We had our wedding in October at Willowbend and it was absolutely perfect. The service at Willowbend is impeccable - from the amount of hors d'oeuvres that were served at cocktail hour, to the servers plating dinner at the exact same time at each table, to the nice touches from Terry, it is unlike anything I've seen at a wedding. Terry was great to work with and made sure that our day went very smoothly. Our guests could not stop talking about how picturesque cocktail hour was on the patio and how amazing the food was! My husband and I are so happy that we chose Willowbend for our wedding reception - it was the best day of our lives!

Had our wedding in September and it could not have been better! The day was absolutely perfect. Terry, and her staff, were super professional and made sure our dreams came true. The space is gorgeous and elegant. Cocktail hour at sunset was picture perfect. My guest still talk about how amazing the space and food was. Wish we could relive the day over and over! Highly recommend!!

Our wedding reception at Willowbend was amazing! After rescheduling due to Covid, we finally got to have our party in August. Terry and all of the staff made our day perfect. They were extremely professional with service, and we had no complaints on our day. All of our guests raved about the food during cocktail hour and loved their meals as well. Truly, it exceeded my expectations!

We had our wedding this weekend at Willowbend and it was definitely the best day of our lives. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how much they loved the food. Willowbend was such an amazing venue! The staff was excellent, and the venue was beautiful. Our guests had the most amazing time during cocktail hour and have told us how much they enjoyed the patio overlooking the 18th green. Terry was amazing to work with and very responsive. She was very organized and assembled everything on the day perfectly. We had an amazing time! We stayed at the villas with our bridal party and can’t recommend reserving them enough! They were beautiful and very spacious. Thank you Willowbend - especially Terry!

We had our daughter's wedding reception this month and the staff, food and venue were fantastic. The setting is beautiful and the venue classically elegant! We had 190 people attending and there was plenty of room; we had the cocktail hour outside under their porch which was so nice! Highly recommend!

Thank you Terry for making our day go off perfectly!! Our guests loved the cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and dinner and dessert! They raved about everything! The night was perfect all around! My husband and I got married at Willowbend on 6/26/21 and everything was perfect! Willowbend is absolutely beautiful. Our guests cannot stop talking about how perfect the venue is and how delicious the food was! Terry did a great job coordinating everything and making sure we were happy! The ceremony was beautiful on the greens and the cocktail hour on the patio was incredible (raw bar is a must). Highly recommend this venue. The prices are very reasonable too!

My husband and I got married this past weekend at Willowbend. I cannot say enough. If you get married here you are the lucky one! From our bridal party staying in the Villas on site, to the day of everything was impeccable. Terry did an amazing job and was so responsive! Its hard being in her position and being tugged in all different directions but she handled it amazingly! I cannot say enough about the attentiveness of the staff throughout the whole night. Our guests were blown away with the service provided to us all from the start of cocktail hour serving us our signature drink right as guests left the wedding T, to cocktail hour, to dinner service nobody ever waited for anything. HUGE shoutout to Amanda and Deb who made sure my husband and I as well as our parents always had what we needed or wanted! You ladies were amazing! We waited a long time for this wedding (COVID bride here) and we are so happy we did because it was nothing short of amazing!! Thank you all for an unforgettable weekend and especially wedding night!

Willowbend is amazing! My husband and I got married in an outdoor tent on the grounds and it was spectacular. The villas, the food, the service and the beautiful ceremony tee are to die for!! My husband played golf before out rehearsal dinner and the pro in the golf shop was very accommodating to our guests. Willowbend provides an excellent flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception. Our cocktail appetizers and stations will be talked about for the rest of time! We loved every minute of our wedding and can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary at the villas! Highly recommend Willowbend.

My husband and I got married at Willowbend on May 1, 2021 after postponing from our original date of May 9, 2020 due to COVID-19. Everything was absolutely perfect! From the food and décor to the seamless flow of the event, I could not have imagined a more perfect day. We originally toured the venue prior to the pandemic and fell in love with the comfortable elegance of the space and amazing atmosphere. One selling point for us was that Willowbend only hosts one wedding a day, so at no point did we feel rushed and every detail came out perfectly. Terry the events coordinator made sure that our original vision was preserved while following pandemic protocols and was always available for recommendations and assistance. We also loved staying at the on-site villas, which were both beautiful and incredibly convenient for the day of the wedding. I am so glad we chose Willowbend and would recommend it to absolutely everyone. It’s a must see, and a must book!

