Willis Show Bar

Located in Detroit, MI, Willis Show Bar is a cocktail bar and wedding and live entertainment venue. Willis Show Bar was originally established in 1949 as a "Show Bar," providing the local area with a hot spot jazz club. Then, in 1978, it closed its doors. Later, this venue was resurrected, with the original Art Moderne style kept intact. The floorplan was also carefully considered to allow each person a view of the stage, which sits behind the bar. Today, guests can find DJs, live music, comedians, and more performing in this unforgettable setting. Couples can host their weddings and other private events at Willis Show Bar. Depending on the layout, the venue can accommodate approximately 125 guests, or 83 people seated. Some of the seating can be along the 55-foot-long bar or on the two sets of banquette seating facing the stage. There are also upholstered booths on the upper tier, which are well-suited for larger groups. The cocktail bar has a variety of drinks available to help enhance the occasion. Punch bowls, beer, wine, cocktails, and more are featured throughout the menus, served in vintage-style glassware. A consumption, cash, or tic bar can be set up depending on your preference. For the cuisine, couples can hire an approved caterer for their event.
