My husband and I are forever grateful we found Wil's Grill to cater our wedding weekend! John and his team are absolutely phenomenal, and our wedding would not have been as memorable without their insanely delicious food. We booked Wil's Grill for BOTH rehearsal dinner and wedding reception because their food is that good. For rehearsal dinner we went with a Mexican theme and chose chicken and shrimp fajitas, roasted corn, chips, salsa & guac...and HOLY GUACAMOLE it was delicious. For our wedding we chose a charcuterie spread for the appetizer table, along with one of the best Italian meals I've ever had - blackened shrimp pasta, spinach ravioli with a maple cream sauce, caesar salad and artisan bread. I honestly wish I could eat this food every day it was that good. And just to top it off, the Wil's Grill team also did a fantastic job at bartending both nights. They went above and beyond to make sure tables were cleared, meals were served right on time, and guests were happy. Best part is John even joined us on the dance floor! John pours his heart and soul into his cooking and his work, and it is very apparent. He is such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Do yourself a favor and choose Wil's Grill to cater your wedding....easiest decision you'll ever make! Our guests are STILL talking about the food!