My husband and I got married at Willowbend this past October and it was absolutely perfect . When we first visited Willowbend on our wedding venue hunt, we immediately fell in love, and cancelled the rest of our appointments to see other venues. We knew it was the one! Terry was so welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. She helped keep everything on track leading up to the big day. A few days before our wedding we dropped all of our decor and signage to Terry. We knew the wedding would be beautiful, but walking into Willowbend the day of our wedding completely exceeded every expectation we had! We were blown away by how wonderful terry and her staff decorated, and how stunning the entire venue was, outdoors and indoors! It was a beautiful fall day and everyone enjoyed the cocktail hour overlooking the pond, barn, and gorgeous sunset., in addition to the spacious ballroom with ceiling to floor windows, and the amazing food and drinks throughout the night. Everything was phenomenal. We have received endless messages from our guests on how beautiful the venue was, how much fun they had and how delicious the food was! Many people termed it the “best wedding we have ever been to!!” Throughout the wedding terry and her staff took care of everything so it all went smoothly. They were extremely kind and frequently checked in with me to see if I needed a drink or anything at all. I was put at ease knowing they would handle everything. Our wedding was stunning in every which way and something we will never forget. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and venue at Willowbend! I wish we could do it over and over again!!! We had the time of our lives!!

My husband and I got married at willowbend on October 26, 2019. We chose this venue after visiting one night, staying in the villas to get a feel for our potential wedding weekend, and meeting the friendly and welcoming staff. Willowbend was the first and only venue we looked at. Terry’s confidence in her role and experience put our minds at ease. Being a nervous bride, there are a million things and what ifs running through your mind! Terry was sure to be responsive, available, and calming. Every specific detail and request was fulfilled. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and a more beautiful venue. I can’t wait to head back down to Mashpee for a weekend getaway with my new husband, and we will definitely be stopping by Willowbend to visit Terry and all of the wonderful staff who made our dream wedding come to life!

From the moment our daughter, Stephanie, and fiance, John, saw Willowbend, all other wedding venue options were crossed off the list. They knew this was the place for their special day. The outdoor patio, ballroom, golf course, red barn, water fountain and cranberry bog made for gorgeous pictures on this beautiful Fall day. Hors d'oeuvres, main course, dessert and end of night sliders were delicious. And, did I say raw bar . . . every last clam, little neck, oyster and shrimp was gone. Terry, Special Events Director, was professionalism and cordial in every way. Our entire family and friends thought the wedding reception was spectacular. I would definitely recommend Willowbend!

This venue was absolutely perfect! They took care of EVERYTHING!! Our organizer provided a list of all other vendors who coordinated directly with the country club so we didn't have to worry about a thing! They provided an extremely detailed timeline of the day of, we had an amazing meal tasting, not to mention the beautiful outdoor ceremony that flowed flawlessly into the cocktail hour and reception. Everything was so perfect, we couldn't have asked for anything more! I highly recommend their services! Very friendly and fun staff, it made the process a breeze!

Exceptional venue, beautiful location, great food, professional, friendly, accommodating staff. Our daughters August 2019 wedding (with just shy of 200 Guests) FAR exceeded our expectations. We recently got married last month at Willowbend and couldn't have asked for a better venue. The grounds are beautiful ( pictures don't do justice) and what my husband and I really liked was that they only do one wedding there a day, so the whole place is yours! Terry was great throughout the entire process, and really keeps things on track. The day of the wedding everything ran so smoothly, on time, and I didn't have to think about a thing. Leading up to our wedding day they were forecasting a tropical storm to hit the cape- despite my overwhelming anxiety( to say the least) Terry was calm and reassuring with other options for our outdoor ceremony- The storm ended up miraculously passing faster than they thought in the morning, clearing an hour before our ceremony and Terry got everything set up on the wedding tee, as she knew I really wanted to get married outside. It was perfect and I so appreciated that last minute decision. Our entire bridal party stayed in both villas and they were also fantastic! Super convenient, beautiful, spotless. The villa coordinator Lindsey was also super helpful and great! Could not say enough great things about the venue space, Terry, and the entire process. Highly recommend and so happy we had our wedding at Willowbend!

My husband and I were married at Willowbend in June 2019. We couldn't possibly have more good things to say, it was truly one of the best days of our lives from start to finish. Our wedding ceremony was onsite, outside on the wedding tee. The grounds were gorgeous and beautifully maintained, which also made for amazing photos! We were provided with golf carts to ride out to the beautiful standout red barn, which the venue is known for. Cocktail hour on the grand patio at sunset was stunning. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was (which I'm not surprised about after how thrilled we were with our tasting). Terry, our coordinator on site, was spectacular. She's responsive, honest, and clearly very experienced in event and wedding coordination. She was there from beginning to end, our entire day flowed seamlessly. We can't thank Terry and the Willowbend team enough!

Absolutely perfect! From the venue, to the food, to the villas, and everything in between, it is the perfect place to get married! My husband and I knew from the moment we toured Willowbend that it was the place for us. Our family and friends are still raving over the food (a year later) and how stunning Willowbend is. Terry and her team go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding. The villas were also the perfect spot to have our bridal party stay in. I cannot recommend Willowbend highly enough!

