Willow Creek Barn & Glass Chapel

, of course, STUNNING. Seeing the venue on our first visit, we knew any other venue would be hard-pressed to beat out what Willow Creek could offer and none did! (Plus, we had pretty much already made our decision after seeing the barn and glass chapel.) All of our guests loved the venue, too. We also appreciated how accessible Willow Creek is for an outdoor/indoor venue. Maritza and Shane helped walk us through each planning meeting and we're always around to answer and questions we had. They even left a sweet note in the cottage for us the day of our wedding! If we had to plan everything all over again, we would be back at Willow Creek in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing such a beautiful space for our best day yet and we can't wait to see how you all continue to flourish and grow the Willow Creek grounds!

hat faced the unexpected heartbreak of changing plans. Shane and Maritza were understanding, quick to respond, and immediately took action on our behalf. They helped us communicate with our other wedding contracts and within a day had alternative dates that worked for everyone. They were flexible and willing to accommodate us, which was a huge relief since we had to completely revise everything we had originally planned. They were the dream team and it was an honor to work with them! On top of that, the venue is breathtaking. We've been married for several months now and guests are still telling me how beautiful the venue was. The nature trails were a fun escape for guests to explore and made for some perfect photo ops. We fell in love with the glass chapel and reception space. Willow Creek is everything you could ever imagine or want in a wedding venue. I most definitely recommend them and have been recommending them to friends that are looking for venues!

about the place. It it the perfect rustic venue ever. The nature surrounding it feels natural and not forced! Shane & Maritza are the best! Given the fact that we were wedding planning during Covid...they were super understanding and helped us make a alot of decisions and gave us advice and understood when I emailed 20 times in one week because my guest count kept changing. 🤣 We can honestly say that we had the best wedding, everything was perfect and as promised. They made very helpful recommendations when we did ask for them, and they worked with our wedding planner and photographer directly to answer their questions and organize our day. The venue is gorgeous, and we received endless compliments from our guests. I'm so glad we held our wedding here! It was perfect!!

They were available to message through Facebook, email, on-site, and phone throughout before the wedding. They were also on site the whole day to help out with anything we needed. While they are a little pricey (they have multiple options for packages) they are 100% worth it.

o venues, but decided to give WC a shot before making a final decision. It was our last stop and I'm so glad we hadn't signed anywhere else! The venue is gorgeous, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! They welcome you to bring your own vendors, food, and alcohol without charging a premium like some of the other venues we checked out, which was a huge plus and saved us a ton of money. We did use a few of their recommended vendors and I would highly recommend Accent Floral Design (Kevin does beautiful work and has great prices!), as well as D Squared Catering (their food was amazing!). The only negative we experienced was through the use of the venue's recommended DJ, so beware of DJ Tim. His price quotes are vague and he ends up charging as much as other, more reputable DJs, but doesn't display the same level of professionalism. We met for 2 hours a week prior to the wedding, but he still played the wrong song when I walked down the aisle, failed to exclude the final verse of the father-daughter dance song (which we discussed twice before the wedding and was reminded by my husband when the song started), and he also took personal calls outside during the reception, which left no one inside to emcee and change the music for us. But I digress... Overall, I highly recommend you book Willow Creek! Your wedding will be exceptional, and guests will be raving about your gorgeous venue for months.

Great for a country, rustic wedding-- but still has air conditioning! Great place to enjoy wildflowers & get away from cars & town. Beautiful place for pictures too! Best part: the chapel and reception hall were able to accommodate our huge family! We had 200 people with room to spare, so I know they can seat many more! We loved that they did not have any restrictions on caterers or other vendors! Many places make you choose from a list of vendors, but not Willow Creek. We were able to have everything we wanted & no compromising :) They were willing to accommodate any odds & ends request we had & didn't disappoint! I highly recommend Willow Creek Glass Chapel and Reception Hall for weddings and other functions! Our day was absolutely perfect! Thank you Willow Creek!
