Willow Lane Florals

Absolutely loved our florals from Willow Lane! Kim is so kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. I was never concerned about how my florals would look on the big day because I knew Kim had exactly what I wanted in mind. Now I am in the process of getting my bouquet preserved because of how beautiful it was!

Willow Lane is the best!!!! I could not recommend them enough! Kim will go above & beyond for you and do everything she can to make your wedding dream come to life. She responds back in a very timely manner and is always flexible when you change your mind throughout the planning process or have last minute changes before your big day! She helps you come up with incredible and creative ideas and truly puts so much time and effort into making sure everything turns out perfectly! Kim also helped us stay within our budget which was a huge help to us. You will feel loved, cared for, supported, and encouraged from Kim!! It is so important to have a vendor you can trust and Kim is easily that person! She’s a joy to work with and you will be blown away! We love Willow Lane!! :-)

Kim is truly the best at what she does. She is the most patient and kind person you’ll get the chance of working with to plan your big day. She listens to your ideas and makes them come true in a way that is even better than you pictured. She is very understanding if you want to change or add things, and always makes herself available for you. She makes payments easy to understand and very convenient to pay online. One of the biggest compliments I received was on was my floral arrangements, the centerpieces, the bouquets, etc..and how well they were put together, which is all thanks to Kim! Like I said before she is truly the best and I am so grateful for her!

Willow Lane was by far my favorite vendor I hired for my wedding. I really feel like I got WAY more than what I paid for. My bridesmaids had the biggest/fullest bouquets of any wedding I have ever been to or in, and my bouquet was exactly what I wanted without me really explaining it well to Kim. Hire her!!!

Kim worked on my wedding in October of 2018 and everything she did could not have been more perfect. She even turned my bouquet into a wreath once the flowers were dried! She was so kind and helpful, and all of the business aspects were incredibly efficient: she gave clear deadlines for payments and was always in touch with consultations. I love that she uses Pinterest with the client to get on the same page visually. I loved Kim and would recommend her to absolutely everyone!

Kim was an absolute angel! I could not be happier with how much hard work and attention to detail she put into our big day. She was quick to understand my vision while keeping to our budget and it turned out beautifully! She is amazing with greenery! I couldn't recommend her more highly to future brides! She did an incredible job with our flowers! Her communication and response time is better than any other vendor that I had. I would highly recommend her to anybody for any special occasion. She made our wedding day beautiful!!

I would recommend Willow Lane to any bride! Kim made the entire process of wedding florals so easy. I had some inspiration pictures that I loved but wasn’t sure how to get the look within budget but Kim made it happen! Everything exceeded my expectations and was more beautiful than I had imagined! She was so helpful and sweet and super easy to work with!

Loved loved LOVED our wedding flowers! I showed Kim a few pins of wedding florals and shared my wedding Pinterest page, and she got it spot on! The online payment system was also really helpful. She divides the quote how you want it to pay monthly (which helps when budgeting) and you can pay faster if you'd like. She was very accommodating to us wanting the flowers early in the morning to take pre-reception photos and her & her husband moved the flowers and vases between the church & reception venue so everything was set up for us at both locations. Everything was on time, and she was very professional. Definitely recommend!

Willow Lane Florals was the best decision I made regarding my wedding! My florals were better than my wildest dreams. Kim took my favorite flowers and turned them into stunning pieces of art. She also went above and beyond when it came to my wedding day. I can't speak highly enough when it comes to her talent and care! Thank you for all you did to make our wedding a dream!

Kim was absolutely amazing. A gold standard for customer service. She did everything in her power to make my day so special. There were two situations in which I needed service last minute and she met all my needs. I needed a last minute bouquet for my bridal portraits (I forgot I would need this for pictures) and not only did she create a beautiful bouquet last minute, she made sure I could receive it at my convenience. Also, it was predicted to storm on my wedding day, so we decide last minute to change locations. Not only did she change plans seamlessly, she switched out our florals for the arbor arch and rented an arch for inside and decorated it beautifully with linens and florals. She brought my dream wedding to life and I will be forever grateful. Aside from florals, she coordinated my wedding. Once again, she was incredible. Exceeded my expectations. Not only did she provide the typical coordinating services such as creating a timeline, floorpan, ect...she did much more. I am a very indecisive person and she helped me sort through the many decisions that had to be made. She was always an email or text away. She took all of my decor ahead of time which was very nice not to have to haul all of it on the wedding day. She also managed to keep my bridal party in check...the groomsmen that is.. and they are a rowdy group. In addition, my hair and makeup vendor was very late and because of this we were running behind. Once again, Kim stepped up and got her straightener out of her car and began curling hair. I truly couldn't have asked for a better florist and coordinator.

Willow Lane Florals did a great job of taking the vision I had in my mind and bringing it to life for the dreamiest day of my life. Super easy and pleasant to work with! :)

Best decision that I made during wedding planning was choosing Willow Lane!! Kim is SO amazing and talented! All of my flowers were exactly what I wanted and her AND her precious family took their time making sure that everything looked perfect! I was so indecisive about a lot of things (timing for reception, moving ceremony indoors, flowers, etc.) and Kim made everything SO much easier! 3 days before the wedding I changed my mind about having the ceremony outside (due to freezing weather) and had to call Kim and let her know we would be using the stage inside so I would need more flowers and more decorations. She kept sending me pictures to make sure that she knew exactly what I wanted, she got more flowers, made more arrangements then I had originally asked for, and set up the most beautiful floral backdrop ever! She had a solution for every "what if" that I was nervous about. She kept the reception moving and made sure that everything happened when it was supposed to and also took care of everything at the end so that I did not have to worry about one single thing! I can never thank her enough for everything she did and I truly know that she is a HUGE reason why my wedding was so fantastic!!

This company worked with me and my wedding planner to get exactly what I wanted and at the price I needed. They were so friendly, responded quickly, and had amazing deals for us. My wedding was absolutely beautiful- I had lots and lots of greenery, a lovely burgundy and pink bouquet, and my bridesmaids had bouquets of greenery. I couldn’t be more happy with the results!