Willowbend is a beautiful venue with the most delicious food. The villas are amazing- SO clean and spacious. Myself and my entire bridal party got ready in my suite. Lindsey Gifford, the guest accommodations contact, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay- even bringing in a toaster for breakfast the morning of my wedding day. Although Willowbend is beautiful and I had a very special wedding day, I found that the wedding coordinator, Terry Morris, was not helpful. I had read nothing but positive reviews about Willowbend and Terry, so I was shocked at the way she acted during my entire wedding planning process and wedding day. I felt as though Terry was very dismissive to my needs. I have been a bridesmaid in a ton of weddings and have met wedding coordinators from various venues, so I was expecting Terry to be as helpful (and pleasant) as what I had experienced at other weddings. Unfortunately that was not the case. The wrong signs were put out on the decorative tables- my signs and another brides' signs were put out on my guest book table and memory table. I even had another weddings hashtag out during my wedding! I am usually very detail oriented, but wanted to live in the moment during my reception, so I made it a point to focus on my guests (and new groom!) and not on other details. I never would have guessed that Terry did not at least do a walk through of what her staff had put out. It was especially disappointing because I had emailed (and printed) a detailed list of what I brought to the venue and even went through each item with her the day before the wedding. It is WILD to me that this mistake was made. Luckily, my photographer can photoshop a few of the decorative table pictures for my wedding album. There were several other mistakes made during my wedding day that I would have never thought would have been a problem. I was even escorting all of my guests to the transportation buses, which I thought Terry would at least have pointed guests in the right direction to exit toward the buses. Willowbend is a great venue and I do not regret getting married there, however, I wish I had known that Terry would not provide great service. If I had known, I would have hired a wedding planner to make sure things ran smoothly the day of. If you can't hire a wedding planner, I suggest planning for enough time to go into the venue and arrange things the way you had asked for them to be arranged. I wish I had done either of the two.

George and I just got married at Willowbend of 6/15/2019 and could not have asked for a better day. Terry and the crew were amazing from the beginning, and super helpful with vendor recommendations since we live out-of-state now. Also, the bridal party stayed at the Villas for the weekend and Lindsay went above and beyond! It truly is an amazing backdrop, even down to the croaking frogs around the lake at the end of the night. So grateful we found this gem and hopefully get to spend many anniversaries with them in the future!

We had our wedding at Willowbend Country Club and we absolutely loved it. We were looking for a place that could host my husbands large family, have good food, and great service. Terry and her team killed it. The food was fantastic, no one ever stood in line for a drink, and the team was very attentive. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We even spent two nights in the local villas which were very comfortable and perfect for 8 ladies getting ready for the wedding. I loved Willowbend and can't thank the team enough for an amazing night and a well done job.

My husband and I could not be happier that we chose Willowbend for our wedding. From the moment we walked into the venue, we knew we had found the perfect spot for our big day. By answering questions in a timely and professional manner, offering great recommendations, and all around being helpful and supportive, Terry and her team were wonderful to work with during the planning process. We always felt like we were in good hands, especially after meeting with them before the wedding to go over final preparations. On the day of the wedding, we were confident that everything would be taken care of in regards to the vendors, meals, and decorations. We also cannot say enough good things about the food, the meals were delicious and our guests are still raving about the apps. The staff and bartenders worked hard all night to successfully attend to the needs of over 200 guests and we could not be more grateful. Willowbend is the epitome of Cape Cod Elegance and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning an event. Thank you for an unforgettable night. It was truly perfect and exceeded all expectations!!

You are in great hands with Terry at Willowbend! She was amazing!! For the main entrees, we chose the halibut and filet which were both really good. I don’t think you can go wrong with the food at Willowbend! Anything you choose will be delicious. We got our wedding cake from Montilios and we were able to choose 4 different cake flavors and we were able to provide inspiration for the design of the cake at the tasting (all of which is included in the Willowbend package price). Montilios did an awesome job and the cake ended up looking exactly like I had pictured. I don’t think you need any other desserts other than the wedding cake but that’s just my advice! Terry did a nice raspberry swirl with chocolate covered strawberries on each dessert plate so that was plenty (and no extra cost for that)! Willowbend has really nice quality and neutral colored linens so no need to rent any. Again, you are in great hands with Terry!! She is an incredible person to work with!!!

We were married at Willowbend in October and had a such a memorable day! We had our ceremony outdoors on the green, cocktail hour on the patio and our reception in the ballroom. The venue itself is very beautiful, so aside from flowers we didn't need to supplement the space with much decor. It rained the entire morning of our day, but we were lucky that the weather cleared up in the afternoon - the team's setup time is very quick and we were still able to have a beautiful ceremony outdoors. We also did our first look and all of our photos on the greens - there are many beautiful spots around the venue (the trees, the red barn). We received a lot of compliments on the food! Since we were preoccupied with trying to say hi to all of our guests during dinner, the Willowbend team was very kind to reheat our meals and make sure we took a moment to eat something :) The onsite villas are also very nice, spacious and convenient - we rented them all and it was a perfect place to get ready with family and friends before the day. Terry and her team were very professional throughout each step of the planning process. She coordinated everything the day of, which made it really easy for me and my husband to just enjoy the day and focus on our guests. Highly recommend!

