The Willow Creek Inn is a 3000-square foot space where you and your nearest and dearest can gather for your special day. Suited to gatherings of 20 to 100 loved ones, this versatile estate can accommodate both intimate and large-scale weddings. Ceremonies are held outdoors, the natural rugged landscape and greenery providing the picture-perfect backdrop in which to exchange vows. Alfresco receptions are held indoors or outside, depending on your desire, on a terrace enveloped in string lights and high-end heaters. Friends and family can enjoy a cocktail hour at sunset before sitting down to a romantic reception under the Arizona stars and skyline. Inside, you will find three elegant and period 1877 settings in which to prepare and dress for your event. Authentic and historic backdrops are perfect for lasting memories on film or video.
The Willow Creek Inn offers several different rate levels for all your planning needs or a DIY approach for the hands-on couple. Nancy’s eye for detail and design ensures that each couple’s vision and style are reflected in the event décor, from table settings to venue decorations. From make-up artists and rental companies to caterers and entertainers, Nancy can advise and direct you when it comes to choosing excellent local vendors. The dedicated team provides Bose sound systems, ambient lighting equipment, photo-booth props, and more. A catering kitchen is brand new for your hired caterer to set your meal in style.

elope at the Prescott courthouse, but the judge didn't have any availability. Nancy and her team were amazing from start to finish, helping us make our micro wedding/elopement perfect. Our package even included cake and a toast! I highly recommend booking this venue. While we had less than 10 guests, there is so much room and opportunity for larger weddings and Willow Creek Inn is perfect for smaller ceremonies. All of the staff members are wonderful. We planned our entire wedding with Nancy, the owner, in 5 months for a wedding of about 50 people. We purchased the package deal where the cost of the photographer, officiant, bart...
ender, baker (cake), caterer, florist, and decorations. For that we were given a list of multiple vendors for each to choose from with references of their work which made the process of choosing as low stress as it could be. Likewise, they have all the decorations you would need for the ceremony and reception for tables/easels/etc all in our wedding colors ranging from modern to rustic/farmhouse and some vintage. We didn't have to spend anything extra for decoration. Overall the cost for the entire package and wedding was far lower than any other venue in the Phoenix valley (just the rental of the venue was higher than the entire package we purchased!). Nancy was wonderful to work with and gave us advice when we needed it and helped us bridge the gap of our inexperience to planning and executing our wonderful day. She was even able to help us move the dance location and coordinate with the DJ we hired to move the dancing indoors when a cold front rolled through the morning of the wedding day. A wedding of 50 people can easily fit inside (for those winter weddings) and for summers there is plenty of space outside that we could see a 100 person or more wedding being able to fit with no issue. We would recommend The Willow Creek Inn to anyone planning a wedding or any event! Not to mention how beautiful the interior of this victorian era inn is!

er perusing their website a few times I decided to make the trip up to Prescott for an in person tour. My husband and his parents also loved the venue, so it was an easy choice to make.
Nancy and Nashelle were wonderful to work with every step of the way, and I always felt like our wedding was in good hands with them. They also found a fantastic officiant who worked with us and our religious beliefs, which was very reassuring. All our guests spoke highly of the venue, and the drive up from Phoenix was easy and manageable.
Nancy and Nashelle shine at what they do, and you can tell they have poured their heart and soul into this work. They were there every step of the way, thinking of all the little things that hadn't even occurred to me.
