Wildflower Weddings is a wedding planning and organization service based in Staunton, VA. Victoria, the company's founder, has served over 85 weddings and events since 2018. She got her certification in Wedding Planning in 2023 through The Wedding Academy. Wildflower Weddings offers three different packages with extra Á La Carte services. The Bluebell Package is for couples who have booked all their vendors and finished the designing process. This package assists with last-minute organization, communication to vendors, and wedding day management. Including vendor coordination, unlimited email communication, floor plan creation, a day-of checklist and timeline, decoration assistance on your wedding day, and more. The Sunflower Package is a partial wedding planning service. This includes everything in the previous offer but also vendor recommendations and assistance with booking, more design and decoration assistance, and budget projection. The Primrose Package is Wildflower Weddings' most luxurious and complete wedding planning service. It includes everything listed in their Sunflower Package with 12 hours of wedding day management, budget creation, vendor proposals, a wedding day 'mood board,' and much more. Á La Carte services are also available to ensure couples receive the exact guidance they are looking for. Wildflower Weddings' passion for creativity and attention to detail shines through as she helps couples design their dream wedding day.

was considering doing everything on my own, but I was losing my mind doing that. She made things so much less overwhelming, it felt like all I really had to do was know what I wanted and she would make it happen. She has such a calm presence, she is incredibly knowledgeable on all thing’s weddings and events, and her extensive experience and professionalism show through everything she does. She is also very kind, gives great advice, and is super organized and punctual. Something that I think is so important in a wedding planner is how they deal with the unexpected. Victoria deals with mishaps in a way that you don’t even realize they’re happening, with grace and composure. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were supposed to be outside, but it started to rain a couple hours before, so everything had to be moved inside. The transition was completely seamless, and everything still looked beautiful, thanks to Victoria and her assistant! My husband also forgot to pick up our little cake on the day of, and Victoria and her assistant took care of it without us even noticing. Victoria took my vision and made everything look just how I imagined it, and I believe that is because of how much she genuinely cares about you having your perfect day and her impeccable attention to detail. I truly cannot recommend Victoria enough and I am so grateful to have had such a caring, resourceful, creative, and trustworthy planner for our day! <3

I was worried about being present on my wedding—but Victoria made it so easy. We had multiple calls before the wedding day, and she always came prepared with ideas and advice to make the day more enjoyable and ways to help the day run smoother. She was always one step ahead, completely understood our vision, and made sure everything ran smoothly so that my husband and I could be present and enjoy our wedding. Victoria brought amazing and honestly really practical ideas, gave constant support, and handled every little detail with professionalism, calm, and grace. No matter what came up, she was on it before I even had to ask. It started to rain after the ceremony and she managed to move everything inside and rearrange it after the rain.