Willowbend was the perfect venue!! I was married 8/5/17, and my guests are still talking about how beautiful and perfect the wedding was! The whole staff was great, and the day flowed perfectly. The reception room is beautiful, with wonderful light and a great set up. We had the cocktail hour outside under a tent which I would highly recommend, it was very nice to be outside and then move in for the formal dinner and dancing! The set up was perfect outside and well organized. Terry coordinated everything extremely well, and everything turned out exactly how we had discussed. I would highly recommend Willowbend as a venue, it truly makes a lasting impression on you and the guests!

Once we saw Willowbend, there was no other option for us. The first thing you'll notice is how stunning the setting is and how beautifully decorated and maintained the venue is, right down to the chairs and linens. This is a venue that takes a great deal of pride in what it does and that carries through to every aspect of their business. The events director, Terry, is highly professional and organized. She was flexible in working with us to make sure the day was exactly what we wanted. When I dropped off our decorative items to her the day before the wedding, I left with 100% confidence that she would take care of every last detail, and when I arrived for the reception she had done just that. The rest of the staff is equally attentive during the reception (one of their servers, Nicole, even kept finding me during cocktail hour to make sure I had my favorite hor d'oeuvres!). Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. I cannot recommend Willowbend highly enough!

She made my wedding planning easier than I could ever have expected. The villas were beautiful, the landscape was gorgeous, the staff was wonderful, and every course was absolutely delicious!! The food is amazing! On my wedding day I did not have one thing to worry about because I knew Terri was on top of everything! Our day literally went off without a hitch. Our family and friends could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had! Thank you so so very much Terri and Willowbend for making our wedding day extra special! My wife and I were married in October 2017 at Willowbend Country Club in Mashpee, MA. Leading up to the big day Terry Morris was highly available through email and phone. Terry was instrumental in organizing and outlining the ceremony and reception schedules for the big day. Terry demonstrated her wealth of wedding / event knowledge in recommendations that were spot on, while being completely open to suggestion, requests, and questions. She was also on-site the entire night and was there to wish us well when all other guests had left. Our family and friends also raved about Willowbend – the food, views, service. We echo all of those sentiments, and highly recommend Willowbend Country Club for your wedding ceremony and reception. Thank you, Terry, for all you did for our wedding!

Willowbend was such an amazing venue! My husband and I got married on October 21st 2017, and many of my friends as well as family members are still talking about the beautiful time they had at Willowbend. The food was delicious everything was brought out to the tables hot and cooked perfectly. We had a raw bar during cocktail hour, and people raved not only about the main course but about how delicious the appetizers were during cocktail hour. The weather was a sunny almost 70 degree day, so guests were able to view the grounds on the patio overlooking the golf course, fountain and cranberry bogs. The wait staff did an amazing job making sure all the guests were brought appetizers and were prompt with the main meals and desserts. Terry Morris, the Special Events Director, was wonderful. She made sure everything ran as smooth as possible and made us feel at ease throughout the evening. I would recommend Willowbend for their wedding venue. Many long lasting memories were made at this venue!

My daughter’s wedding was this past weekend (10/28/2017) at Willowbend and it was PERFECT! Willowbend is a magical place and a perfect place to have the wedding of your dreams. The grounds are spectacular, the Villas are exquisite, the ballroom for the reception is spacious and has wall to floor windows with breath taking views. The weather was beautiful so we were able to have the cocktail hour on the enclosed patio at sunset overlooking the golf course. It was amazing! The food was fantastic and the staff professional and attentive. Overall, a wonderful, fun, memorable experience and for my daughter and my new son-in-law “the best day ever”. It was a perfect wedding for a wonderful couple. It was everything they had dreamed of and more. Willowbend exceeded our expectations in every way!

I got married at Willowbend in August 2017. My mother and I drove to the venue one night and instantly fell in love. We returned a few days later to have a formal tour with Terry Morris and the experience got better from there. We were sold. Terry was very easy to talk to and always put me at ease when I was feeling stressed about the process. We had the ceremony outside, cocktail hour under a tent outside, and the reception in the ballroom inside. I spent a lot of time making decorations, table numbers, and signs and Terry and her team displayed them all so great throughout the venue. I had to put trust in the fact that they would make my vision a reality and they did not disappoint! The food was so delicious. All of our guests raved about it and had to know what the secret was to the crumble on top of the filet. And yes my husband and I actually made sure we had time to sit down and eat! The venue was a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. Our guests even got some of their own beautiful photos out by the pond as the sun started to go down. Gorgeous. Our guests kept saying it was the best wedding they ever went to and I know the great service they received at Willowbend played a big part in that. I really can't say enough. Best day ever.

