Willow Creek was absolutely perfect for our wedding! The venue is gorgeous (the pictures don’t do it justice) and the owner, Vicki was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful and accommodating through the entire process and we could tell that helping create the perfect day is her true passion!
With Vitale Park just a few minutes away, we were alap able to incorporate scenic, outdoor photos when the rain held off!
My sister recently held her wedding reception at Willow Creek and I wholeheartedly recommend them for a wedding or any other event! The space is beautiful, with a breathtaking bridal suite and a nice groom's room, separate areas for cocktail hour and formal reception, plenty of parking, pretty spaces indoors and out for photos, and most of all, incredibly helpful staff. The owner, Vicki, went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly, from coordinating with other vendors prior to and during the event, to allowing us to change our bar package multiple times... Vicki even created the gorgeous cake topper in the photo for my sister on the day of her wedding when we realized we didn't have one. Two of Vicki's family members (daughter Nicole and I think daughter in law?) bartended during our event and did a great job. I don't think we made a single request throughout this entire process that Willow Creek said "no" to. They also have an amazing supply of decorations (vases, candles, easels, archways, table numbers, etc.) that you have access to which is a huge money and stress saver! After our event, we didn't need to lift a finger: all of our decorations and belongings were carefully packed up and we just picked them up and were good to go! We are so grateful to have discovered Willow Creek and I highly recommend you host your event there!

The main ballroom’s neutral color scheme and versatile floor space will act as your blank canvas to create your dream design. The outdoor patio, bar area, and other additional spaces will ensure that you and your loved ones can enjoy your big day to the fullest.
Sitting just a 30-minute drive away from Rochester, Willow Creek Venue acts as a hidden gem in the small-town setting. Inside features a spacious event room, where up to 400 people can be seated around the spacious dance floor, and dine underneath the elegant chandeliers. It also includes a large elevated stage with a decorative stone fireplace which you can use for your altar, head table, or DJ setup. Separate from the ballroom is a buffet area, decorated with string lights and greenery, for your caterer to set up your buffet or chef stations. An intimate bar area is also present for your loved ones to enjoy their cocktail hour. You and your wedding parties will have access to two separate onsite lounges, where you can prepare and relax before your ceremony. If you prefer an open-air setting, the outdoor patio and gardens act as an intimate, picturesque space to host your romantic events.
Willow Creek Venue is climate controlled, to ensure that couples can host their big day during any time of the year. The onsite team will be by your side during your planning process, and make sure each important element matches your vision. Tables and chairs will be provided and can be set up into any arrangement that you prefer. Their catering partner, Partyman Catering, will work with you to customize each element of your wedding menu. Throughout your ceremony and reception, the team will be present on-site to make sure everything goes according to your plan.

I grew up in Lakeville, graduated Livonia Central School and moved away after college. Once I moved back I had the opportunity to purchase the building and property that would become Willow Creek Venue. Once purchased, the dreaming and scheming started and Willow Creek Venue was created. I love that I went full circle and have a business in my hometown.
