Are you looking for a place that takes the work and worry off of you and just lets you enjoy the most important day of your life? Our beautiful chic/boho barn is setup to provide you hours of fun and ease and we do all the setup and cleanup so you can relax and party with those closest to you! We have thought of everything you need, including a huge stunning bridal suite that has 4 salon stations and has its own restroom complete with a shower. We didn't forget about your favorite person either - our second suite is just as nice with its own TV and master bathroom! We have massive, covered front and back decks that have mood lighting and plenty of space for all sorts of fun including cornhole/giant jenga! Then there's the DJ booth, free bar service, catering kitchen, commercial restrooms all in one building and the best part - our pricing is ALL inclusive! We include a bartender, wait staff, an officiant, parking attendants, linens, glassware, dinnerware, tables and chairs, all setup and cleanup and we even include the ice! We have indoor and outdoor ceremony locations - so even if it rains you have the use of our stunning foundation floor under the main barn which features huge beams and tons of stonework with custom uplighting. Willow Haven was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire experience. The communication, attention to detail, and organization of their entire process should be the gold standard. Every single staff member was worked with was excellent and they made our day amazing. Their pricing includes so much more than every other place we looked at (tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, decor, bartenders, security, option to add a DJ (who was amazing), set up, tear down, etc.). All of my guests were so complimentary of how beautiful the space was. I cannot recommend them enough!

Willow Haven Review My sister was married at Willow Haven in 2020. When my now husband and I got engaged a year later, we were looking at other venues, trying to avoid the inevitable, but nothing came close to all of the amenities that Willow Haven offers. Aside from the stunning venue, the gorgeous property, free linen options, free decor to utilize, getting to chose whatever caterer you want, bringing your own alcohol so you save money, you get Kitty & Duane, the owners of the facility. Kitty & Duane will treat every bride & groom as if they are their own adult children walking down the aisle that day. They want everything to be perfect for you and they will make sure everything runs smoothly. They even pack all of your wedding items up for you at the end of the night so you do not have to. When our family left Willow Haven for the second time, we were all saddened knowing we will not have another event there again. We are now in discussions to host a huge family reunion there every few years because we all loved our experience so much. Kitty & Duane, thank you for the incredible experience you blessed my family with 2x over. We look forward to working with you in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Willow Haven venue as well as the owners and staff ! Our wedding was an absolute dream come true. The suites to get ready in are perfect, I had 10 girls getting ready in there with no problem, that’s saying something ! The lovely options to get married indoor or outdoor and beautiful landscaping for pictures so you don’t have to leave the property all so dreamy ! The barn is absolutely gorgeous like straight off my Pinterest vision board ! The staff was very personable, treated my guests like family, also offer a lot of decor so you don’t have to go out and buy as much. We used their DJ system, I was skeptical at first and thought I needed to go find my own DJ but honestly using their DJ system was a very wise choice, played all the music we wanted, great lighting system, announced all our big moments. 10/10 recommend, 5 stars just isn’t enough ! Willow Haven made our wedding dreams come true !

January 29, 2022 will be a day Patrick and I will never forget. Willow Haven made our day flow so smoothly. Duane, Kitty and their staff are the most friendly and kind people! They were very responsive through the planning process and made our day just how we pictured it. Simple and beautiful. It was SO cold that day but they made sure our guest were safe and warm. If I could give them 100 stars I would!! Would recommend them to anyone!

We come to regret a few vendors, but one I am absolutely thankful for is Willow Haven! From our first tour of the barn, not even having walls up to our wedding day with everything finished as promised. Duane and Kitty are amazing and really make sure everything flows on your special day! Duane saved one of my guests salad for 6 hours! (Guest forgot about it lol) He also carried our guest book around to everyone at the end of the night to make sure everyone signed it. Their whole property is beautiful and the staff were amazing. We will never regret choosing Willow Haven and you won’t either!