I wish I could relive my wedding day again and it’s in large part to the phenomenal experience with Willowbend. All of it was everything I imagined, and more. From the planning to the experience of the plannings to the food to the views to the villas and to the willowbend staff. Terry is second to none. She made what can be an overwhelming process, an enjoyable and calming one. I had a blast! She is more than accommodating and it resulted in a perfect day. We were so impressed with the venue and the experience that we held our rehearsal dinner there as well. We stayed in the villas both nights and they are amazing! It was a perfect scenario to have the wedding party and family in one place for the weekend and made getting ready that day so easy for us all and for the hair, makeup, photographer and videographer vendors. Our guests raved about the food, which reall makes a difference in planning a nice night for your guests. The landscape is stunning and our pictures are gorgeous as a result. We had such an enjoyable and memorable experience that we plan to go back to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you a Willowbend for making our wedding weekend the best of our lives!!!

We got married at the Willowbend on 9/9/17 and it truly was perfect. Staying at the villas on site was incredible! They were spacious and families and bridal party all stayed there. Our bridal parties said they had so much fun getting ready there. The golf course and red barn and scenic landscape made more beautiful pictures. There is so much variety for the photo shoots. Even my photographer said she'd love to photograph there again because it's so beautiful. The ceremony was perfect overlooking the bog/pond. Cocktail hour was everything I could've wanted. The patio is sooo beautiful and was spacious for our 164 guests. Our guests had so much fun with the raw bar and cheese table and coming up with our own signature drink was a nice touch! The reception was also perfect. The staff kept checking on me, dinner was served efficiently, and the meals were cooked to perfection. Everyone raved about the filet mignon. It was nice to be able to have such a short walk back to the villas after the party! Terry Morris, the wedding planner, is very experienced. She can give lots of advice on what works and what doesn't work. She made sure that everything I wanted was executed to perfection. Several guests of mine had told me "hands down best wedding I've ever been to!" And I totally agree!

Planning a wedding is hard work! However, having Terry by our side the whole time made us feel more at ease. Terry was always available to answer any questions via email or phone. When the wedding day came, she made sure that my wedding party and I were on time and fed (thank goodness) before it was time to hit the church and return to willowbend. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. The venue was exactly how I envisioned it would be. Terry even checked on us throughout the night to make sure me and my husband were all set and if we needed anything. That day was the most magical day of mine and my husbands life. And we are extremely thankful for Terry and the rest of the staff at Willowbend who made the day so special for us!

My daughter was married this past June 2017. My only regret is that it has taken me this long to write this so deserving 5 star review!!! We had never heard of this venue before and we were more than presently surprised to see it for ourselves. Meeting with Terry Morris the wedding planner for the first time was so comfortable for us. We were all filled with anxiety and nervous about making such a big decision. Talking at length with Terry immediately put us all at ease instantly and we booked my daughters wedding with her that same day! Terry’s kind, easy going, and so easy to talk to. She was who we needed to be there for us. Always always saying So calmly “you don’t have to worry about a thing, everything is going to be great” Her knowledge and love of the venue was always evident. It wasn’t long throughout the rest of the planning and meetings and details (and I was always calling her!) that we became friends. I put my faith and trust in her and she came through for us with flying colors! From the beautiful details of the venue, the coordination of the very accommodating and friendly staff, we were more than happy, even elated when the actual day arrived, and just as Terry kept promising me, it was even more spectacular and stunning! Terry was there on site with us before, during, and right up until the very end of the most amazing moment in my life, my daughters life, and every single attendee. Our family will always consider her a friend. We can never thank her enough...

Willowbend is as gorgeous as venues come, and the worker bees are amazing. Terry was a great coordinator who took care of everything and made sure everything went smoothly. She took care of any problems with guests that occured without me even knowing to ensure my groom and I enjoyed the night. It was a perfect night!

Our September wedding at Willowbend could not have been better. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the food was – from the passed apps to the salad to the main courses, it was truly delicious and so well-prepared. The venue is beyond beautiful and makes for gorgeous pictures. It rained all morning on our wedding day, but the staff at Willowbend handled it with ease and we ended up having our ceremony outside. It was foggy and had a mystical feel, and still so pretty. One awesome perk about Willowbend are the Villas. We had our groomsmen stay in one and my bridesmaids stay in the other, and it made the weekend so fun. They are gorgeous and it feels like you’re renting a mini-mansion right on the property! We had our after-party at the guy’s Villa which are friends are still saying was the most fun after-party ever. Jessica, the Villa Manager, was so accommodating and easy to work with throughout the booking process. Terry, the Event Coordinator at Willowbend, was also great. She worked with our families and us to make our wedding day perfect. She was super helpful during the day-of as well. We highly recommend Willowbend and wish we could do it all again! It is perfect.

