me some advice and when the wedding day came up, literally nothing from my slideshow was missed. I didn't have to repeat myself or anything, they just had it down. 5. Get an extra polaroid camera - Delaney borrowed our second polaroid cam before the reception started and took tons of behind the scenes photos and those have become some of my favorites from the weekend.

Delaney and Demi at Wilder Mind Events are a fantastic duo, and we could not recommend them enough! They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They helped keep us on track with everything we needed/ wanted leading up to the big day. Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. Truly the best wedding planner you can hire ! Delaney made the entire process of planning such a better experience. I started out trying to plan everything on my own and finally I decided I needed an expert to help me navigate all thins wedding related, as I had no idea what I was doing and the tasks and stress were mounting. Her attention to detail, communication and everything in-between was impeccable! The day of the wedding we had terrible weather and had to move the ceremony inside just an hour before. She pushed for the best location to make this possible from the original location that the venue had tried to move it to first. She made sure that myself, family, wedding party had the less stressful day as she was taking care of everything you could possibly need that day! I had endless compliments throughout the entire reception on how amazing she is. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her and her other associate Demi, but I know I could have never pulled the wedding of my dreams off without this group. Your search for a wedding planner is over, congrats! There is nobody better equipped than Wilder Mind to give you the wedding of your dreams, all while keeping you at ease. My now husband and I didn’t have the biggest of budgets and weren’t sure if we should suck it up and do it all ourselves. That would have been a huge mistake. Hiring Delaney and her team saved us so much time, sanity, and even money, as they had the best recommendations for other vendors and knew where we should and shouldn’t cut corners. Our day was a dream. I don’t know any other way to put it, but I’ll let some of these pictures speak for themselves. Colorful, fun, stress free, unique, imaginative, memorable, and guest-centric. I can’t tell you how many people approached me that night to say that it was their favorite wedding ever, including their own. Wilder Mind Events helped me create the absolute wedding of my dreams! The amount of moving parts that comes with planning a wedding is UNREAL. I was so anxious about it all at first. I didn’t even start planning my wedding until 11 months after getting engaged!!! It felt too overwhelming to even get started. Then I found Delaney. After our first phone call, I really did feel a weight lift off my shoulders. She was able to make everything sound simple. I really did not think that could even be possible. Isn’t wedding planning supposed to be stressful? She has really cracked the code. She had the cutest lil templates to keep all of my vendor contacts organized. We eventually created a timeline too! Having Morgan for the month of package was a blessing. She made sure all the necessary information was provided and organized. We ordered late night food and they did not follow through on the order. The best thing you can do for yourself is hire Wilder Mind Events to help you with your wedding. They came highly recommended from our venue and it’s easy to see why. We signed up for the “day of” package and Morgan was kind, responsive, and helpful when I had questions even before my package kicked it. I loved the vendors they recommended who we hired. I also added a design meeting and Morgan put together a beautiful presentation I was able to send to my florist to help bring our vision to life. Our cake design also came from Morgan and it turned out beautifully. When my package kicked in she got all of the vendors organized and put together a detailed timeline that made the day run as smooth as possible. Our wedding day went off without a hitch (if something went wrong we had no idea lol). When small changes came up at the last minute Morgan handled it without a moments delay. The only thing I would change is hiring Wilder Minds to do more of the planning instead of me just the day of coordination! Our wedding day was better than we imagined it would be and we know Wilder Minds is a big reason for that.

We first experienced Wilder Mind at a friend's wedding. They were her wedding planners (during a surprise hurricane, no power, no AC weekend) and everything turned out beautifully. You would have never known! When my husband and I started wedding planning, we knew we had to have Wilder Mind. They were exactly what we needed/wanted and we can't say enough positive things. I got engaged and thought I didn’t need a wedding planner/day of coordinator. Never in my life have I ever been so wrong! Delaney was already a friend of mine, and she saved my wedding by convincing me I did need at least a day of coordinator, even if it wasn’t her. I hired her as my wedding day coordinator and I’m so glad I did! Not only did she do an amazing job making sure my wedding day happened flawlessly, but she was such an amazing resource and someone who I used throughout the process to bounce ideas off of and ask questions. She went above and beyond! There are so SO many things you will just not think of even if you think you have it all figured out, and you do NOT want your maid of honor or mom to be responsible for tracking down vendors, figuring out what to do when you realize you didn’t order knives for dinner, and keeping track of the timeline. ALSO, they literally did so much more than just ensure the day went to plan! They set up my DIY wedding signage, set up and decorated all the tables, did the seating charts, table numbers, set up my yard games, and then took all that stuff back home in their own cars so no one else would have to worry about it! I am SO GRATEFUL and literally could not imagine not having them on such an important day… you do not want to leave such an important role to a family member or yourself.

