Wile Events

vision of a unique wedding, we wanted an elegant black-tie affair in a rock and roll music venue that also happened to be a bowling alley too. It ended up being perfection. They were available throughout to answer questions, run ideas by them, providing creative solutions and always down to talk things through. From creating our wedding invitations to floral design, to connecting with our various vendors (caterers, band, venue, hotels, etc.), and even going the extra mile with little things like ordering food in advance while the bridal party got ready, to having an extra boutonniere (just in case!) for the groomsmen, they knocked it out of the park and took the stress off of us, which was such a relief all around. They made it a wedding for the books, truly feel our guests were wow-ed by the whole thing! Lorraine and Gabrielle are awesome and couldn't be more pleased we chose to work with them. They are the best!

"get" our families and their spreadsheets impressed even my Type A brain. I also cannot stress enough how amazing it is to have an in-house florist & graphic designer for all printing needs. It cuts out two vendors from the long list of decisions to be made, and they seriously knocked it all out of the park. I was the worst type of "yeah I like it, I don't care" bride and they were able to dig deeper and really help pull out opinions I didn't even know I had. From helping us find the dream venue (and going back to re-visit venues because I was indecisive) to responding to my panicked emails at all hours of the night, they were a one-stop, always supportive, wedding planning machine. Once the weekend came even my constantly worried brain was able to relax and just be in the moment, and for that I will be forever grateful!

Their guidance through out this process, venue shopping, looking at graphics, designs, invitations, fonts, flowers, candles, menus, etc, not a detail went unnoticed by them! Day of - they were incredibly vigilant about getting band to get the party started, coordinating speeches, etc. They were able to be in a million places at once - creating the most amazing floral arrangements while also ensuring the bridal party was rehearsed and ready to go. "Thank you" seems hollow to the team that delivered a lifetime family memory.

al day. They are so professional: Gabrielle and Lorraine replied to emails within the hour from day one. They were always reachable and responsive, and always had answers to our many questions. They dealt with family politics with tact and grace, offered practical solutions to conflicts, and did it all with a smile. They are beyond organized: they created an epic spreadsheet customized for all aspects of our wedding and updated it regularly with new information. This way, they kept track of everything from our budget, to guest list, accommodations, other vendors, timetable, etc. in a transparent way that we could view and also contribute to. We had regular in-person or telephone meetings to check in. They were warm and personable: they immediately charmed not just my husband and me, but our families as well. They were such a pleasure to communicate with, talking to them always put us at ease and made us feel cared for. When I say thorough- I mean THOROUGH. I can be a little anal about details, but the Wiles put me to shame with their management of everything. They thought of every single tiny detail from town noise ordinances (the wedding was at my parents house) to outdoor heaters, to flower corsages for my mother and mother in law, and gift bags for our guests. My husband and I were able to relax and be guests at our wedding, knowing that Gabrielle and Lorraine totally had our backs. They thought of and took care of EVERYTHING. Lastly, their taste. I actually cannot praise this enough. I am very picky in terms of aesthetic and my husband and I did not necessarily share the same idea of our ideal wedding look. Gabrielle and Lorraine blended our preferences into the most beautiful event. They honored all of our requests and elaborated on them. They truly captured our personalities in the look and feel of the event, and I trusted them implicitly. They are the real deal!

ed a beautiful presentation at their studio where I saw my vision become reality. They were able to get my favorite flower, very exotic and not in season, and used it in the design for the centerpieces, Chuppah, and my bouquet. They used high quality materials and flowers to execute a flawless design. They also created one of a kind printed and acrylic signage. I would highly recommend Wile Events!
