I got the wedding coordination package just for the day or but Karla checked in on me everything few weeks. While I felt organized, Karla was there and readily available by text for any random question or concern I had during my planning process. She filled in the gaps for things I easily missed. My venue was completely bare meaning that I had to bring in everything from linen to catering, a large tent, ect. On the day of she was there, making sure all vendors were on track, everything was set up how I pictured and fielding questions and concerns to allow me to have a stress free day. Karla is amazing and I recommend her without hesitation!!

(Was definitely needed, especially towards the end of planning when we were completely spent.) Cassandra fulfilled all of our day of needs with grace, patience and poise. Many friends who got married told us their day-of planner "didn't really do much," but we are so lucky we hired Wildly Rooted Weddings, because Karla went above and beyond, from the detailed and sincere conversation on the first day we chatted, to the many meetings and organization docs over the next few months, to her calm and capable performance on the wedding day. She did way more than necessary just to make sure all our complicated plans would be executed smoothly. Other planners we chatted with beforehand said they would do less for more money, and our good friend who works weddings was astonished by how much Karla handled as a day-of planner. We were super excited that she clearly thinks outside the box whenever we wanted to do something unconventional; she clearly has the knowledge to handle traditional wedding aspects, but she rolled with whatever idea we came up with that was outside the norm and enhanced so many of our ideas based on what she's seen over her career. After our wedding, many of our guests told us they had never seen a wedding be so personal and so uniquely dedicated to two peoples' personalities, and Karla helped make our imaginings become reality. My partner and I are both very organized project managers in our work, so we figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves—but people always say that something will go wrong (or not according to plan) at weddings, and it made all the difference to have someone so competent handling all the moving parts so we could focus on all the happy moments. Wildly Rooted Weddings is worth all the money, and we sincerely hope Karla continues to get every dollar she deserves, because she's a hard worker and super smart and just genuine, which is hard to find in a business-driven world, and people like that deserve every success they work so hard for.