I consider myself a type-A person so I did a lot on my own, but let me tell you that you still need a wedding planner!! These gals made such a formidable team. Alyssa was so sweet and walked us through rehearsal. The day before the wedding we had some concerns about being moved inside the venue due to weather. Delaney called me immediately to help find nicer rental chairs than the venue provided for indoor seating. She not only starting calling all her contacts trying to help, she ended up getting the venue to move the original garden chairs I wanted upstairs! Not only that, but because our whole reception moved she and Morgan really beautified our sweetheart area with plants and decor that we hadn’t planned for since we were supposed to be totally outside in the gardens! These ladies continued to go above and beyond every single step of the way. We always knew what to expect, they kept us on track, always had a refreshment for us (you will forget to eat and drink I promise) and made us feel so comfortable. I literally did not need to worry about a thing and everything turned out magical. I cannot recommend them enough.

Delaney & Wilder Mind Events is what ultimately sold us on having our wedding in the St. Pete area. We had our intro call with Delaney to see if we were a good fit for each other, and oh boy were we. She was the literal perfect wedding planner for us - she got a great read on our personalities, our vision for the wedding, and had so many creative, exciting ideas that we ultimately ended up using. Delaney helped us shape and then make our dream a reality - a wedding that was us in every way, shape, and form. Not only was she great for design/vibe inspiration, she had a great feel for what vendors would best match us based on her experience. And ultimately all of our vendors were incredible - from working with them beforehand to actual execution at the wedding. There’s no way we would have ended up with a wedding that brought together so many great vendors that absolutely knocked it out of the park for us without Delaney guiding the way. Early on in our planning process with Delaney, she pushed us to get a lot of the big vendor decisions nailed down & out of the way. Leading up to the wedding, Delaney was always on top of communications with us and vendors to make sure that everything was squared away. Going into our wedding we were blessed with a low level of stress knowing that we could trust Delaney 110%, which was an amazing feeling. On the day of, her and Morgan absolutely slayed it. We didn’t have a single moment of anxiety or worry on that day and were able to see it all come together seamlessly. What more could you possibly want. We could rave about Delaney all day every day, she is a must-have wedding planner. If you’re hoping to find a partner-in-crime that will help to make your day uniquely-yours (where literally everyone tells you how “on brand” the day was) then look no further and work with Delaney and the team at Wilder Mind Events. HIRE WILDER MIND EVENTS IMMEDIATELY. Wilder Mind Events was the first vendor we booked for our wedding, and the investment has been worth more than its weight in gold. For starters, when you book Wilder Mind Events, you are not only getting a strong team of professionals, but you are getting advocates, cheerleaders, and a treasure trove of wisdom and experience. Majority of the vendors we worked with were from the WME preferred vendor list, and we loved each and every single one of them. We would never have been connected to this team without WME. From a design standpoint, these ladies understand color, they're innovative and creative thinkers, who will listen to you and then DELIVER a wedding day that exceeds the highest of expectations. I personally had a lot of anxiety leading up to wedding day, stressing about how to manage conflicting family personalities. But, on the day of, Delaney and Morgan were able to identify and avoid potential problems before there was even a time to stress. In short, I cannot commend these ladies enough for all of their hard work and walking us through the process. We are from out of state (Atlanta), but this never affected the planning process, because we had Delaney and her crew to lean on for support. Since the wedding, several guests have commented that our wedding was the most fun and beautiful weddings that they've been to, which is the best compliment for a bride to hear. Thank you thank you thank to this talented group of women!!!

TLDR: Don't hesitate just trust them, they're amazing and so kind. The details: Every interaction I had with Wilder Mind Events was so positive and made me excited for our wedding day. From initial consultation with Delaney to then working with Morgan leading up to our wedding and then meeting Alyssa on our big day. Everyone was so caring, attentive and helpful. I did the month of planning/coordination package and if you're wondering, "What am I paying for month of? Most of the planning is already done?", like my parents did... well let me tell you, it's WORTH IT. That month before the wedding Morgan answered all of my frantic emails so quickly and kept in contact with my vendors and venue coordinator. My venue ended up being short a table and Morgan offered to pick up one from my office since it wouldn't fit in my car (and also would be a hassle having to think about transporting that in general). I ran out of time to print things to finalize the seating chart, messed up names on the place cards and didn't have time to get sparklers and Morgan handled all of that like a breeze. Also any time I thought I had lost something they knew exactly where it was which was so reassuring, especially when I changed out of my wedding dress and had left it in the bathroom. By the end of the day my parents (and many other guests) were like oh my god those girls in the matching jumpsuits were AMAZING thank goodness for them. So thank you again Morgan and Alyssa for the best day!!

