Wildfire Barbeque Catering

Five star service and food! We hired Mike and Molly from Wildfire for our daughter's wedding and they were nothing short of spectacular. The food was phenomenal and the service impecable. The guests enjoyed the tantalizing smells of the smoker and visiting with Mike as he shared many tips and tricks about his craft. The guests raved about the ribs, chicken and brisket. Mike and Holly catered our wedding and we could not have been happier!!!!! Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but it's clear that they put their absolute heart and soul into this business. Mike truly cares about making providing you the best possible menu, and how cool is it that they bring a mobile BBQ to the venue and cook the food on the spot?! It smelled AMAZING and tasted even better!!! We had BBQ chicken, pulled pork sandwiches (best I've ever had), Kansas City beans (holy smokes these are awesome!!!!), potato salad (again, to die for) and fresh fruit. Gosh, I'm drooling just thinking about it!!! Our guests all raved about how good everything was. And I have to mention their pricing....by FAR the most affordable wedding food I've ever seen!!! The value is unmatched. They let you pick a combination of main dishes and sides, and you can easily find options for less than $15 per plate!!! Also, they include paper plates, napkins and plastic silverware in their rates, which was perfect for us! Seriously, if you're considering booking Wildfire for your big day, just do it. You (and your guests) will be so happy you did!!!
