About this vendor
Wildfire Catering is a chef-driven company. We will work with your ideas and budget. The details can get overwhelming. Our job is to listen to you and engage in your planning.
So many factors impact the catering cost:
-menu (contemporary, rustic, locally sourced, farm-to-fork..)
-service (buffet, plated, family style..)
-rentals (china, glassware, silver, sailcloth tents..)
Packages can start as low as $75 per person. We are happy to customize menus to fit your tastes!
We are committed to make sure your wedding exceeds your expectations. From elegant to casual, our staff can deliver what you want.
We can also incorporate one of our food trucks to assist with any menu or to provide an exciting late night snack.

From our initial conversations, to answering all of our questions and working with our wedding coordinator, Wildfire was a pleasure to work with for our wedding day. Not only did t...
hey travel to Northern NH, and have to work in some unexpected rain, they did so with smiles on their faces; our guests mentioned the all their interactions were positive (despite being a bit wet). Their food and baked goods were delicious and if you’re looking for a catering company, look no further! 10/10 recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about Wildfire Catering. They catered our wedding and the whole experience was absolutely seamless. Our venue did not have a kitchen so they prepa...
red everything from the Amigos Locos food truck. We had a traditional happy hour with stationary and passed appetizers, and then our guests went out to the truck to select their dinner. They served our 100+ guests in no time. The food was delicious and people are still raving about it – my one friend commented that ours is the only wedding she’s attended where she left very full. Beyond the amazing food, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Bryan. He is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience in the industry so he helped to craft the perfect menu for our event that gave everyone a choice of several options and accommodated all dietary restrictions. He also worked directly with the city to get the appropriate permits. Trust them with your next event and you’ll be in great hands!

ur preferences, including flavors, local ingredients, dietary restrictions, and more. I recommend them without reservation and would certainly choose them for any North Shore events in the future. Many of our guests commented upon how expectations for wedding food are generally quite low, but they were completely blown away by how wonderful the meal was. Wildfire's delicious food was a great addition to our wedding and we couldn't be happier!