Because of Wilder Mind Events, we had a wedding that our guests will be talking about for YEARS! Seriously. If you are planning a wedding in the Tampa Bay area, HIRE HER. Delaney and her team make planning a seamless, stress-free experience. She's on top of it, keeps you in the loop along the way, and has a list of vendors for every kind of bride and aesthetic. Not to mention, the vendors Delaney works with are all super awesome local people. Delaney and Morgan are kind, supportive, and EXTREMELY competent. For example, WME took our non-traditional vision along with a challenging outdoor space/ private property and turned it into a tropical wonderland. I could not have pulled this kind of project off without her support and expertise. The only thing I regret is not hiring her for FULL planning. You should probably just do that from the jump. 10/10 would hire again.

I cannot say enough good things about Wilder Mind Events, as well as our Lead Coordinator, Taycora, and her assisting Coordinator, Demi! We purchased the Wild (Month of Coordination) package and we are so happy that we did! After planning our wedding for over a year, I don’t know how we could have done it without Taycora. Every interaction with her in the month leading up to our wedding was wonderful. Not only is she an incredibly sweet and cool person, but she is also super organized and really knows how to make sure everything is in line and ready to go for the day. She helped get all my vendors in order, put together a very detailed schedule of the events, and more than a few floorplans to deal with our changing ideas. My wedding venue unexpectedly closed 2 weeks before our big day and having to shift to another venue was both stressful and overwhelming. Taycora was integral in making sure that every vendor knew of the change and that the process of having to shift everything to a new space was as stress free as possible. When it came to the rehearsal, Taycora was able to handle my family, as well as our wedding party, who couldn’t focus for more than 10 minutes. We are very thankful that she wrangled all of us so that everyone knew exactly what they needed to do the next day. When we arrived at the venue, on the day of our wedding, Taycora and Demi had done such an amazing job bringing our vision to life, I literally had no notes (and I always have notes)! It was all so beautiful! Throughout the night I don’t think I needed to worry about a single thing! If I could go back to the beginning of planning, I may have done a few things differently, but I would not change choosing Wilder Mind Events for our wedding! Recommending them for your wedding is an understatement. Do it! You will not regret it!

We hired Morgan at Wilder Mind Events and she was fantastic from the first call! She took care of all the details I hadn't considered, answered all our questions, and understood our wants for our wedding. She was so helpful and responsive when we were having troubles with a couple other vendors as well. She even moved some tables to inside the venue during the cocktail hour since it was a little cooler outside than expected. I couldn't have imagined a smoother experience than having Morgan help us!

In the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, they were incredibly attentive and helped us not only determine all the important details for the wedding, but also provided some interesting suggestions we would never have thought of on our own. I promise you will not regret it. I reached out to a lot of planners and spoke to a lot of people in the wedding space, and after speaking to Delaney for like .2 minutes, I knew I had found my planner. Delaney and Morgan (who handled a lot of the coordination closer to the wedding day) were honestly my rocks leading up to the wedding and the day of. They were on top of everything, they responded back to emails and texts fast…like so fast, kept a WILD group of groomsmen under control, helped me handle any issues that arose during the wedding planning process and made sure our day was absolutely perfect. My husband asked me like 10x after our wedding what all Delaney, Morgan, and Alyssa did leading up to and the day of the wedding because he just couldn’t believe it. I believe Delaney has a natural gift for wedding planning, but I also believe she has a gift for creating the perfect team, and you can see it in all of the weddings this team does. We hired Wilder Mind for month of coordination and added on their DIY package. They did an amazing job putting everything together. They made me feel so comfortable as a bride. They found our neon sign that went missing and hung it up before we got to the reception for the best surprise. They were just…beyond amazing, and I don’t know how else to explain it. If we could go back in time and hire them for full wedding planning, we would in a heartbeat. I love you, girls! Thank you for everything.

