Willow Ridge Special Event Center is a wedding venue located in Townsend, TN. Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, this charming venue offers a blend of natural beauty and timeless elegance.
Willow Ridge provides a captivating backdrop for your special day, creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. You can say your vows here amidst the majestic mountain vistas and lush greenery of the Smoky Mountains. There is a choice of 3 outdoor ceremony locations, as well as inside the manor. The Ridge is a scenic field location with breathtaking mountain views, accommodating up to 200 guests. The Willow Pond is a picturesque setting beside a tranquil pond, with 2 weeping willow trees as your backdrop, and is perfect for ceremonies or photos. There are also many other impressive amenities to make your day run seamlessly, including two luxurious get-ready suites for the bride’s wedding party. Both are fitted with vanity floor-length mirrors and great lighting. The groom has his separate and private space for getting ready and enjoying the day with his groomsmen. The Lodge is a spacious gathering area for socializing and relaxation. The Manor is your perfect location for dining and dancing and is climate-controlled, with over 1,000 dimmable ceiling lights and chandeliers. There is a convenient caterer access kitchen for staging and cooling.
At Willow Ridge Special Event Center, their flexible packages allow you to customize your wedding to suit your needs and budget. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, they offer a variety of options to create your dream wedding. There is paved parking for up to 40 cars with 20 elderly-friendly spots, and there is parking for an additional 80 cars on a grass parking lot. A golf cart is included for handicap use. Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, as well as gift, cake, and sign-in tables, are also provided, and your choice of 4 arbors for your ceremony.
