The Perfect Venue and an Incredible Team!
We had our wedding at Willow Spring Vineyards, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we first visited, we knew it...
was the right place — rustic, elegant, and full of character. The barn, the vineyard views, the lighting, and the atmosphere all came together perfectly to create a night we’ll never forget.
We worked closely with Briana, our coordinator, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, organized, and always one step ahead of us. She answered every question with patience and made sure every detail was handled. On the day of the wedding, Briana and her team were incredible — calm, professional, and completely on top of everything. Because of them, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to truly enjoy the night.
Willow Spring also went above and beyond with small personal touches. They created His and Hers custom drinks for our bar menu, which our guests absolutely loved. They even have a beautiful little bridal room tucked away from the main space, which gave us a chance to sneak away for a few private moments together. That quiet time meant the world to us — it slowed the night down and gave us a chance to soak everything in.
The venue itself was stunning, the staff was warm and attentive, and every detail came together flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a venue that’s beautiful, well-run, and truly cares about making your day special, Willow Spring Vineyards is it. Highly recommend!

The venue itself has a wonderful rustic charm, excellent wine, beautiful grounds for lots of great photo opportunities, and a cute little bridal suite to get ready in. I highly recommend this affordable spot to anyone!

elaxed, joyful, and full of personality. Briana, our event coordinator, anticipated our needs, smoothed over any little hiccups, and kept everything running seamlessly. We honestly can't imagine the day without her and we’ll never be able to thank her enough. If you're looking for a venue that combines a beautiful, cozy space, top-notch coordination, and unforgettable food, this is it.

nd with the service. The leaves had turned color and it was a beautiful day. The vineyard scenery was beautiful. The wine was delicious too!
Still smiling almost two months later! Willow Spring Vineyards is the perfect venue to make your rustic wedding dreams come true. The barn is charming, but has all the modern neces...
sities to keep you comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous year round, but especially during the fall when the grapevines are tall and the foliage is in full effect! All that being said, Jenny is what made our experience what it was. Once we met with her, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Her thorough attention to detail, easy and quick communication, and genuine excitement for the vineyard and for our wedding day made the craziness seem manageable. She is an absolute gem and made our day go seamlessly. If we could do it all over again we would choose Willow Spring Vineyards (and Jenny) without a doubt!!!
Jade was great to work with! We ended up completely reimagining and downsizing our wedding due to COVID and chose Willow Spring as our new venue and I'm so glad we did! Everything ...
was executed flawlessly and the team there was incredibly helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Would highly recommend!!
Planning a wedding during COVID was the opposite of easy, but Jade and the Willow Spring team went out of their way to make sure that the wedding went off without a hitch. From rel...
ocating the reception from the barn to a BEAUTIFUL outdoor tent, to running us through various ceremony rehearsal scenarios due to a rain threat, all of our worries were truly at ease when working with Jade. If you want a laid back yet organized and stunning venue, this is your place!

r anything more. She set up all of my decorations perfectly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire night. For the price, this venue was the best decision of our wedding. The pictures turned out beautifully and the night was so memorable. Everything ran so smoothly. Highly recommend this venue. They are so accommodating to your vendors and work closely with multiple caterers, so you have amazing choices for food.
Willow Spring Vineyards was great! A beautiful location that offers both outdoor views and a lovely interior, the vineyard was an excellent reception for us. The barn has charm, so...
we needed very little decor, while also carrying modern amenities like AC, an upstairs dressing room for the bridal party, a wheelchair accessible entrance, and nice restrooms.
Jade, whom we worked with through the process, was excellent too: helpful in answering questions, reassuring, and a godsend on the day of. Jade took care of setting up our items and then gathering the guest book, cards/gifts, etc., at the end of the evening. She made sure that my husband and I got plenty of water and whatever we needed during the meal. Finally, she also remembered our reception schedule and reminded us of the timing of things in a way that wasn't pushy: just informing us of what we had originally planned to be doing at that moment in case we wanted to adjust things.
My family and I so appreciated the work the staff did to set up and take down our reception decor. It meant we could all enjoy the day, rather than having to do a ton of set up.
My husband and I had our wedding at Willow Spring Vineyards last weekend and let me just say, we couldn't have chosen a better venue for our big day. The Parker family, who own the...
winery, is incredible. We had met Brandi during our first visit who told us all about the winery's history and was a breath of fresh air to chat with. Then, we worked with her sister, Jade throughout the wedding planning process. Jade is sweet, organized and prompt with her replies, very accommodating...just awesome. Jim and Cindy (their parents) were also such nice people too. We got SO many compliments on the place - everyone, including my husband and I, just fell in love with how gorgeous the barn, bridal suite and grounds were. Also, the wine is SO good. We had the perfect wedding and this was the absolutely perfect spot!
