WildHearts Photo Booth Bus

hoto booth was a total hit with our wedding guests and now we have a gorgeous book to look back on and reminisce. The photo strip design was perfect and we loved the fun props. Also, big shoutout to the air conditioning in the bus - 10/10 for cooling me down in my dress! I'm so happy we went with WildHearts. So so so worth it!

rkee and her team were so responsive, were patient when we switched the bus we wanted, prompt, and so friendly! The bus and setup was perfect. It was creative, aesthetically pleasing, and decorated so nicely! Our photos from the bus are amazing, and we love looking at all of the ones our guests took, too! 10/10 recommend booking them for something unique at your event!

ay I did as I waited for the caterer to leave The Photo Booth, using up valuable time. At the end of the day, I paid for the Photo Booth for myself and my guests to use from 5:30-8:30 pm and I was waiting at 8:20 knowing I only had 10 minutes remaining. The caterers took multiple pictures and I only had a few minutes remaining by the time I was in there. I thought I would potentially be kicked out by your staff or charged an overtime price if I stayed longer. In addition, It was not contracted or in my invoice for other vendors to use the Photo Booth services. Please take my feedback into consideration as you work on your policy not to screen everyone and allow everyone entrance. There should be quick verification the people getting in the van are guests of the wedding and not vendors (in my situation dressed in all black attire) or strangers. Those who are vendors or strangers should not be allowed into the paid for photobooth during contracted hours. If your business wants to allow the vendors in or to stay later, please do it after contracted hours and discussed with the bride and groom/ paying customer.

I used the vintage style backdrop for my wedding which worked with my wedding theme. The photobooth options include sending the photo strip to a phone, printing one out, and sending a copy to the bride and groom. Everyone had a fun time.

e until 11/4. My father passed on 10/19, I called out from work for a few days, and finances got tight. I messaged Markee asking for an extension on our payment, and she worked with us. My husband and I were able to have Bleu at our wedding! A week before the wedding, I messaged Markee asking if we could have a Harry Potter themed strip, I made one on Canva, and she changed it up a bit, and it eas even better! Joey manned the booth. He was amazing to talk with and very friendly. The bus was a hit and definitely very popular at our wedding. Thank you, Markee and Joey for being apart of our wedding!

In the days following my wedding I realized I made a huge mistake and didn’t order the usb with all the pictures that they offered. I figured that I was probably out of luck, but I emailed Markee to ask anyway! Markee was able to get me the usb with all the pictures! I was so thankful because every single guest went to it and I didn’t want to miss the pictures! My piece of advice would be to add on the usb in advance and HIRE them!

When I decided to book a while later, my mother and my planner both reached out to see if my date was still available, and let Markee know that I would like to go ahead and book Bleu. They responded to both my mom and planner on the same day and said my date is available. They told my mom this at 6 pm. I contacted them a couple of days later because I was expecting to receive info about the deposit since they knew I wanted to book with them. At this point, they waited several days (which is unusual of them) to respond to tell me that they already booked my date. I asked them how that’s possible since I said I want to book if the date is available and they confirmed it was. Markee said another couple contacted them after my mom and planner both asked, and booked it that night. So they told my mom at 6 pm it was available, ignored her saying that I wanted to go ahead and book it, and let another couple book it that night. I was truly devastated as I had my heart set on Bleu. I had to wait to finalize my budget to make sure I could afford it, because the Photo Booth was a luxury for us. I was so exited when she said our date was available and then it was just taken away. I am shocked that they would ignore us asking to book it, and let someone else book within hours later. Markee could’ve immediately let us know, instead of making me wait days for her response. She could’ve written back my mom or planned and say “I know I just told you an hour ago that your day is available, but it is now booked.” Or she could’ve asked me if I would like to go ahead and make a deposit before she let the other couple book it. Or at the very least, she could’ve responded to me sooner, knowing I was waiting to submit a deposit. She could’ve done so many things to make this situation better and she chose this. I cannot believe a small company would treat me this way. I’m sure she will comment on this and give some kind of excuse and twist the story. But this is exactly what happened. Thankfully I found a much better, family owned company. If you are looking for Photo Booth busses in Tampa, Wild Hearts unfortunately advertises so much that it took me days of researching and scrolling on google to find other companies like this. Please consider HELLO RED BIRD Photo Booth Rental. They have amazing customer service, unlike Wild Hearts.

I had already paid the deposit for my daughter's wedding over a year ago, when we realized that party had to be postponed by 12 months because of CoVid. I contacted Markee from Wild Hearts and they postponed the date by one year without a problem. Markee answers emails in a very quick manner - always friendly and professional, and always accommodating, catering to your needs. I will definitely save their contact info for any future events. I highly recommend the Wild Heart Photo Bus! It was everyone's favorite.

E ceremony so there would not be any interruptions at the ceremony and they’d be ready to go for cocktail hour. My mother in law even paid for an extra hour of their time because we saw it as beneficial. Day of Wild Hearts not only was late, as I noticed they were not there right as I was about to walk down the aisle, but they weren’t answering. I called, I had my day of coordinator call multiple times, the venue coordinator called multiple times and email was tried as well. No answer. Extremely unprofessional. When they did finally arrive, it did all go well and it was super fun and cute, and my guests had a great time. They provided the digital link to all of my images promptly. Although none of my guests who entered their cell when taking their photo received a copy. When I asked about refunding for the time I asked them to be there and they were not (I stressed it was very important), they simply refunded me a portion of what I was expecting. I responded back reiterating the importance of this and asking for a little more of a refund, no response. Followed up, and there has been no response to this day. I’m giving this 3 stars because they did have a really cute set up and dealt with the typical rowdy wedding guests, and delivered the digital link to be very quickly. However, the communication day of and now post day was very poor. I am still waiting for a response back and a remedy to this hiccup on my wedding day.
