Willow Wind is amazing! I had a horse and carriage and they were absolutely wonderful! I met them at a show and booked my date over a year in advance and they reserved my date. My wedding was at Canopy Creek, and I got the red, Jake horse. He was gorgeous and the carriage was as well. They are a wonderful company to hire and are genuinely good people, and they do a wonderful job for your big day!

This carriage ride with the highlight of my wedding (beside of course getting married)! The drivers were extremely helpful, kind and fun. They made taking pictures with the horse very easy on our photographer as well. Overall, a great vendor and I highly recommend.

We used their passenger bus to transport our guests from hotel to venue and back. They were very affordable, offering a discount for an 8 hour block, and very reliable. Everyone loved having transportation on hand and not having to worry about who the was DD. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for basic transportation for their event!

We had a great experience with Willowwind for our wedding day transportation - the bridesmaids and I had booked a van one-way from the hotel to the venue, and we had also booked buses to shuttle our guests between the hotel and venue. the service was friendly and prompt, and the vehicles were clean. We were especially appreciative that everyone arrived on time despite the rain! We would definitely recommend Willowwind to anyone we know in Columbus who needs transportation for an event

We chose to use Willow Wind Carriage & Limo Services for our wedding transportation because they had the price point we wanted & they guaranteed to have a vehicle to fit our needs!!! My fiance & his friends are extremely tall & we had tons of trouble finding transportation that would fit everyone! Once we saw the Limo Bus Willow Wind had to offer, we were sold! Mary was very easy to work with & all of the drivers were there when they said they'd be there. We used them for the bachelor party bus, a limo for the girls on the wedding day & a party bus for the wedding party once the wedding was over. The drivers were prompt & very professional on our wedding day! Willow Wind also won't change their pricing based on what time of the year it is....aka...they won't raise their pricing because of it being wedding season, or prom season, like some of the other vendors quoted us. What they quote you is what you pay! They are truly the best transportation vendor you will find!

This company was wonderful to deal with. We selected the actual horse by visiting the farm. They were very professional. The carriage was beautiful.

We used Willow Wind to get a white horse for our Indian wedding. Mary is nice and easy to work with, and they have beautiful Indian decorations for the horse.

I booked this company for my wedding, however, they did not show up on my wedding day. I had been in constant contact with the owners Terry and Mary in the weeks before the wedding and everything seem to be fine. I was told that Terry would be the driver for my wedding and I sent them all of the details including phone numbers for my venue coordinator as well as my photographer. On the day of my wedding while I was out taking pictures with my husband, 35 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time (1:45) Terry called my cell phone (1:09) to tell me they had no driver for me and there would be no bus arriving. Of course I did not have my cell phone with me and did not receive the call. The entire wedding party was dressed and waiting for the bus when we finally called to learn that there would be no bus. Terry only made ONE phone call to try and get a hold of me and did not call any of the other numbers I supplied them with to try and give me some type of heads up. Needless to say I was very upset and it really put a damper on my day. In my opinion I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

We used Willow Wind for their horse & carriage to escort guests to and from the parking lot, their shuttles to transport guests to and from the hotel, and finally for our limo ride home that evening. All vehicles were in amazing condition and the horse drawn carriage had such a wow factor as guests arrived. The service was great and prices reasonable for services provided. I would recommend them!

I used Willow Wind for my Sept. 2 wedding because our reception venue had them on their list of recommended vendors. We only needed a limo to do a "fake getaway" with bubbles and for an hour of driving around Columbus, OH to take pictures between the ceremony and reception. So, in total, we only needed them for 2 hours, but their minimum is 3, so we had to book that price. They were supposed to show up at 4:15 for our "fake getaway" from the ceremony location while all our guests blew bubbles, but they didn't show up. We ended up having to walk down the street and around the block instead of in the limo. The limo finally showed up at 5:15 for about 30 minutes of driving to one location downtown. He offered to give us an extra hour because he was late, but as brides and grooms know, the timeline is all ready laid out for the day and we had a reception to get to and a schedule to keep! They were very apologetic on that day, sent us an e-mail apologizing, as well as reimbursed us for the hour they were late and gave us a coupon for for a carriage ride at Easton Town Center. However, it still didn't quite make-up for not being able to get our pictures taken of getting in the limo right after our ceremony with all our guests blowing bubbles, cheering, etc. That moment only happens once. The limo driver was new and was lost getting to our ceremony site. I know they tried and were apologetic, but I'm still disappointed about it.

I was in a wedding party on Saturday. At 2 O'clock we were all dressed and ready to go downtown for pictures. When the bus wasn't there by 2, we called. The owner, Terry, said he left us a voice-mail earlier. He called at 1:25 pm to tell us he WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PICK US UP. Only 35 minutes notice! This left not only the bridal party stranded, but also over 75 guests at the hotel who had no way to get to the venue. The owner did NOTHING to compensate us. He could not find a driver to operate his bus. He just apologized. The bride had to spend her day worrying about her transportation, instead of enjoying herself. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not reliable and unable to help when it was their error.

It was my dream to ride away from my wedding in a horse and carriage. We worked with Mary and Terry at Willow Wind Carriage company to make my dream a reality. They have a BEAUTIFUL white/grey horse and carriage. They even decorated the carriage in our wedding colors for us! It looked gorgeous! Mary and Terry were both delightful to work with. They are licensed on downtown Columbus streets. The wonderful thing about this company is that if there is inclement weather or something happens where they cannot send the carriage, they will send a limo in it's place. So you automatically have a back-up! We also hired Willow Wind for limo service to take my bridal party to the church. They were punctual and very professional. Terry was great and even held my big dress for me and helped me to get into the limo. The limo was very nice inside and could hold 10 adults comfortably. Additionally, we rented the 22 passenger shuttle bus. We used this to transport our guests to and from the ceremony to the hotel, and then we also used the bus for our wedding party to ride around downtown Columbus for pictures. The shuttle bus was also very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our guests and bridal party! My husband and I would highly recommend Willow Wind for your limo, shuttle or horse and carriage needs for any type of event. They are wonderful!
