I have been a customer of Wilhide's since I was in high school and needed flowers for my homecoming and prom. I met with their wedding consultant, who guaranteed me quotes in a timely manner. After three weeks, several emails trying to contact her, and an email directly to the owner, she finally sent me the quotes. During this time there was ALWAYS an excuse as to why she didn't send me the quotes. She guaranteed that she or a sales associate would call me that afternoon to make sure that I got the information. Another few days went by with NO phone call, so I wrote back letting her know that I will not be doing any business with Wilhide’s, and copied the owner. A bride should NOT have to continue to track down the business; the business should be making attempts to track down the bride for their business. I find the way that I was treated very unprofessional, and the owner should have contacted me to apologize for the way that I was treated. I will not do business with this company in the future.

I was not very happy with the florist. The flowers were nice but they were almost an hour late for delivery. They did not set up anything the people where I got married had to set up the centerpieces because they were just left and not set up and nothing was labeled so we did not know who's flowers were who's. For the ceremony flowers they were setting up about 15 mins before I was walking down the aisle. I was not happy with the service