We just got married at Willowbend on Sun 9/17 and it was AMAZING! Being an event planner myself I was very particular about what I wanted and Willowbend over-delivered! The grounds are beautiful, the food is outstanding and Terry and her whole staff are great. Our guests are still complimenting how great the food was (that's a big deal with an Italian family!). Highly recommend Willowbend for your special day!

Our wedding at Willowbend was a dream come true. The day was absolutely perfect! Terry was very helpful to make our day special and provide advice and feedback where needed. She was very organized and assembled everything on the day perfectly. We had an amazing time! The service was unbelievable and the venue itself is stunning. We couldnt have been happier!

We were fortunate enough to host our wedding on July 22nd, 2017 at Willowbend. I would highly recommend Willowbend and Terry Morris to anyone looking to get married on Cape Cod. The venue was excellent - beautiful grounds, well managed property, polite employees, beautiful opportunities for photos. The food was top notch - we had the filet mignon and the sea bass and they were above high-end restaurant grade. The appetizers were great too. The wait-staff even brought some out to our bridal party while we were doing formal photos. The wedding-related staff was excellent - Terry Morris is an amazing planner, she dialed everything in exactly how we wanted (and we were very picky). She made us feel like we really mattered to her, and that was extremely important to us when selecting our venue. The villa staff were excellent - Beth and Jessica were amazing over in the villas, all of our guests were thrilled with the villa accommodations. All of our guests spent the weekend and enjoyed themselves. This is what we really loved about Willowbend from the start - our close friends and family could be there with us the whole weekend. Willowbend was easy to work with - they allowed us to swap, substitute, etc. items that we did not want for items that we did want without hassle. We made some last minute changes and adjustments and they just rolled with them. We never were made to feel that we were inconveniencing them, no matter how silly or last-minute the request was. We could not have asked for a more beautiful location and great people to work with. It seemed like every time there was an opportunity to go the extra mile, Willowbend delivered.

I am SO HAPPY we chose to have our wedding at Willowbend. We got married there this past July 1st and everything was absolutely incredible. We also had our rehearsal dinner there the night before and everything was impeccable; the place, the food, the service. Absolutely everything. The venue itself is the perfect backdrop to get married with the golf course in the background, cranberry bogs, and beautiful fountain. Everyone ranted and raved about how good the food was, along with the service and presentation of the food from the staff. We had the most amazing day and everything went perfectly. Willowbend was an exceptional venue for our wedding! The location is stunning and the accommodations on site made our weekend a true 5-star experience. The cocktail hour was hosted on an outdoor, covered patio with guests being ushered into the reception room for dinner. The room is beautiful and the team at Willowbend took care of every last detail. I can't thank every member of the staff enough for helping us put on such an exquisite event. I would highly recommend Willowbend to all future couples in search of a wedding reception venue!

Willowbend created the wedding I always dreamed of. Terry Walsh, who is the event planner, works with your needs . Along with your vision and your insight she helps your create your dreams come true. Our wedding was a vineyard theme. On our day we had unexpected rain, which happened while the bridle party was walking down the isle outside! Terry, with the help of her Willowbend team, sprang into immediate action! They held the day all together and we worked through it and made a magical evening happen. The guests said the rain made the day even more magical, and brought everyone closer when we regrouped for take-two inside. The food was amazing. This isn't the type of venue to serve a meat or fish dish with the same sides just different proteins; each dish is personalized. The chef works with you at the tasting and creates meals that you want. You can have him do anything. Guests told us it was the best wedding food ever. During the day professional staff and bartenders were easy to find and always an eye shot away. The rooms is gorgeous. There is a view overlooking the cranberry bogs and beautiful red barn which aligns the 18 the hole. On a nice day you can get an incredible sunset for your wedding. The venue comes with linens, place settings and chiavari chairs - a great pallet to transform your wedding. Willowbend provided a folder full of information with vendors and anything additional you might need. Then they offer to help manage the contracts you set up with any third party vendor. We brought in an 8 piece band, farm tables and wine barrels to help realize our vineyard theme. After the wedding ends, Willowbend has onsite accommodations with golf course views for guests and the bridal party to stay. And if you didn't have too much fun at the wedding the night before, guests staying at the villas can use the pool and gym accommodations the next morning! Willowbend created the wedding I always dreamed of. They helped with all the details and made sure everything was executed flawlessly!

Everything about Willowbend was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The food was delicious and the landscape is unbelievable. Our guests were raving about the venue. My wedding at Willowbend could not have been more perfect! I know pretty much everyone says that about their wedding but I truly feel that way and Terry, Deb, and all the staff at Willowbend helped make it so perfect! Everyone says something will not go according to plan on your wedding day and if something on my wedding day didn’t go according to plan Terry and the staff didn't make me aware of it and handled it all themselves. I spoke periodically with Terry throughout the whole planning process leading up to the wedding and met with her for about 30 minutes the day before the wedding to hand off all my decorations and design/set up notes. I was a little nervous that I should have spent more time going over details and what not with her but on the night of the wedding everything was set up exactly as I had envisioned it. No detail was overlooked by the staff and I'm so grateful for the effort that everyone at Willowbend put in to making sure everything was perfect!

