Pulling in our front gates makes you feel transported outside of our little small town of Ringgold, GA. The property is half homestead, half venue, boasting multiple ponds, willow trees, and many animals. Offering two event spaces, we can find something for any budget. We serve our community for micro weddings, elopements, bridal showers, large weddings, and so much more! Our family-owned business puts an emphasis on hometown service and making the magic happen. With multiple outdoor ceremony options available, you can get as creative as you want on our 144-acre property. From waterfront willow trees to whimsical woods, we have you covered! Our venue uses apps like HoneyBook and Prismm to make the event planning process a breeze. You can do everything you need to from the comfort of your home, from signing contracts to answering questionnaires. You can now even play with a 3D rendering of our event spaces, where you can drag and drop tables to find your perfect floor plan! Vendors can be added to these apps to plan in your place as well. The vendor list at Willow Tree Farms is full of incredible local small mom-and-pop stores. While we highly recommend them, you might be happy to know this list is non-exclusive. We welcome vendors of all kinds, from family friends to ones we haven't heard of yet. Ever imagined a wedding bounce house, sparkler send-off, food trucks, yard games, and other large activities at your wedding? Our venue has multiple fields with RV hookups you can utilize free of any extra charges or fees to accommodate these things. Roast some smores on our firepit, bring a golf cart to explore the property, or book a horse and carriage grand entrance! We offer a TON of flexibility when it comes to what you can do here. Did we mention fishing in our 4 large ponds is included in every event package? Your groomsman may love to hear about our privately stocked ponds with catfish and bass, making for the perfect incentive to help the DIY bride and groom decorate for the big day! The Pavilion is an indoor/outdoor convertible and has an on-site garden party tent you can add to the end of the building to double its guest capacity by half the price of a regular tent rental company. This space is tailored to the DIY bride and groom with its built-in sound system, smart TV, kitchen with serving bar, two restrooms with showers, large ice machine, and hooks and outlets for decorating strategically placed to make your decorating easier! The 609 Indoor Reception Hall has two apartments inside for up to 8 guests to stay overnight. Its standard full-day package is from 10am on event day to 10am the following day with a luxurious bride and groom suite! Its incredible wraparound porch has the perfect view of the farm and is great for private vows, first looks, or a cocktail hour. Tables, chairs, and benches are provided in both event spaces.
