ace whenever we needed suggestions. The venue itself was the perfect space for our wedding. It is very versatile, modern, comfortable, and had plenty of space for dinner, dancing, and cocktail hour. One of the hidden gems of this venue is the bridal suite on the second floor. It felt extremely cozy but also very elegant, the perfect place to get ready and hang out with our bridal party before the ceremony. The bathrooms were also extremely beautiful. (Sounds weird, but check them out if you visit.) If you're looking for a great team at a beautiful venue, WildmanBT is the place!

could comfortably hold our guest count. We also dreamed of a venue with industrial charm, rich character, and a touch of elegance — and Wildman BT delivered all of that and more. I still remember the first time we toured the space — we were completely blown away. Every detail is so thoughtfully designed, from the bridal suite to the lounge furniture to even the bathroom décor. Nothing has been overlooked. We knew instantly it was the perfect place for our wedding — and we were right. We also loved that they offered a wide list of approved caterers, giving us so many options, and even allowed BYOB. That flexibility meant we could supply our own alcohol and invest those savings into other fun, meaningful touches for the day. But what truly made Wildman BT unforgettable was the incredible team. Michelle and Valentina are exceptional. They answered every single question (no matter how small), offered thoughtful suggestions, and shared advice from past weddings to help make ours go smoothly. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely excited for us — and that support made us feel so taken care of throughout the entire process. During wedding week, they allowed us to do our rehearsal the day before and set up in advance, which made such a difference. On the day of, the space looked absolutely extraordinary. Our guests were in awe and so were we!! We don’t have our professional photos back just yet, but we can’t wait to share them soon. We’re endlessly grateful to Michelle, Valentina, and the whole team for helping us have the most beautiful, joy-filled day of our lives.

oured and it really was icing on the cake that Michelle and Valentina were so amazing to chat with. They spent well over an hour touring with us and answering all of our questions, both at the tour itself and afterwards via email. I also really liked that they were not in the least bit pushy to get us to make a deposit and sign the contract. Throughout the planning phase, they were extremely responsive when we'd reach out with questions. They were also very accomodating to us for several different things. One being that we had a food truck that needed to cook indoors, however, that is typically not allowed due to noxious fumes. Valentina made herself available for our food truck and planner to meet in person a couple of weeks before the wedding and work out a solution. Michelle was on vacation at the time but made herself free for a phone call to align on the plan. Another example is related to a beverage cart service that they offer at the venue. Michelle honored prior year pricing for us as that was shared initially several months before we formally booked the service. On the day prior to our wedding, they allowed us to drop off all of our belongings (which was a LOT) and leave overnight, as well as host our rehearsal ceremony at the venue free of charge. The venue itself is gorgeous and serves as the perfect backdrop for photos. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend hosting your wedding or other event at the Wildman BT. Michelle and Valentina are truly world class.

in, our breath was taken away. The space is so stunning that we opted for minimal décor because we didn’t want to take away from its natural beauty. From start to finish, Michelle was an absolute joy to work with. She’s warm, inviting, and always answered our questions promptly. She worked seamlessly with our vendors and other coordinators, making the entire process so smooth. Michelle was also incredibly open to our ideas on things like cocktail hour layout and ceremony seating, while providing great recommendations based on her experience. It truly felt like a collaborative experience, rather than being locked into a rigid structure. Our guests, both from out of town and locals from Chicago, have not stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was—and we couldn't agree more. We’re honestly sad the day is over and hope to attend another event at WildmanBT soon!

