helped us do a couple special things in honor of some cool parts of our family including an anniversary dance we got to watch from a birds eye view up on our head table stage. We had a Facetime call with Jay about a week before the wedding where we went over a questionnaire he had sent us asking about our likes, dislikes and requests. He followed our wishes perfectly. He even took a look at playlists we created as inspiration and adapted to exactly our vibe. He had team mates helping out with music, our photo booth, and our audio guest book which were all huge hits and we loved receiving flash drives of all the photos and the audio the same night to go home with and review with our family and wedding party at our gift opening the next day. DJ Jay is your guy if you are looking for the complete wedding package!!!

He was super friendly and did an amazing job we had a couple small mix ups and he was so quick at fixing the problems that no one even noticed. He did an amazing job with following the schedule and making sure everything was prepared ahead of time. He did a great job reading the crowd and making sure everyone was having a great time! I am so happy with their service!

Then the week of we had a call with Austen to go over the timeline, questionnaire, song list, etc. Austen even volunteered to mash together some songs into one for the father daughter dance which was so appreciated and not at all something he needed to do! We added on ceremony coverage to our package and there was no issues with getting our music and microphones set up, and our ceremony was in the woods in the middle of the pine trees with no electric hook up. The actual cocktail hour and reception had a great mix of music and Austen was very respectful of my detailed “do not play list” throughout the night. We kept getting compliments on the music that was playing and how fun of a reception it was thanks to Austen. We also added on the audio guestbook and the Photo Booth as extras. Our guests loved the details and had so much fun with the Photo Booth. Will who setup our Photo Booth was really nice too and got all of the guests pictures back to us within 2 weeks of the wedding. Ultimately I have nothing bad to say about Will Nye and recommend them to anyone, especially Austen!

Another set change to under a tent for dinner, with great sound for our speeches. Finally, Brooke brought it home with an incredible performance at our reception, inside the venue. I had so many people come up to me and ask, "What playlist did you give your DJ, because they are SO GOOD?". Thank you Brooke for being an awesome DJ and making our day extra special!

etc. Unfortunately, the day of service did not go very well at all. Our bridal party entered the venue, and our DJ came back asking many questions about pronounciations, what order to announce the bridal party, and other details we had already discussed (incuding a detailed timeline that I sent prior to our wedding which he acted like he had never seen on the night of). This put our timeline for the night behind schedule already. As he began announcing, it was realized that no one could hear or understand anything he was saying into the mic and this was never resolved during the night. He acted like he didn't know about a pre-dinner prayer (though we had told him who to announce was doing it) and he didn't introduce any of the speeches as we had asked and discussed. Once it was time for the first dance and parent dances, the delays between each dance were excruciatingly awkward! There was no flow whatsoever. Then when he was playing the requested songs, they would start over randomly after a few seconds. We had an anniversary dance and my bridesmaid had to walk over and explain that he should have couples leave the dance floor according to how long they have been married. Once the dancing started, he played our requested last song of the night as the third song of the dance. By that point I had my bridesmaids regularly walking over and telling him what to play and the music moved along more smoothly. We were going to play the shoe game but told him to not bother (we had very low hopes that it would go well at that point). Finally, We had requested an announcement of a tunnel at the door for our exit, which was never made. Overall, we were very diaappointed in the DJ services we were provided especially considering the price we paid. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to run into the same problems on their big day!

nd Jay was incredibly helpful the entire time (even when I would send him back to back emails every time I had another question!!). On the day of our wedding, our DJ was Brooke and she was beyond amazing — truly the MVP of our weekend. So many guests came up to us to rave about her throughout the night. She hit all our must plays, and was really great at understanding what the vibe of each portion of the night should be. She also played for our afterparty downstairs after the dance floor closed and really knew how to set the perfect tone. Jeremy also managed the Mirror Photo Booth that we booked, which was a bit hit throughout the night. He was very helpful! I could not recommend Brooke, Jeremy, the Will Nye the DJ guy service more, you will have no regrets if you work with them for your event!

He was great with communication leading up to and during our wedding. He always made sure we were enjoying the music and was open to feedback or requests. I highly recommend them for any event! :)

Along with that, his choice in music for the reception was exactly what we wanted and he made sure the dance floor was full the whole night.
