Exciting news for 2026: Willow Acres is introducing a brand-new permanent reception hall designed to host up to 250 guests to replace our current tent. This stunning structure will be fully climate controlled for year-round comfort while still offering an indoor–outdoor feel with its 80-foot clear wall that can open to the fresh air and glowing lights. With this addition, our season is extended and couples can enjoy even more flexibility in choosing their perfect date. Willow Acres will also proudly provide in-house bar packages, creating a seamless, elevated experience for your celebration.

Owner
Growing up with a family owned floral business and event planning, Pam has wanted to start a wedding venue for quite some time. With her eldest daughter getting engaged in May of 2019 and wanting an outdoor wedding on her parent's property , Willow Acres wedding venue was created. With Doug's creative vision; he designed hand made rustic hardwood tables, fences , deck and pergola in the Ceremony Park, with lumber from our property. We have many future expansions already in the works for 2020, which will offer a beautifully landscaped and fairytale setting for your special day.

From start to finish, the staff was so responsive to our questions and truly made our wedding magical. We hired our coordinator through them as well, and Ashley was amazing and gave us such peace of mind throughout the whole day!
Overall, from the beauty of all the willow trees and landscaping, to the personal touches of the wedding wall, to the amazing and caring staff, Willow Acres helped make our wedding dreams come to life!

I can't tell you how many times Pam accommodated me and my husband whenever we wanted to stop by the venue to show it to family and friends or to test out our decor.
On the morning of our wedding, we arrived and the tables were set exactly as laid out on the diagram (literally down to the specific measurements we requested). This was just the start of the seamless experience the Willow Acres team provided. They lit our candles before cocktail hour, their team bussed our tables during dinner (they were so sneaky I didn't even see them!), they brought out blankets and heaters on a whim when the temperature started to dip, and the list goes on. You can tell Pam, Doug, and Sydney care deeply about every single couple who gets married at their property.
Just in the year leading up to our wedding, Pam and Doug made multiple updates to the venue: new bar, new ceremony aisle doors, new fence, increased seating at the fire pits, more string lights including some over the ceremony space, etc. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect space for our day. The venue is SO versatile. If guests weren't up to dancing, they have so many other options: hanging out in the tent, sitting around the firepits, or playing yard games in the green spaces. We were shocked that over half our guests stayed until the very end. I think it's because they had options to celebrate with us doing whatever made them the most comfortable!
I'm sad our wedding is over because now we won't have as many excuses to come back to this beautiful venue. I can't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. It was genuinely the perfect day in the perfect place.

I got multiple recommendations for Willow Acres and they were the first, and only, venue we went to.
When we saw it, even iced over and with multiple new projects in progress, I knew it was perfect. But meeting Pam is what made us say yes. She was so kind and wonderful and continued to be during our long engagement. She and her family were so supportive of my vision and became a part of our family too. I was excited to see them on our special day.
The venue just gets more and more beautiful. It's intimate and cozy. I'm obsessed with the flowers, the trees, the lights, it's got so many great photo opportunities.
I can't sing their praise enough! I only wish I could relive our wedding day again. ❤️

Willow Acres was our first venue tour, and Pam's approach to introducing us to her family's dream was delivered with passion and dedication. It was evident all of the attention to detail and precision that has gone into making Willow Acres a dream venue for couples. Even when we mentioned a few of our not-so-typical ideas for our wedding, Pam never missed a beat, and she immediately had suggestions on how we could execute our ideas.
Not once did we ever feel like this was about a business transaction for Pam or her family--very unlike some of the other venues we toured. After seeing some other locations, both of us knew we wanted to go back to Willow Acres. Our big day is in October 2025, and we are looking forward to planning our special event with Willow Acres!

