We had the most magical experience at this venue—it truly felt like stepping into a forest fairytale. The scene alone that made the entire day feel intimate, romantic, and completely unforgettable. Every detail of the space added to the magic. The ceremony area was beautiful, and the natural surroundings were so stunning. It was the perfect backdrop for photos, with so many charming spots that looked like they belonged in a fairytale. Sophia and her family were kind, professional, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Everything felt well organized, and on the wedding day they helped create a calm, seamless flow so we could simply enjoy every moment. I had some vintage wedding decorations that I wanted to incorporate into our reception, and Sophia’s mom did wonders with my cloches to make the most stunning dried flower arrangements. My bouquet was also so unique and exquisite! They helped me decorate and then pack everything up carefully after the event. Sophia’s dad even ushered my mother around in a golf cart that day. We had our reception in the forested area, and it was an amazing evening with the towering trees and twinkling lights- think Twilight wedding! We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a wedding location that feels magical, memorable, and one of a kind. It exceeded our expectations in every way and gave us the fairytale celebration we had always imagined.

When picking a venue, it's rare to find a place that exceeds expectations from photos online -- but this place does! We have been complimented endless times by guests on how beautiful, magical, intimate, and unique our wedding was here at Wildflower Woods. My husband and I knew right when we toured that this magical, family-owned space was going to be our dream venue. Sophia is also an awesome day-of coordinator and her parents are lovely people to work with as well. Couldn't be happier with our choice to get married here.

It was established in 2022 after Jesse and Sophia held their wedding on the property, which is Sophia's childhood home. With the festivities' success on the 23-acre farm, they decided to share the location's beauty with others. Here, in front of picturesque scenery, couples can swap vows surrounded by pines for a memorable celebration. It is a setting fit for a storybook. Wildflower Woods is an outdoor venue where couples can host their wedding of up to 200 guests in the woodlands or the lush meadows. If inclement weather should arise, there is a 40ft x 100ft tent set up all season long, surrounded by the greenery. A seasonal wildflower lane leads to the meadow, creating a fairytale atmosphere. The venue also features a climate-controlled bridal suite and groom's lounge for the wedding party to get ready in. Wildflower Woods, with its lush landscape, can be enjoyed from 11 am to midnight. The team provides bistro lighting along with 200 wooden folding chairs and 25 custom-made wooden tables. Additional services include access to outdoor parking and plenty of chances to take photographs throughout the property. The venue directs parking and operates a golf cart shuttle for guests who may need additional assistance. Included in all rentals is a wide array of decorations, which reduces the hassle of planning and transporting extra items. This venue can be rented Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on your vision. Couples are allowed to bring their own licensed caterer and bartender, as well as their own DJ. The team may also provide farm-to-wedding floral arrangements for an additional fee to better incorporate the beauty of the countryside into your event.

The wedding was so unique and beautiful, many of their friends and family encouraged them to turn the area into a venue for other couples to enjoy. Wildflower Woods is family-owned and operated by Jesse, Sophia, and her parents, Michael and Valerie. Together, they strive to create an enchanted environment that is customizable to each couple's dream.

planner poofed to help with day of coordination, they answered all my questions, and were accommodating to requests. The service was truly wonderful, and it definitely sets them apart as a family run business with a personal touch from other more corporate vendors. The venue itself is just a magical place. I cant describe how I felt walking into the reception space under the trees the first time with the lights twinkling. Its was just like a fairy land and everything I wanted it to be. It was perfect. Best decision we made in our whole process. 10/10

ous and perfectly fit the inspiration for what I was going for. There are tables, chairs, and furniture/decor at the venue which again is convenient and saves a ton of stress. The day of coordinator at the venue (Sophia) did a wonderful job communicating with me and helping with any questions I had before the wedding. The venue has multiple different areas that offer a variety of options and backup in case weather is a challenge. The whole day went so smooth, and I completely attribute that to what a great job the venue did at coordinating vendors and their attention to detail/organization. The pine forest is truly such a special atmosphere and made for a beautiful reception. I'd recommend this venue to everyone!

ome true and we have treated all the wedding guests to our paellas!!! Our experience in this forest has been unique!... Mike, Sophia and their entire family have made us feel part of them... We started the cocktail hour with our charcuterie bar while in the kitchen we opened the unique and authentic cooking show Paella live where the bride and groom had the opportunity to finish cooking the paella and open the buffet making this moment something truly memorable for everyone! Wildflower Woods is truly a beautiful and magical venue. The guests and bride loved the venue and thankfully did not notice the setbacks that occurred. As a new venue things are co...

nstantly evolving. However addendums to the signed contract were not received by the bride or groom and unfortunately the venue did not follow up with them to confirm receipt and obtain a new signed contract. The coordination team did not bring it to our attention during set up and a typed note was left in the bridal suite AFTER the bridal party had left for the ceremony. The note stated WE had to move all of the tables and chairs from the forest and place them under the tent or pay a $600 fee. When we spoke to the team they were perceived as rude. While the venue was rented until 12pm, the venue started removing the chairs around 9pm and personal items of the guests were placed on the ground. Trash bags and receptacles were difficult to come by. It truly felt like this was a self service venue. We would recommend bringing your own trash bags, a step ladder and flashlights if you choose to decorate the arch. The meadow is not lit and very dark for take down. Many of the issues we experienced may have been addressed in the addendums however we will never know. Even with all of this the wedding was magical and the setting just as the bride imagined.

e do want to clarify that we did send the clean up process to the bride and groom 2 months prior to the event date. No where did we write that there would be a $600 fee. None of our venue staff would move guests items onto the ground. It is possible that one of your guests who helped you with clean up did this, but we always leave chairs with items. We also don’t start cleaning up chairs unless family and friends begin folding them. We do apologize for the meadow being dark we hope to create a solution for this for our next season! Lastly, we are a self-service venue. That is made clear in our contract and our pricing reflects this. 2023 was our first year, and we learned a lot and are continually refining our processes and policies to make every wedding go as smoothly as possible. Feedback like this helps as we endeavor to make every wedding a special experience for the couple and their guests.

There are so many small touches built in already that leave an impression, like the hand built tables and the string lights already hung in the woods. They made all of our wedding day dreams come true, and all of our guests were in awe of the property and had a magical night.
