I placed an online order 5/13/17 for Mother's Day. When my ordered was delivered to the recipient they weren't the ones that I ordered. I am disappointed with this company this was my first and last time dealing with them! They wont respond to ...

my emails so I called today & was told they'd give me store credit. It's now past Mother's Day so receiving more flowers would be pointless! I just want a refund back to my card. Their site sites they have a 10 day refund policy and it's been less than 10 days! Be aware, you MAY NOT get the exact flowers you ordered from this business!
