Our experience ended on an incredibly high note thanks to the new ownership and, most importantly, the amazing day-of coordinator, Brittney. When we first booked, the venue was under different ownership and, to be honest, the communication and overall vibe left us uneasy. Fortunately, the venue changed hands before our wedding, and while we had very minimal direct contact with the new owners, they made some great improvements in a short amount of time and even offered items that the previous owners upcharged for, completely free of charge. The real star of our day, was Brittney. There was a stressful moment when a power issue popped up during the wedding, and while that could have been a total nightmare, Brittney handled everything calmly, quickly, and professionally. She truly went above and beyond in every single way managing all the moving parts, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure we could fully enjoy our day without getting caught up in the chaos. She exceeded every expectation we had and then some. Despite the bumps with the previous owners, the day turned out beautifully, and we’re so grateful for the way everything came together especially thanks to Brittney’s hard work and dedication. I cannot speak on the new ownership much as we again had very little contact with them, but I can say that the issues we had with the previous owners were not a concern once the new ownership was in place. I am aware of negative reviews from the previous ownership but be aware that they are no longer involved in the venue.
