edding. However, hiring Willa was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Working with her was like working with a close, chill friend who is knowledgeable, resourceful and organized. Willa was on board with us from day one and helped build out our vision, even though it was quite unconventional in the wedding industry (think nerdy fantasy). She kept us organized and on schedule, knowing when we needed to complete tasks and helping us when we felt decision fatigue. Willa also has an incredible network and gave us vendor recommendations tailored to our vision, budget and introverted personalities. We booked almost every vendor she recommended other than those we already had in mind before the planning started. Willa was accessible, answering questions over text when we felt urgency. She also was always game to brainstorm and came up with unique ideas that we implemented in our wedding. Willa was also open to different cultural traditions and made sure our wedding day timeline accommodated for the chinese tea ceremony. Most important of all, she was patient, understanding and continued to be our hype girl in times of stress. Willa's character and work shone through during our rehearsal and wedding day, and our guests recognized it instantly. Thanks to her planning and organization, all my husband and I had to worry about was just getting dressed, traveling to our venue and getting married. We didn't have to worry about set up, vendor management or take down at all. Willa also made sure we were fed during cocktail hour and the reception, and even helped us on the fly do a private last dance. Willa came highly recommended from a friend who worked with her at other weddings, and we are so thankful that we got to see for ourselves why. We are singing her praises to every couple we know and we're excited for other couples to experience her magic as well!

thing was absolutely perfect. I LITERALLY worried about nothing on my wedding day. How is that even possible? She took care of everything before it became an issue and so many guests said how well organized and sweet she was. Her energy was always calm, and she helped me ease my anxiety before my toast. It felt like she wasn’t only a coordinator, but a close friend. We had spoken to a few coordinators prior to the event, and she was by far the one with the best energy and style. She even took photos for me and sent a post-wedding email how to preserve my wedding dress and last name change info. The funny part? She’s much more affordable than many of the other coordinators that I couldn’t connect with. She’s worth every penny and more, and the best thing is that she sincerely cares SO much about you and your wedding. I highly doubt you’ll be able to find another coordinator of her caliber.

While we just opted for the month of coordination services, she provided support and guidance where needed in the months leading up to our wedding. We weren’t super traditional when it came to our wedding and Willa was so accommodating and understanding of our vision. We loved her cool/collective vibe while still being super “on it.” Would recommend Willa’s services to another couple in a heartbeat.

nd fortunately for us, Willa had done long distance herself so she knew exactly what we were dealing with in terms of timing, communication, and efficiency. We hired Willa for full planning and it was one of the greatest gifts we could have received for our wedding day. Willa had a ton of details, vendors, family personalities, and even two pugs to attend to. She was kind, patient, helpful, and unflappable. If there was a problem, I never knew about it. My fiance and I could truly immerse myself in the day and enjoy every second. Willa even built in one-on-one time for my fiance and I to rest with just the two of us and connect, which was such a personal and amazing touch. Every single vendor that Willa worked with raved about their collaboration and what a joy she was to work with. Many said she was thorough, accessible, and so organized it made working with her a breeze. I would recommend Willa again and again to anyone planning a wedding in San Francisco. She and her team were a dream to work with and we will miss our monthly/weekly chats and hope we can continue the friendship.

Before the wedding, in the spreadsheet and logistic phase she and my (now) wife did great work planning, then during the event when my wife was dancing away she knew to let her have fun and ask me when she had questions about next steps. In the planning phase, things we puzzled over for months, Willa answered in seconds! And—2 weeks before our wedding—when the restaurant we planned to have our rehearsal dinner at went out of business with out notifying us!!! Willa helped us lock in an alternative right away, we had a reservation secured within 12 hours. And this was better than our original plan! I recommend her so highly for any one looking for this service. If you go with Willa you will have a day better than you can imagine! Honestly, the only thing I would have done differently is hire her sooner.

I dream in spreadsheets. I am MEGA Type A and tried to do everything I could to put the pieces in place for a fun, colorful, drama-free wedding ... but my biggest fear was being able to be present on the day. I knew I was going to need someone who could pull the pieces together, problem-solve, know where things were (or find them!), wrangle family, and let me enjoy my party. And Willa DID THAT. From our first Zoom call, Willa completely got our style (communications and esthetic). She was responsive in the month ahead, anticipated questions and problems, and came up with creative solutions at every tiny bump in the road. I would recommend her unreservedly to any other couple I care about.

't able to make it last minute Willa stepped up and officiated the most beautiful ceremony for us! At the reception she made sure mine and my husbands needs were met at all times (never an empty glass and making sure we got our food asap). She is also a wizard at reading the room and was able to shift the timeline and flow of the evening perfectly. Our guests continue to mention how attentive and amazing she was and have mention on multiple occasions that she was the GOAT of the wedding! Thank you Willa!!

She was professional, personable, excellent at communicating and a joy to work with throughout the event. It was evident that the bride, the groom, the wedding party, the family and all the vendors involved felt confident in her ability to seamlessly coordinate the details to create the perfect wedding day for the couple. e. There were a few times throughout the big day that required her to think on her feet and she never let anyone know something had changed, she just fixed it without a second thought. It seriously felt seamless. If you’re looking for a planner/ coordinator that’s really going to go the extra mile and feel like a legit friend, she’s it.