My (now) husband and I felt love at first sight when we first toured Willowbend. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the ballroom area felt romantic and fancy without giving off too much of a "ballroom" feel. We got married on an incredibly rainy day in October and I never worried for one minute about how things would play out at Willowbend. I knew that Terry and her staff would have everything covered and, sure enough, everything was taken care of. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside but because of the weather, everything had to get moved inside. Our ceremony actually took place in the ballroom. It ended up being incredibly romantic and intimate, even if it wasn't the beautiful outdoor ceremony I had originally envisioned. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was and how the rain didn't effect the wedding in any way - if anything - if just had people on the dance floor more! The only thing that I found a little challenging was the communication leading up to the event. Terry is, understandably, extremely busy and it can be hard to get in touch with her. I want to mention this because even if this is happening, it in no way reflects what the experience will be like day of. Absolutely everything was taken care of. Terry runs Willowbend like a well-oiled machine. I would HIGHLY recommend Willowbend for your wedding venue - you won't regret it!

I want to preface my review by saying I have worked in food and beverage in private clubs for over 12 years, and Terry and her crew did an unbelievable job from the first minute all the way through completion. The planning process was easy, comfortable, and very thorough which made our day go off without a hitch. The venue was a perfect setting for our end of summer cape wedding (of 250 ppl) and months later I am still receiving comments on how good the food was. I couldn't speak any higher on Willowbend and their team, and would highly recommend using Willowbend for their special day.

My wedding day at Willowbend was absolutely magical! I cannot even begin to explain how exquisite the service and attention and detail was for my day. Terry Morris, the venue coordinator, took the time to not only get to know me and my husband BUT also our immediate family members. By the end of the wedding planning experience Terry began to feel like family. She is extremely helpful and supportive during the whole process and I can not thank her enough. She recommended all of my vendors to me- and the whole day went off without a hitch. Her bar staff was so creative and accommodating to my signature cocktail, the service was phenomenal, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would recommend Terry and Willowbend a million times and would do it all over again myself if I could!

My daughter lives out of state and wanted a wedding in the Falmouth area …so a lot of the wedding planning was left to me - the MOB:) I was very happy to embark on this task…and believe I visited every venue on the Cape. Finally I found Willowbend and Terry Morris – a very happy day for me! I immediately felt all my worries were over. Here was someone who was willing to work within my budget and who seemed to understand all I wanted. I had reached that moment when I knew I had a partner to help with this very special event. Terry is just wonderful; she definitely knows her industry and is just a pleasure to work with. Once you visit Willowbend you will see just how beautiful it is! From the terrace where we had our cocktail reception to the ballroom…it was perfect my daughter’s wedding. Many happy memories were made there. Our guests still talk about how amazing the day was ..how beautiful the venue…and how delicious the food. What more could you want? Willowbend is a very special place and Terry is a very special person.

Venue was just beautiful! Willowbend itself is a breathtaking place so there was not much I needed to add to make the venue wedding ready. Villas were perfect for bridal party and getting ready. My makeup artists and hairstylists had plenty of room to take over the villas for hair/makeup wedding morning. Food was great! No complains there. It was a huge treat to have an appetizer tray, very well displayed, brought to the bridal suite while bustling my dress as that was most of what I ate that evening as well as our signature cocktail. As for signature cocktail, Willowbend was able to accommodate a recipe from a restaurant that I love which was very special! Terry really knows what she is doing and it shows. From the minute I met her I could tell she was a master at her craft and made me feel very sure that everything would go as planned and sure enough it did! One thing I would say as advice use the vendors that Terry suggests, in particular, photographer. I think it would have been better if my photographer knew the locations at Willowbend.

We just had our wedding at Willowbend the last weekend of September and it was a beautiful day and weekend! This venue is gorgeous!! Just picture perfect. We had our ceremony outside on the golf course but it would have been equally beautiful inside had it rained. Throughout the wedding planning we worked with Terry, who was great! She made the entire process so easy and stress free. Anything we asked for was always possible! We decided to stay on site at the guest villas, which we recommend to anyone having their wedding here..they are comfortable and great for those getting ready pictures and just hanging out with family and friends (a bit pricey but worth it). The day of everything was pretty perfect, one thing that would have been nice was if there was one staff member dedicated to just the bride and groom. All of our guests loved Willowbend, the food was all delicious, and we appreciate all the little details Terry and the staff helped us plan! Thank you to everyone at Willowbend for making our day so special! We wish we could go back and do it all over