First things first, BOOK Wilder Mind Events ASAP! You won’t regret it!! Eric & I (Wisconsinites) wanted to have a destination wedding in sunny Florida. I reached out to several different planners from afar & right away, I knew Wilder Mind Events was something super special after the conversation I had on the phone with Delaney, owner :) She put all my nerves at ease. I loved the professional but yet super fun vibes I felt when chatting together. I knew then we had to hire Wilder Mind Events for our big day!! For our wedding, we worked with Morgan & Alyssa and I could not have been happier! Eric & I chose the “Wild” month of coordination package. Morgan & Alyssa were both OUTSTANDING!! Morgan reached out to me 45 days prior to set up a date to chat all things wedding with me. We were in email & cell communication all the way up to the wedding & that made me feel extra prepared! She would literally respond back SO fast, I was so impressed! WOW!!! :) Leading up to the wedding & wedding day, Morgan was such a sweetheart. When my crazy bride self was stressed, she was there for me. She calmed me. She told me everything would be okay. She helped me SO much & I can’t thank her enough. I would’ve been lost without her. Ceremony & reception literally was picture perfect of what I envisioned — all because of Morgan & Alyssa :) I seriously was in AWE of their decorating. I trusted them completely. If you are determining if you need month-of coordination (or full wedding planning), the answer is absolutely yes!!! I couldn’t have imagined our day (and month leading up) without Wilder Mind Events. Since first booking her, Delaney was always available to answer any questions I had. 4 to 6 weeks before our day, she worked with me to walk through all day of details and develop our floor plan, connected with all our vendors to ensure everything was handled, and became the point of contact from there on out. Day of, Delaney and Brett had everything run so smoothly and were so so kind to all our guests!!! They found quick solutions to any problems that came up, were super attentive to myself & my husband all night and had all the positive vibes :D There is no question I would recommend Wilder Mind to any and all of my friends in the market for a wedding or event planner.

If you are looking for a wedding planner, stop what you're doing, and hire Delaney immediately! I found the venue of my dreams and had exactly 9 months to plan my wedding. I met with Delaney after a few exchanged texts and phone conversations. She helped me hit the ground running and within one week I had hired a DJ, a florist, secured some rental items, and had her vision board for my wedding emailed to me. All thanks to her guiding me in the right direction, sharing with me her recommendations, and doing a lot of the ground work for me. She immediately understood the vision I had for my wedding and made sure every single thing that was important made it's way into our special day. She is an AMAZING person, friendly and confident, and will help you stay organized, collaborate with vendors, and make your wedding as stress free as possible. Not to mention incredibly responsive via email and telephone. I had zero worries on my wedding day. I could fully trust that Delaney and her team (who are all incredibly wonderful btw), would handle anything and everything for me. Working with Delaney was a dream. She made everything feel so effortless when it came to the details of our wedding. I absolutely loved Wildermind Events! I hired a day of coordinator, and it was an incredible experience!!! I worked with Morgan, who had the best communication out of every vendor. If your thinking twice about who to hire as a planner, hands down go with Wilder Mind Events. Being from Ohio I was kind of nervous on who to hire from being ripped off or any of those fun scam stories you here, that defiantly will not happen with this planner. I contacted Wilder Mind Events 9 months prior to the special event/proposal and Delaney assisted me, Delaney would respond any time of the day 7 days a week if I ever had a question or a change of heart. She did a very awesome job getting to know me and my now fiancé of all our taste and how to make the proposal the best it could ever be for the budget price I gave her. She does a excellent job giving you many options of different venues you can choose from. Without a planner I would of been a lost puppy and no way to coordinate the most epic proposal I have ever seen. After 100+ emails and the event, not only am I'm very happy I chose Delaney as the planner, I feel like I gained a friend from how kind and sweet she was to myself and my now fiancé. It will be hard not to book her for a Ohio/Michigan wedding... 10/10 book now!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Wilder Mind Events and Taycora. Without a doubt, she MADE my special day what it was and there's absolutely NO way we could have done it without her. You are crazy not to book them if you can! 1- Delaney and her team, specifically Taycora are highly communicative from the moment you sign, from the initial meeting to the monthly check-ins and even weekly/daily check-ins that were not part of their jobs. It was nice to have someone there to make sure I was on track, giving guidance, and support 2- Taycora is detail oriented, thoughtful, takes initiative, is VERY organized, and has the absolute best attitude and personality. I can’t say it enough how much she went above and beyond during our entire process, which made it so easy to place our trust in her. She was also incredibly fun to have around on the day of the wedding and helped make our day so fun throughout! 3- Maybe most importantly, Taycora ran our wedding SO timely. Everything stayed on schedule thanks to her. Never had a wedding before, but I now know how easy it is for things to run over but not ours. OURS was EARLY!! All I had to worry about was having the time of my life because Taycora took care of EVERYTHING and prompted each next step when it needed to happen. I really can't overemphasize how great that is.
