Wildwood Event Co.

ized, brought up questions/details my husband and I wouldn't have thought of, and she always followed up with detailed notes summarizing everything we talked about. Kris handled all final vendor communications in the month leading up to the wedding, and it was such a relief to have this off of our plate. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to all of the help from Kris! She (and her assistant Sarah) did a fabulous job making sure everything was set up exactly the way we had discussed; they made sure we stuck to our timeline to keep the event moving smoothly; and most importantly, they made sure to check in on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed. We cannot recommend Kris and her team enough!

ed us with recommended vendors & allowed us to easily find trustworthy vendors for our special day! I would recommend Kris and team to everyone who is planning their wedding!!

ly. And that she did. Let's put it this way...the wedding was so good the bride cried when hugging Kris goodbye. I highly recommend Kris & her team!

e and present for the entirety of the planning process. Kris' knowledge of Nashville wedding vendors was incredibly valuable and helped us find vendors that were local, within budget and ones that we felt good about supporting. Thank you so much, Kris!

d generosity for literally anyone, and it SHINES in her work! Kris was an angel from start to finish, and her infectious joy made my day any time I heard from her, even in the most stressful parts of wedding planning. She made sure that every detail was seamless from start to finish, and she was the perfect person to make sure our day was executed perfectly (including making sure we actually ate, drank, and enjoyed each other on our wedding day, which unfortunately, a lot of people forget or don't have a chance to do). I would recommend Wildwood Event Co. to ANYONE getting married, whether it's 50 or 350 people. I cannot stress the importance of having a planner enough, but having the right wedding planner is just as important. We are forever thankful to Kris and her team for ensuring that our day was as perfect as we could have ever dreamed to to be, and we had a TON of fun doing it. 11/10 recommend! ❤️

seen! They set up the tables, candles and props just as we asked and coordinated the flow of a large wedding party through introductions, toasts, and dances. Kris is very calm and helped in so many ways!

e most perfect timeline. Days before my wedding I had a lot to do and Kris offered to print out my signage for me to help me feel less stressed. On our wedding day Kris worked so hard from beginning to end! She made sure every detail was perfect and made the whole day go so smooth. Me and my husband had the most perfect and stress free wedding and we owe it all to Kris! Thank you Kris for all you did, we are so thankful for you!!

timeline ran smoothly. From the second she took over, we were able to enjoy creating the final details and focus on family coming in town. Having her there helped us relax and enjoy our day in a stress-free way! I would recommend Kris over and over!

day!!

the tiniest, most intentional details. For example, Kris helped my husband surprise me with a last dance to our favorite song with no one else in the room… it was the perfect start to our new life! In addition to being the best wedding planner, Kris is just and amazing person. She goes out of her way to actively listen, empower, and encourage you during this season. Our vendors, bridal party members, and guests kept telling us for weeks after the wedding how impressed they were with Kris and how hard she worked behind-the-scenes that day! If you want a stress free and FUN wedding season, Kris is your girl!

nity to thoroughly enjoy the day. I can not recommend them enough!!

re our wedding celebration and she went above and beyond to make sure everything for our day was lined up. Not only was the day of our wedding so special and effortless, she was able to make sure the ceremony and reception went smoothly because it was raining all day! She is kind, friendly, personable, generous, and such a pleasure to work with. Now I get to call her my friend! Anyone would be so lucky to have her as their coordinator!

he day of the wedding can be super stressful but she was there with anything I needed yet somehow managed to not be “in the way.” It was the Goldilocks amount. She feels like family, not a business partner. Whatever you need, she will do an amazing job!

t created a magical day for all of us...and we only gave her two months to work her magic!! I cannot recommend Kris Wood and Wildwood Event Co. highly enough!