We are still glowing from our wedding reception at Willowbend on July 30, 2016! We recommend Willowbend to anyone looking for a wedding venue. We especially liked how Willowbend offered packages, instead of a la carte, making the planning process much more convenient. Willowbend also comfortably accommodates for many guests (we had close to 250). The grounds and buildings are absolutely beautiful all year round. Terry and the rest of the staff were amazing! We met with Terry several times throughout the year before our wedding. She always made time for us and checked in often. As anxiety set in just days before the wedding, Terry assured us that everything would come together and IT SURE DID!!! It was the BEST day ever for us, and many of guests took time to let us know that it was one of the BEST weddings they have ever been to! Our family and friends are still talking about the delicious appetizers and entrees, as well as the beauty of Willowbend. Our wedding party stayed at the Villa right next to the reception and continued the celebrations into the next day. Again, from the cleaning staff to the service at the pool and restaurants, EVERYONE was friendly and accommodating. We wish we could do it all again on July 30, 2017! BEST DAY EVER!! My husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED everything about our wedding at Willowbend. The outdoor cocktail hour was picture perfect! All of the food, service, signature cocktails, etc were impeccable. Absolutely loved taking photos on the golf course as well! Terri Morris was wonderful! She is a calming presence which is very important and she executed every single detail even better than I could have imagined! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our experience at Willowbend was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible and we still get compliments on how beautiful everything, almost 1 year later. The staff were very good, very attentive, and no one was in line long for a drink at one of the bars. We used several of Willowbend's vendor recommendations, all of whom we were very happy with. Definitely a 5 star venue!

I had my wedding at Willowbend Country Club, and it was the most beautiful venue I have ever seen. Terry Morris and her staff were amazing to work with. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The function room overlooks the 18th hole with a beautiful water fountain and red barn. I was married there on the wedding tee at sunset, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Anyone looking to be married on Cape Cod should absolutely check out Willowbend. A+++ from start to finish!

We had a beautiful wedding at Willowbend and I would recommend this to any bride! Overall, I would give it a 9.5 out of 10. The entire place is gorgeous from the ballroom to the greens to the bathrooms (yes, my mom wanted to check the bathrooms)! Food was delicious too! We had our ceremony and reception here and also used the villas for our immediate family. It could not have been more perfect to be so close and the villas are beautiful (a great backdrop for those “getting ready” photos). The day before we had access to the on-site amenities so we were able to use the gym and had a delicious lunch at the club house. The team at Willowbend was very accommodating and willing to work with us on making our day perfect. There is a really nice vendor list (you can use whoever you want) but it definitely helps to have some names to pick from/vendors who have been to this space. The day of went off perfectly and the team was very organized and helpful. Terry is a lovely woman and was a big help. She can be difficult to reach (e.g. multiple emails, phone calls before you hear from her) but nothing was missed on the day of. I had a friend get married here and he said it was the same thing – sometimes frustrating during the planning process but seamless on the day of. I was a very proactive bride and did a lot of stuff ahead of time and this helped. Ask for any flexible options on the pricing too – we were able to cut down on some costs by taking out the champagne toast (but still had Champagne at the bar), trimmed down to one stationary display at the cocktail hour. Willowbend was the perfect venue for my wedding. The location is convenient, the setting is gorgeous, the function room is classy and elegant! Everyone at Willowbent went above and beyond for us and helped to make even our craziest of requests a reality. Everything was perfectly executed. The food at Willowbend really stands out, everyone raved about the appetizers and the dinner. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Terry was a LIFESAVER and I don't think I could have had as successfull of a wedding as I did without her. She has the greatest experience and gives honest and constructive feedback. I wouldn't have changed a single detail about my wedding, thanks to the team at Willowbend!!

Our daughter's wedding in October on Cape Cod at Willowbend was flawless. Terry Morris ensures a first rate event with her attention to details and suggestions. As a wedding photographer I am always impressed with various venues for one reason or another. However, I'm impressed with Willowbend for many reasons. Aside from the extremely beautiful clubhouse and gorgeous settings for me to photograph the wedding party in; is a creative kitchen with some of the best food, a friendly and experienced staff and a wonderful event planner. They offer a beautiful spot to have your ceremony right on the grounds and can host a lot of people for the reception to follow. Great spot for an elegant wedding.

We were thrilled with our recent wedding at Willowbend. Terry was fantastic during the planning stage and did an excellent job corresponding with our various vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page for the reception. Willowbend served as a beautiful backdrop for our reception with wonderful floor to ceiling windows and the beautiful cranberry bog to look out upon. The reception ran flawlessly with excellent bartenders and wait staff. All the food from the appetizers to the entrees was amazing; our guests could not stop commenting on how delicious the food was. If you are getting married at Willowbend we would highly recommend staying in the villas onsite. The rooms were the nicest I have ever seen, with a fireplace and huge hot tub. We would highly recommend Willowbend for any weddings on the Cape.
