best possible menu, and how cool is it that they bring a mobile BBQ to the venue and cook the food on the spot?! It smelled AMAZING and tasted even better!!! We had BBQ chicken, pulled pork sandwiches (best I've ever had), Kansas City beans (holy smokes these are awesome!!!!), potato salad (again, to die for) and fresh fruit. Gosh, I'm drooling just thinking about it!!! Our guests all raved about how good everything was. And I have to mention their pricing....by FAR the most affordable wedding food I've ever seen!!! The value is unmatched. They let you pick a combination of main dishes and sides, and you can easily find options for less than $15 per plate!!! Also, they include paper plates, napkins and plastic silverware in their rates, which was perfect for us! Seriously, if you're considering booking Wildfire for your big day, just do it. You (and your guests) will be so happy you did!!!
Absolutely delicious! Mike & Molly are super easy going, fun people who have a real passion for their craft! Their BBQ was a real hit at our wedding and in my opinion their catering delivers unmatched value
