I took my $1000.00 Tissot T touch watch for a battery change. The sales lady that helped me took the watch back to change battery. After about 15 minutes she returned and said she replaced the battery but could not set it. I returned home to set the the battery. It never would set. I returned to Wiley's to see if maybe the battery was not in right. The jeweler said they saw nothing wrong. They said they would return my money for the battery change. They didn't charge the the 1st time because she could not set the watch. I found out the sales lady had only been a employee for 1 week. I thought a jeweler would be the one to change my battery not a 1 week employee. I sent my watch to Tissot to see what might be wrong. They said the watch was damaged during the battery change. It cost me $250.00 to repair my watch. So Please take your watches of any value to a more reputable jeweler as they will let any one week employee change the battery and in turn you may find that you have a broken watch when you get it back.
