Delainey with Willofilms is amazing! I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I received the video. I knew she took many videos throughout the night but the way she was able to capture and merge together the most important moments of that night and put it into one video stream was perfect. It was better than I can ever imagined and the most perfect video clip to capture our entire wedding day. I highly recommend Willofilms! The best videographer!

Working with Delaney was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding! Don't look any further for a wedding videographer. Delaney gave us more than we could ever imagine. She has a radiant personality that makes you comfortable in any situation. She is very knowledgable and captures every moment perfectly. I've watched my wedding video 10+ times within the first week of receiving it and have cried every time. I will forever be thankful that we booked willofilms for our wedding day and we will be able to cherish it forever!

Great service! Very creative with the finished product!!

The good: 1. Responsive to emails within an hour or two 2. Sweet, personable, and creative 3. BEAUTIFUL highlight film set to “our song” received within a couple of weeks 4. Less expensive than any service in Baton Rouge The bad: 1. We paid $1,200 for a wedding videographer to video our wedding, so we assumed we’d be getting a video of our wedding. Instead, we have a set of raw clips of PARTS of our wedding. 2. We communicated specific things we wanted, including the music. We wanted ALL of thehe music from our service videoed. She said no problem. However, she stopped filming in the middle of songs to move around. She even chopped off the first part of my entrance song. 3. We requested and paid for TWO videographers. She later contacted me to say it would be just her, but she would have a 2nd camera to set up in a stationary position for the service. I expressed concern with her capturing my entrance & his priceless reaction. She said no problem. The stationary camera would be focused on the stage area to capture him, and the mobile would be used to film me. We were absolutely heartbroken when viewed our footage and learned that she did NOT set up a 2nd camera. She used only the mobile, turning it off and at weird angles throughout the ceremony. At one point she left the video on so that the sound would be recorded, but the image was of her feet and the floor as she moved around. Most heartbreaking is the fact that she did NOT capture my groom’s reaction. He nearly passed out from crying so hard, but I only have that as a memory in my brain. With no 2nd cameras there is only a brief few seconds of him as the door opens then she turned to film me. Once I was in, she didn’t even move to an angle to capture the looks I was giving him mouthing the word “breath” and trying to calm him. NONE of that is captured. I fully expected to have TWO sets of raw footage one from the mobile camera and one from the stationary camera. 4. She sent us a jump drive with 2 video files. We thought it was the raw footage from 2 cameras, but it was the raw footage and our highlight film. The highlight film will not play on any device, Apple or PC that we try it on. She’s sent 2 additional jump drives and a direct download and it still doesn’t work. I finally downloaded the HD version from Vimeo myself. The sound and picture in the raw footage do not sync properly, so we have to pause it often to let them resync. She HAS apologized by refunding $150 for the 2nd camera & assuring us she worked hard. I agree she worked hard, but that does not change the fact we hired a person to video our wedding, and in the end, we don’t have a video of our wedding. We have elderly & ill family members who could attend. We planned to send them DVDs, but now we can’t. We want to be able to re-watch our wedding, but we can’t without getting angry. We feel like we were taken for a $1200 ride. Yes, she refunded $150, and we do appreciate that effort, but we feel she could have done more since we didn’t get half of what we thought we were paying for (i.e. an actual video of our wedding). The final word: If you’re looking for a beautiful and creative highlight/trailer-style video, WillOFilms is the way to go. However, if you actually want a video of your wedding, look elsewhere.

Willofilms is amazing! From the beginning I was nervous about getting a videographer. I didn't know if they were worth the money, plus one of my friends said they had one but it wasn't worth it. I talked to my fiancé about he said he wanted to get it. I am so glad we did! I definitely think we will cherish the film more than any photos! It's just different. Willofilms captures the true essence of whole entire day. Plus we'll be able to watch our ceremony at our anniversary to really remind ourselves of our special day. Delaney and I talked a few days before the wedding about every little detail. She gave me a few ideas of what to do and bring. She arrived on time and honestly I didn't even recognize she was around until she stopped me in the middle of reception to congratulate us. Delaney is a real treat. She is very kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Willofilms over any other videographer. She is more reasonably price but her products are amazing! In my opinion, find a way to put Willofilms in your budget! She wasn't local but she travels. It's worth every penny plus more!

Simply put, Willo Films blew me away. After a lot of research, the price for the package I chose was an incredible deal compared to other local vendors. My wedding was actually in New Orleans, and the travel fee was completely worth it. With two videographers, Willo Films captured every aspect of my entire wedding day so beautifully. With the video I was able to notice things I wasn't able to on my actual wedding day, and I'll be able to relive the day over and over again. Delaney and JB were both incredibly kind people and also professional. They care about their work and were willing to accommodate any request I had. The highlight video brought me to tears, and I'm looking forward to receiving footage from the entire day. One of the best decisions I made for my wedding, and worth every penny. Highly recommend!