And no matter what you choose for decor, you cannot go wrong. The wedding wall is so magical and so creative. We loved having our names on the handmade wooden plaque. It’s such a beautiful reminder of all the couples to have had the pleasure of getting married there. At the end of the day though, it’s Pam who really sold us. She is AMAZING! Top notch, hands down everything you want in a venue owner. She is bubbly and sweet and was the most excellent host. She was prompt with all my questions, always available and flexible to our needs and wants. We will always remember our wedding as perfect. Whether it be the drive lined with giant willow trees, the magnificent white tent with crystal chandeliers, the pergola surrounded by trees and flowers, what seems like a million twinkling lights across the sky over the open meadow, or any other number of features, this truly is the most magnificent venue I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The physical features make this venue a magnificent place to have a fairytale wedding but what makes this venue exceed any other I have ever been to is the owners, Pam & Doug Frank. They truly treat that special day as if we’re their own daughter being married. Pam…. Pam is an angel!!! The lengths she goes to, the warmth she exudes, the way she makes you feel like family…. This gal exceeds customer service in a way I haven’t experienced in the last decade ANYWHERE!!! Our DJ announced over the speaker that he’s been in that business for 25+ years and never felt the amount of love that was under that tent. The ambience of Willow Acres is nothing short of MAGICAL. As I stated in the beginning, I truly cannot say enough good about the owners, their venue, how they exceed one’s expectations,…. based on our conversations, they are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the wedding day goes as smoothly as possible (very important as it’s an outdoor venue). They host vendor fairs and other events for the couples to help with the wedding planning process and show their appreciation. Pam is very easy to get ahold of for whatever you need. It doesn’t feel like working with a random vendor but more like a friend.
As I mentioned, the venue is outdoors. There are string lights everywhere which makes the whole area look amazing in the evening! Pam has hydrangeas everywhere. Doug built practically everything and did so with wood from their land. They’ve thought of everything. The venue feels relaxing and enchanting. Pam and Doug are constantly improving, so you’ll never have to worry about anything being out-of-date.
Everything about Willow Acres is awesome, and I can’t wait to have my wedding there!

The venues beauty speaks for itself, but the owners themselves are what made me choose it. They are people you can trust, and people you want to give your money to. Can’t say enough nice things about them and their breathtaking venue.

to help and answer any questions we had during the wedding process! Pam is also very quick to respond to emails and texts which is super convenient! The venue is dreamy and absolutely perfect if you are wanting the picture perfect fairytale wedding! The price for this venue was perfect for our budget as well! I will forever recommend this venue to anyone I know who is getting married!! 100% so glad we went with Willow Acres! Thank you Pam from the bottom of our hearts for creating this beautiful place!

beautiful it would be in the fall! Let me tell you Willow Acres did NOT disappoint. Our wedding day was everything we imagined and more. Pam and Doug are the most amazing venue owners who are kind, patient, and accommodating! Their staff is just as wonderful as they are! I cannot recommend this venue enough, our guests loved the venue as well and couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful it was and all there was available for guests to do (walk the grounds, wedding wall, fire pits, dance under the lights) never a dull moment! We really had our dream wedding here and are so grateful we have the privilege of being a Willow Acres couple.

nds very quickly. The venue itself was goregous when we visited in the winter and it was jaw dropping once summer rolled around and it was time for our wedding! Willow Acres gives off a romantic and magical vibe especially when the sun goes down. I loved how we could have an outdoor wedding that wasn't in a barn like every other venue. The staff are all wonderful and took great care of the bridal party, guests, and vendors. They have contingency plans if the weather doesn't cooperate which is great! I loved that they had suggested vendors that they worked with before and had success with, but did not require us to use any specific vendors which really helped with our overall budgeting. The venue itself was well priced and give its natural beauty we only needed to decorate the tables and even that was minimal because they have goregous hand-crafted tables! Overall we were so happy to have had the chance to have our wedding here and cannot recommend this venue enough, 100/5 stars!!!!!!!

(owner), I was confident in booking with them. Pam and Doug made us feel like family from the start and truly care about making sure your wedding day is perfect. They are very responsive and professional. Being allowed to bring in your own vendors is a big plus!
The venue itself is gorgeous and so unique! It has all been designed and built by the owners. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved Willow Acres. If you have found this venue, you need to check it out!

Willow Acres is such a beautiful, unique, and charming wedding venue. I’m so excited to have my wedding here this coming July. It is owned and operated by the sweetest couple, Pam and Doug. I was worried finding my “dream” wedding venue would be a difficult part of wedding planning, but shortly after seeing this venue in person and meeting with Pam, it became the easiest decision we have made so far! e always looking for new ways to make your wedding day special. They are extremely helpful and have thought of all the little things that help make your day memorable . When my fiancé and I decided, due to covid, that we wanted a fully outdoor wedding venue, we didn’t realize how hard it would be to find one we loved and in our budget. Not only is it affordable, did I mention you can use ALL of your own vendors!!! but the open air reception tent is beautifully decorated with lights, rustic tables and chandeliers- much nicer than many indoor event spaces we’ve seen. The property has all the modern amenities every bride and groom expects. Trust me- if you choose Willow Acres, you won’t regret it!