ind and patient throughout the whole process- we were worried about fitting in 2 separate ceremonies AND a reception all into the same space, and they did a fantastic job at addressing our concerns and ensuring that the transitions between events would go flawlessly. Our entire wedding party was able to use the space to get ready in the morning, which was a huge plus. The venue itself has a beautiful industrial look, and we had so many guests tell us how much they enjoyed the space! s a vendor's nightmare (haha), but Michelle, Valentina, and the Wildman team went above and beyond to ensure my mom was totally comfortable with everything for the wedding. Michelle spent HOURS in person and on the phone with my mom going over so many details, and Michelle was always open to trying new things with us. We were able to spend time in the venue in advance to ensure no detail was missed, and it all ended up even better than we imagined. The venue is beautiful, and no detail is missed. From the stunning bathrooms to the light coming in through the windows on the ceiling to the bridal suite, our guests literally gasped when they came into the room for dinner! Getting ready with my bridesmaids upstairs was also an amazing alternative for me as I did not want the typical hotel suite photos with my bridesmaids. The proximity to Garfield Park is also a huge plus. We had photos taken there and while we haven't gotten them back yet, I know they are going to be stunning! I cannot stop raving about Wildman and we are so lucky that we were able to have our wedding in such a unique, amazing space. Thank you Michelle and the Wildman team!

If you’re wanting an industrial feel wedding (with awesome chandeliers) look no further. They even have a getting ready space that our wedding party was able to use to hang out in while we took family photos. I would recommend Wildman to anyone!

team are such kind people who are really lovely and easy to work with. If the gorgeousness of the space alone doesn't sell you - we loved how much is included in the fee - a state of the art sound system, the projection wall, gallery lights to illuminate any art you might want to hang on the brick wall, a huge getting ready suite for the bride (we used the downstairs lounge-y space as the getting ready suite for the groom), gorgeous lounge furniture and plants, really nice chairs for our guests, tons of other furniture! And they have extra lighting available if you need which is also really nice. Would highly recommend getting married or having an event here - we are so happy with our choice. Their list of preferred/required vendors are all high quality and they know how to work together and navigate the space perfectly with these vendors. Lighting/sound quality was great. We had some unconventional ideas about how we wanted various aspects of the wedding to flow, and rather than push back on us, they made everything come to fruition just as we dreamed of it. Moreover, they worked incredibly well with all of our other vendors, helped keep us calm anytime we got worried about something, and across the board, made sure the wedding day was seamless and we didn't have to think about anything other than celebrating our love. e moment we entered the building that this was going to be our dream venue. So many of our guests complimented the venue and could not stop talking about it! From the first email til post-event, they have been so wonderful to work with. They answered all our questions, went above and beyond in helping when we needed it, and were just so generous with their time. We've visited so many venues in Chicago, and none compare to WildmanBT. The venue itself is so gorgeous (and has incredible staff) to the point that it baffles us that it isn't booked up til forever. Snatch an available date for your wedding before it's too late! I promise that you won't regret choosing this incredible venue and team.

And the space has so many ways to set up to give a unique day just for your wedding - not to mention the amazing couch set ups that come with the space and added a coziness for our guests. We even used the small room off to the side for desserts and coffee. Everything was perfect - I’d highly recommend! A hidden gem in Chicago.

Michelle had fantastic recommendations for vendors and was happy to help us get anything we needed from lights to decor! eally cool in the sense that it's a historic building that's been modernized. It has beautiful exposed brick and natural ceiling lighting which is the vibe we were really in to. Michelle and Kara were wonderful to work with. The nice thing about them is they provided a lot of flexibility in terms of what you want in the space, and the vendors you would like. They are both very good communicators. As you can see from some of the pictures there is no standard way to set up for your wedding. The space is very large, and is an excellent venue for doing something creative. Additionally, we had the venue for the entire day from 10AM - 12PM for getting ready, pictures, set up. This helped with not having to be stressed out about time. One thing to consider is they have only 1 bridal/groom suite. This wasn't an issue for us especially since it's a large suite and we had a very small wedding party. Our guests and ourselves had so much fun at Wildman BT. We received so many compliments on the venue which really should have gone to the staff and the vendors. Weddings go by so fast. We hope one day we can be a guest at a wedding at Wildman BT!
