Expansive greens and a tranquil atmosphere enhance the outdoor countryside vibe, and you can choose to stage your ceremony under the bright blue sky. In the unlikely event of inclement weather, Wildwood Golf Club can arrange for an outside cover to ensure your wedding goes as planned. The vows will be swapped, the "I do"s will be said, and then it's on to photographs and the cocktail hour. You can choose to remain in the elements as long as the sun is shining or head indoors early to the beautifully furnished banquet hall. It is the perfect place for a wedding reception, whether you are celebrating a smaller, intimate gathering with your closest family or a lavish affair of up to 200 dear friends. A band or DJ can provide the soundtrack to your special day as you and your guests party long into the night.
The staff at Wildwood Golf Club will do everything they can to make your wedding day experience as relaxing as can be. Their in-house event planner will remain in contact with you throughout as the wedding plans progress and the day approaches. You can discuss everything from food, beverages, flatware, linens, and more to ensure even the smallest detail is cared for.

postpone to June 2022 a few months before the wedding due to pandemic concerns. We did both our ceremony & reception at Wildwood and having both events in one location made things so easy.
Carrie was our main point of contact and and so incredibly accommodating, understanding, and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process with all of our changes. Carrie, Rachel, and the Wildwood team executed and exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and quality of service. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful of a venue Wildwood was (especially the back deck which had been newly redone the week leading up to our wedding and provided an amazing space for our cocktail hour). The passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were incredible and a huge hit with all of our guests - we opted for the mini beef wellingtons, mini crab cakes, and Brazilian croquettes after we did our tasting.
We used the tea room to host a family only Chinese tea ceremony before the main ceremony and the venue provided all the tea cups, tea, and set up the chairs in the space for us prior.
Our main ceremony after the tea ceremony was in front of the venue's building on what used to be a putting green (another option was to have our ceremony in the back of the building but we decided we liked all the greenery in the front) - we brought in our own arch for the ceremony which we dropped off the day before (as well as all of our other reception decor/items in labeled boxes - which Carrie, Rachel and their team set up for us on the day of) and the venue provided a podium for our officiant and set up all of the chairs for the ceremony (we had approximately 100 guests). Carrie also made several helpful suggestions to us a few weeks before the wedding to make sure our vendors had the information they'd need in advance so that everyone knew where they were going on the day of.
Our reception was in the ballroom which is a beautiful space, and we chose a seated dinner option (beef tenderloin, chicken marsala, & vegetable ravioli were our options for our guests) with dessert assortment of tiramisu, variety cheesecakes, and chocolate mouse cake which were all amazing.
At the end of the night when our event ended at 11pm we didn't have to worry about packing anything ourselves - the club boxed up and had everything waiting for us the next day to pick up by late morning which made ending the night so easy and stress free for us.
I'd definitely recommend Wildwood for any other brides considering having their wedding in the North and can't express enough how grateful we are for the experience and memories we now have to look back on. Amazing food, incredible service, and just a gorgeous space to celebrate your special day. Hoping my husband and I can find another reason to host an event at Wildwood in the future, maybe an anniversary party :)

venue if it wasn’t for our experience with the event coordinator and the bartender on for our wedding. The event coordinator was difficult to work with and disorganized, made my parents, now husband and I feel belittled by asking questions, etc. Our wedding definitely did not seem like a priority at any point. She always had an attitude and made the planning process a little more unpleasant than need be. During our actual wedding day, the bartender was pouring shots to our guests which was not allowed at the venue and we confirmed beforehand. The bar is per consumption and is a larger cost and the shots significantly added to that. My mother and father both approached the bartender during the reception to tell him to stop but he continued to do so. I would only recommend this venue if there was a new event coordinator with stricter regulation on the bar or if you only worked with Carrie the general manager who is great. It is a shame because this is truly a pretty venue that our guests raved about but the experience as the couple was definitely not how I imagined or hoped it would be.

t were the real miracle workers. Carrie worked with us after we had some concerns with previous workers, and she made sure that every detail was what I wanted. Bridget came on to the team kind of late, but she was absolutely perfect on our special day - she kept our friends and family on time, checked in with me to soothe my inner control freak, and made sure what we needed was available. so easy to work with and answered every detailed email quickly. We loved that we could drop off our decorations the days before the wedding -and they do everything for you! No leaving your rehearsal early to decorate, no coming in the day after to clean up. That was truly a lifesaver with so many out of town guests that we wanted to visit with. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and the food was TRULY delicious. From the appetizers to the main course people loved the food. The use of the patio for cocktail hour was also a hit in the nice fall weather. We really appreciate all of the hard work that Kelli and the staff of Wildwood put into making our day amazing. Banquet Manager was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make everything go perfect. You do not need to be a member but you save on the deposit (which was relatively small for a private club)if you have a member sponsor your event. We had the cocktail hour on the covered patio and the bridal party had their own room (Tea Room) to regroup before the night began. There was valet parking if needed, and handicap access around the back for our guests. We had so many guests tell us how beautiful everything was. Jessica was always prompt with her answering every question we had.
