Winchester House - the centerpiece of Winchester Place - is a 1912 historic home perfect for more intimate gatherings including weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners and bridal showers. The large picture windows provide a breathtaking view of the natural landscape. You have access to the entire main floor ... living room, dining room, library and parlor. We can accommodate 100 guests for an open house, 60 for a stand-up reception and 40 for a sit-down function. Our clients say they appreciate the flexibility of our Open Catering Program.
