The Perfect Venue and an Incredible Team!
We had our wedding at Willow Spring Vineyards, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we first visited, we knew it...
was the right place — rustic, elegant, and full of character. The barn, the vineyard views, the lighting, and the atmosphere all came together perfectly to create a night we’ll never forget.
We worked closely with Briana, our coordinator, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, organized, and always one step ahead of us. She answered every question with patience and made sure every detail was handled. On the day of the wedding, Briana and her team were incredible — calm, professional, and completely on top of everything. Because of them, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to truly enjoy the night.
Willow Spring also went above and beyond with small personal touches. They created His and Hers custom drinks for our bar menu, which our guests absolutely loved. They even have a beautiful little bridal room tucked away from the main space, which gave us a chance to sneak away for a few private moments together. That quiet time meant the world to us — it slowed the night down and gave us a chance to soak everything in.
The venue itself was stunning, the staff was warm and attentive, and every detail came together flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a venue that’s beautiful, well-run, and truly cares about making your day special, Willow Spring Vineyards is it. Highly recommend!

sities to keep you comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous year round, but especially during the fall when the grapevines are tall and the foliage is in full effect! All that being said, Jenny is what made our experience what it was. Once we met with her, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Her thorough attention to detail, easy and quick communication, and genuine excitement for the vineyard and for our wedding day made the craziness seem manageable. She is an absolute gem and made our day go seamlessly. If we could do it all over again we would choose Willow Spring Vineyards (and Jenny) without a doubt!!!

we needed very little decor, while also carrying modern amenities like AC, an upstairs dressing room for the bridal party, a wheelchair accessible entrance, and nice restrooms.
Jade, whom we worked with through the process, was excellent too: helpful in answering questions, reassuring, and a godsend on the day of. Jade took care of setting up our items and then gathering the guest book, cards/gifts, etc., at the end of the evening. She made sure that my husband and I got plenty of water and whatever we needed during the meal. Finally, she also remembered our reception schedule and reminded us of the timing of things in a way that wasn't pushy: just informing us of what we had originally planned to be doing at that moment in case we wanted to adjust things.
My family and I so appreciated the work the staff did to set up and take down our reception decor. It meant we could all enjoy the day, rather than having to do a ton of set up.
