The space features a large wood dance floor, an elevated stage, and a renovated art deco bar. It also has a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system to help create a memorable ambience for celebrations.
The Will Rogers Theatre & Event Center team is eager to see the details of your big day come together seamlessly. A reception event coordinator can be there to assist with many of the logistics. In addition, the full-service staff works throughout your event to help ensure that your guests can enjoy high standards of customer service. There are multiple packages to choose from depending on what a couple envisions for their big day. Services can include catering and bar, free parking, chair covers, linens, and more. In the Grand Dinner package, couples and their guests can sit down to a multi-course meal, complete with a salad, entree, and side dishes. The other bundles feature a chef-attended carving station, hors d'oeuvres, and more. Additional services can include a chocolate fountain, chair bows, dippers like fresh fruit or pretzel rods, a visual system, and more.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, helping us bring every detail of our vision to life—from the dramatic lighting to the seamless flow between ceremony and reception. The acoustics were fantastic for both our live band and heartfelt speeches, and the layout allowed for an intimate yet grand atmosphere.

rooms that are large enough to accommodate a bride and her voluminous dress and party. The food was fantastic. We had an open bar, I was a little hesitant about the wine as it is their house wine. My cousins raved about the Merlot and said it was perfect. We had plenty of space for all of our guests. They were able to accommodate our photo booth and DJ without any issues. They had security on site to help with any rowdiness and plenty of parking. They had several different packages. You do not pay to rent the site, that is incorporated into the cost per person. They had several buffet options and several sit down dinner options. With plenty of appetizers and main courses to choose from. They had just redone the menu after we signed our contract, so I think the pricing and arrangement of packages had changed up a little.
