It’s the most common refrain you’ll hear from vendors. “Oh Willa, I love her!” At your wedding there will be two people whose presence will calm you above all others. Vendor relationships: One of our favorite things about Willa is her incredibly wide network-- she connected us with vendors that ended up being the most special part of our day, always staying in our budget. The people she works with are always incredible humans who bend over backwards to help their clients. We found our amazing photographer, florist, DJ, etc. through Willa, and everyone even including our guests were commenting on how amazing they were. Problem-solving: Willa is an amazing problem-solver. We had several snafus throughout the process including an emergency the day of related to an injured family member. Willa sprang into action for any problem, going above and beyond to find creative ways to solve it, always staying very calm and grounded. She's someone you want on your team because every wedding always has something go wrong ;) Vision: Willa is an INCREDIBLE designer, creative, and visionary. She helped us execute two very obscure themes/picky visual elements, and always kept our vision/goals in mind, even going out of her way to suggest ways to make our event extra special. We trusted her fully- even though we are both very picky people- she always listened and we felt like every conversation with her sparked a new fun idea. Communication: Willa was incredibly communicative, always prioritized us and made herself available to us whenever we needed her. We never once felt like we were on our own, her scheduling and checking in process is a well oiled machine! In general, our chats with Willa were one of our favorite parts of the whole wedding process and we looked forward to them! She always made us feel like a friend, not a client, and that everything would be okay. We knew Willa was the one for us when she told us that she wanted our guests to feel just as special as we did on our day. Such a unique trait!! We booked almost every vendor she recommended other than those we already had in mind before the planning started. Willa was accessible, answering questions over text when we felt urgency. She also was always game to brainstorm and came up with unique ideas that we implemented in our wedding. Willa was also open to different cultural traditions and made sure our wedding day timeline accommodated for the chinese tea ceremony. Most important of all, she was patient, understanding and continued to be our hype girl in times of stress. Willa's character and work shone through during our rehearsal and wedding day, and our guests recognized it instantly. Thanks to her planning and organization, all my husband and I had to worry about was just getting dressed, traveling to our venue and getting married. We didn't have to worry about set up, vendor management or take down at all. Willa also made sure we were fed during cocktail hour and the reception, and even helped us on the fly do a private last dance. She took care of everything before it became an issue and so many guests said how well organized and sweet she was. Her energy was always calm, and she helped me ease my anxiety before my toast. It felt like she wasn’t only a coordinator, but a close friend. We had spoken to a few coordinators prior to the event, and she was by far the one with the best energy and style. She even took photos for me and sent a post-wedding email how to preserve my wedding dress and last name change info. The funny part? She’s much more affordable than many of the other coordinators that I couldn’t connect with. She’s worth every penny and more, and the best thing is that she sincerely cares SO much about you and your wedding. I highly doubt you’ll be able to find another coordinator of her caliber.

And—2 weeks before our wedding—when the restaurant we planned to have our rehearsal dinner at went out of business with out notifying us!!! Honestly, the only thing I would have done differently is hire her sooner.
