vice, don’t go anywhere else for your event catering needs! We got married in May in Sedona at the Red Agave Resort and Wil’s Grill provided catering for the wedding and welcome party the night before. We received incredible meals and service for both nights for over 80 guests who raved about the food each night!
John, Darwin, and the team were all accommodating as they helped us prepare our menus and worked with us to plan an amazing night for our guests. They were patient as we went over multiple menu revisions, keeping in constant communication with us via email and phone call. They were attentive, and made suggestions to help us build our menu of a taco bar for our welcome party, and for the wedding, passed apps, a steak dinner with wine service, followed by an ice cream bar and late night brisket! They provided the bar tending team who were total professionals and kept the drinks filled all night.
On the wedding day, the whole team sprang into action and ensured plates and glasses remained full. They put 110% effort into the whole night. John was around all night with a smile on his face, the best attitude, and even made it to the dance floor! Thank you guys so much!
Side note, the brisket tasted amazing even a day later after some reheating on the grill! No matter what you order, be sure to include it somewhere on your menu!!

le without their insanely delicious food. We booked Wil's Grill for BOTH rehearsal dinner and wedding reception because their food is that good. For rehearsal dinner we went with a Mexican theme and chose chicken and shrimp fajitas, roasted corn, chips, salsa & guac...and HOLY GUACAMOLE it was delicious. For our wedding we chose a charcuterie spread for the appetizer table, along with one of the best Italian meals I've ever had - blackened shrimp pasta, spinach ravioli with a maple cream sauce, caesar salad and artisan bread. I honestly wish I could eat this food every day it was that good. And just to top it off, the Wil's Grill team also did a fantastic job at bartending both nights. They went above and beyond to make sure tables were cleared, meals were served right on time, and guests were happy. Best part is John even joined us on the dance floor! John pours his heart and soul into his cooking and his work, and it is very apparent. He is such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Do yourself a favor and choose Wil's Grill to cater your wedding....easiest decision you'll ever make! Our guests are STILL talking about the food!
I only wish their had been leftovers! Absolutely fantastic. The food was just amazing.
